As the only villa with access to a private beach cave on the island, Seaview Private Villas offers a unique experience for families, couples or groups, seeking a memorable and affordable stay.

Nestled in the between Coconut Beach and Tamarind Bay area, Seaview Private Villas offers a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom villas, located on different levels. For larger groups or special occasions, you can book the entire complex as a spacious 6-bedroom villa for the ultimate privacy.

1-Bedroom Villa: Features a cozy queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Located on the highest level of the property.

2-Bedroom Villa: Includes one room with a queen bed and another with twin beds, both with their own en-suite bathrooms and sharing one air-condition from the living room. Located on the mid level of the property.

3-Bedroom Villa: Offers a master bedroom with a queen bed and private en-suite, plus two bedrooms (twin and queen) that share a bathroom. This villa is sharing one air-condition in the living room, while there is a ceiling fan in each of the bedrooms. Nestled on Jungutbatu Hill, a newly developed neighbourhood celebrated for its breathtaking views of Mount Agung, the ocean, and lush jungle, Villa Utopia offers a serene escape with 1 and 2-bedroom villas. Conveniently located just 5 minutes drive from Coconut Beach and the vibrant Jungutbatu eat street, the villas boast 180-degree views of their stunning surroundings.

Designed to be airy and inviting, Utopia Villas seamlessly bring the outdoors in while embracing sustainable living. The villas use solar panels, maintain chemical-free pools, and prioritise locally sourced furniture and amenities. Whenever possible, food-grade cleaning products are also used for an eco-conscious stay.

One-Bedroom Villa (50 sq m): Perfect for couples or solo travellers, this villa includes a twin bed (convertible to king), a plunge pool, an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower, a living room, a kitchen, a covered seating area, and a sundeck.
Two-Bedroom Villa (100 sq m) : Ideal for small families or friends, this villa features a king bedroom and a twin bedroom (convertible to a super king), a private 6-metre pool, en-suite bathrooms with standing showers, a kitchen and dining area, a semi-outdoor living area, a covered seating area, and a sundeck with two sun chairs.

The villas can be booked individually or as a complex, making them a versatile 3 bedroom complex for any occasion. A connecting door by the poolside allows easy access between the two villas whilst still maintaining the privacy of guests.

Please note that the villas are located in a rapidly growing neighbourhood with ongoing construction nearby. To ensure your stay offers great value, we’ve adjusted the pricing accordingly.

Stunning location with a great host, the villa was spotless and had no issues with anything. We had an absolutely incredible stay at Villa Utopia and we can not fault a thing about our experience. From offering to organise a driver to pick us straight up from the ferry, to our welcome drink, in depth welcome and sharing local knowledge about things for us to do around Nusa Lembongan. Dika was extremely professional, enthusiastic and always making sure we had everything we needed during the entirety of our stay. He organised a scooter hire for us, asked what time we would prefer housekeeping each day, recommended local shops and restaurants and even ran some errands we requested. The villa itself is exactly as described, with brand new appliances, cooking essentials, tea, coffee and everything we needed. The pool was very clean and well kept with an amazing view of Mt Agung. We will definitely be coming back and can’t recommend the place enough to anyone who wants a beautiful, peaceful and magical stay on Nusa!

From the moment we arrived, this place felt like a big, delicious exhale. That view—where the sea meets the treetops—instantly expanded everything, like a deep breath for the soul. Waking up to the morning bird song? Pure magic. I left the door slightly ajar just to soak it all in. A gorgeous platter of goodies was already waiting for us when we arrived, perfectly paired with a bottle of local sparkling wine. I wish there was an option to give this villa 6 stars. From the moment of booking the hosts were proactive in providing recommendations of how to get to the villa, and always quick to reply to messages prior to our arrival. The villa manager welcomed us and gave a thorough run through of the villa amenities and how to contact him throughout our stay. The villa itself is spectacular. I’ve stayed in lots of villas in Bali and this one is just perfection. The view, the decor, the amenities, the owners have thought of everything. We loved spending time here as a family, going for dips in the pool, relaxing on the lovely Sun loungers and reading a book on the shaded deck. I’m already planning my next trip to Lembongan so I can book this villa again.

Where to start. The staff, the view, the owners, the villa, it was all perfect. This is exactly what I wanted in a Lembongan experience. We stayed in the private 1 br villa and it was very tastefully decorated with an infinity pool looking over the island and over to Bali and Mt Agung. The staff were excellent. Always there, but never hovering. The kitchen had all the wares for a long-term stay if necessary, however, if I wanted surfing or diving or a meal out it was only a few minutes drive into the main village (and several awesome surf breaks). The bonus was the owners who were really nice and super accommodating. I will definitely be staying there again.

10/10 Beautiful hillside stay in Lembongan We stayed here for 2 nights and honestly cannot recommend enough! Andika (property manager) was great with communication, very friendly and even helped my partner set up a birthday message and cake for me, he made our stay carefree and easy, anything we needed Andika was ready to help with a smile. As for the villa, it’s styled beautifully, smells clean and has anything you could need, the pool overlooking the forest and layout of the villa really flows beautifully. The owner, Tom was also very lovely and welcoming. This is a peaceful and quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle without being too far from the Main Street (only a couple minutes), genuine pleasure staying at this accommodation.

I recently had the pleasure of spending two nights at the two-bedroom Villa Utopia, and I wish I could spend two months! The villa is stunning, with a perfect blend of modern minimalistic elegance and warm island charm. It’s spacious and bright, and the rooms are beautifully designed, mixing comfort and style.
The outdoor area is breathtaking, with a private pool surrounded by lush greenery, a comfy corner where you can chill, and a panoramic view of Bali and the beaches that surround Nusa Lembongan. If you’re a surfer, you can even do a wave check from the pool or while you’re lying in bed. The area where the villa is located is very quiet, but still a stone’s throw from eateries and attractions. Lembongan is a small island so nothing is too far away.
The villa is equipped with EVERYTHING: bathroom towels, beach towels, lush toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, a water fountain, a speaker, a strong internet connection, plugs in all the right places… The owners and the staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible and provide everything that I needed.
Your only problem will be that at some point you’ll have to check out. I already can’t wait to stay again at Villa Utopia. Thank you Dika, Zia, Helen, and Tom for the unforgettable experience!

We had a wonderful time in Villa Utopia. Due to the special location on a hill, you have a breathtaking view of the turquoise sea from the pool. The absolutely quiet location offers the greatest possible privacy and therefore a great deal of relaxation. You are in the middle of the countryside and yet all beaches, restaurants and shops are within easy reach within 5-10 minutes. There is a restaurant and mini market within walking distance.
The villa is very aesthetically furnished and offers a high feel-good factor. The service is reliable, very friendly & professional and is always available for all questions and requests. Everything was very clean. Simply fantastic! We will be back!

Tropica Tranquility is a hidden gem nestled on Mangrove Beach in Jungutbatu. This new boutique resort features four charming bungalows, a one-bedroom apartment, a swimming pool, and an air-conditioned yoga shala, all set within a lush tropical garden and adorned with chic bohemian interiors.

Each bungalow includes a king bed, a minibar, a wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony. The one-bedroom apartment offers a king bed, a kitchenette, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a living area, and a spacious balcony.

As the only resort in the area with an air-conditioned yoga studio, Tropica Tranquility is perfect for intimate retreats or special gatherings with friends. Spend your days lounging by the pool or take a short walk to Jungutbatu’s beach for a truly rejuvenating holiday.

Disclaimer: Tropica Tranquility complex is just across the way from a beachfront bar that hosts New and Full Moon parties. These celebrations happen on different dates each month, so please check with our team for the latest lunar party schedule. A pair of earplugs are provided in each bungalow for your convenience.

Beautiful, very clean and quiet hotel. Very informal because it is small. Hotel is located just outside the center, but easy and cheap scooter rental right by the hotel, which made it super easy to get to the center of the island (about 2 minutes by scooter). Everyone is very accommodating and nice. Staff also organized ferry tickets for us at an absolutely fair price! Thanks Teguh for the great surf lessons and to the staff for the relaxing massage – it was quite perfect. We would come back anytime.

Superb property, recently renovated with taste including 4 bungalows, a beautiful pool, a kitchenette area (sink, kettle, coffee, tea), massages on site and also yoga! Jenni will be happy to give you directions to watch the sunset or book a snorkeling trip! Everything is done so that we feel good, moreover we want to leave! The staff is lovely and discreet. Cleaning is done every day at the desired time! To be eco friendly a filtered water fountain is free in the kitchenette and linen is changed every 3 days. Fluffy towels provided! My bungalow was very comfortable: the bed, the pillows, the big bathroom… and I loved the whole decor! The valet service is top, the clothes smell super good! The free Wi-Fi works well.

Enjoy Tropica Tranquility
+ We enjoyed the stay at Tropica Tranquility. The contact with the owner went well. He was easily accessible from the beginning and he has arranged the transfer from the boat to the stay for us, top! The atmosphere was relaxed, it was nice to still be able to swim. Because the stay was very small, we sometimes felt like we had a private pool :-). The room was great, with a lovely bed! Also very nice that we could rent a scooter from the owner.

Perfect island holiday.
This property is just perfect. The whole place has been renovated recently and feels brand new. The rooms are beautifully presented and very peaceful as is the whole place. Gecko Villa and Bungalows enjoys the quieter side of the island while still being close to Jungutbatu’s eat street, surf breaks, and swimmer-friendly beaches. Enjoy morning walks along the beach, or have your ice-cold beer in one of the nearby warungs come sundown.

Joni is a star and him and his staff really made this place worth it. Joni helped us with various things (scooter rental, places to go, transport to dive shop) and was very responsive and proactive. Big plus was the free water dispenser, big fridge, nice clean pool. We found it warm with existing AC so they went above and beyond to replace it for a bigger one that made our stay much more pleasurable.

Staff were amazing. Joni is very helpful and helps arrange motorbike hire, Snorkelling, a meal at his beautiful seafood restaurant and more…. Rooms are well maintained and very good. They certainly do the job and value for money. Mini bar very reasonable. Pool and Gardens very clean. I would definitely come back if was staying in this area of the island again. There are plenty of eating and drinking options nearby. Beach isn’t the best, but there are others not far away.

This was the most incredible place! I can’t even put into words how amazing this place was. We stayed at the pool all day and just relaxed. We never wanted to leave! This is the perfect place to just unwind and take in the tranquil views. The host was very responsive and even gave useful tips when our phones weren’t charging due to the moisture in the air 😂 I will say, the open air threw me off a little bit. I was slightly afraid of the geckos that came out at night but there is a Mosquito net and curtain around the bed, so it keeps them away from the sleeping area. Also, the sleeping area has an air conditioner right above the bed so you can close the curtains and cool it down before you crawl into bed for the night. We will 100% seek this Villa out during our next trip to Bali. The views alone are worth every penny!

Villa Damai is a nice villa situated in a secluded part of the island. It is spacious, airy, uniquely designed, and features a beautiful outdoor deck area with a lovely view. The helper was very responsive and polite. The interiors are aesthetically pleasing, although the lack of doors and windows can be a bit inconvenient due to mosquitoes and insects. However, we found the place to be fairly run down and in need of maintenance. The rugs were tattered, the curtains were coming apart, and the villa was generally dusty. The helper did address the issues immediately once we pointed them out. The villa has a lot of potential, and with proper maintenance and cleanliness, it would offer a more premium feel and better value for money. In terms of location, the villa is far from most restaurants and cafés, so you will need a two-wheeler to get around. If you’re looking for a villa with rustic charm in a serene setting, and you don’t mind it not being spick-and-span, this could be an option.

This property is extremely beautiful – you have the view of the waters, the infinity pool and the sea weed farms. It is exclusive and private but only 5min away from Dream beach, Devil’s tear and Sandy Bay. The host Riz and Wayan were very responsive and took great care of us. They arranged for our pick up and drop from the port to villa and back. Riz gave us wonderful local recommendations too. We came to Lembongon with the intension to relax and rejuvenate and Villa Damai helped us do just that. Highly recommend this property!

This villa is simply incredible. Amazingly private, quiet, welcoming, and about as peaceful as you will ever find. The infinity pool is huge, overlooking the ocean. The main living area is totally open, including a magnificent king bed, and plenty of space to sprawl out and take in the ocean views (and sound of the waves). Service was fantastic, quick, and we were able to get basically any type of drink and food available. This is an absolute perfect spot for a couple, not a family, and if you want privacy and a romantic setting, this is one of the premier spots on Lembongan. If you decide to leave all the windows and doors open, like we did, note that you’ll deal with some bugs and ants. Overall, can’t say enough positive things about the villa.

An absolutely beautiful villa with amazing views! Ari and the team made us feel right at home. It is a little out of the way and not the most walkable, we ended up getting a taxi everywhere. It isn’t very close to any shops of any kind, so stock up on food and drinks etc. Beautiful villa, extremely clean bathrooms, very comfy beds, and wonderful views of Bali and Mt Agung. Don’t write it off during wet season; watching the storm off the coast over Bali from bed was one of the highlights of our trip!

All together, it was a relaxed environment and felt like a vacation. Everything was perfect.
Ary is really a good host and suggested a good place for dinner. He responded to the request to change the stained sheets and give a mosquito repellent machine and handled it with ease. He also managed the trip to Nusa Penida for sightseeing. The Mt Batur view from villa is incredible. Wifi was super great. Pans were provided which enabled the guest to heat their leftover food. cutlery, first-aid box, Instant Coffee, and tea are available at the site. Our request for late check-out was also accommodated. New property. Water is the swimming pool was warm, clean and pleasant. I stayed at 4 different places on my Indonesia trip and this stay was the best experience. I recommend this place. would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Madu for our honeymoon. Ary is a wonderful host which contributes highly to our high rating. The Villa is incredible, very modern and a great layout. The bedroom is upstairs with living downstairs/outside which makes for a really relaxed island stay. The pool is great, and bed was super comfy and large. Only downside is the hot water lasts max 4-5 minutes so bath isn’t possible either. Plus there’s construction noise but you get that anywhere in Bali, and you’ll likely be out and about during the day anyway. We hired a scooter from the host, and they did our laundry which was so convenient. We highly recommend this Villa! Thank you Ary.

Sea Shanty is the result of the vision to build a simple but beautiful villa, created from recovered teak sourced in Java. This gives the villa a genuine island feel and exudes a romantic touch and brings our guests into a tropical idyll so close to this stunning Sandy Bay beach.

You will be immersed in nature and revel in the surrounds as you are able to have the villa completely open to sleep virtually under the stars and hear the waves crashing onto Devils Tear.

The villa concept always embraced the outdoors and as such the large Bale built at the end of the pool creates another living space to enjoy.

For those looking for more seclusion the villa can be closed up with curtains drawn and the air-conditioning on giving you the option to relax in the comfort of indoors.

The ‘Shanty’ is only 50 metres away from Nusa Lembongan’s famous Sandy Bay Beach Club. Enjoy delicious meals and incredible cocktails throughout the day and into the evening whilst you watch Mother Nature’s sky show as the sun sets.

The villa is fully staffed, offering a daily house keeping service and completed with subtle luxuries to ensure a relaxing stay at the wonderful Sea Shanty.

This villa was just amazing. It’s stunning and the service is impeccable. After the long trip to Nusa Lembongan we were greeted with cold orange juice and cold towels and friendly staff. They made our stay so great with booking us activities and helping us with washing and recommending amazing spots. The water is safe to drink from the filtered water so that was amazing. Such a lovely villa! It was perfect for us and the toddler! Agus provided us with a high chair which was fab! Nice and private and it is in walkable distance of Devils Tear. Sandy Bay Beach Club is on the door step. There is also a massage place, boutique shop, multiple restaurants and cafes and supermarkets in walking distance. A really great place to stay.

Check in worked out great. We needed a scooter for the duration of the stay, which was already ready when we arrived. We were received in a very friendly manner. On request, the room was cleaned daily. The employees were very responsive to our messages. Island feeling is guaranteed. 🙂 Devils Tear is also within walking distance. With a role, you can quickly get to any place for two.

If simply relaxing by the pool or on the beach is how you plan to spend your island getaway then White Horse Resort’s beachfront location in Tamarind Bay has everything you need to make your stay perfect. However, If you want to soak up the local culture and see the amazing sights surrounding the retreat, Nusa Lembongan has plenty to offer.

With gorgeous views of the pool from every room, choosing your accommodation is a breeze. Select from one of the four one-bedroom Villas or if you need more space, the two-bedroom Poolside or Upper Lodge is perfect for you.

Swimming Pool

Let your worries simply float away in the luxurious 30m private swimming pool. The overflow pool has a private swimout to each of the four boutique, two storey single villas. The Poolside Lodge boasts a separate 15m pool that cascades one metre into the long pool that is the stunning centrepiece of the four villas.

No need to worry about any pool sounds besides the splash of you diving in. All of the filtration and sanitising equipment is quietly located beneath the floor slabs with the large balance tanks. Salt water chlorination combined with ultra violet deactivation provides the ultimate in safe, healthy and sanitised swimming pool water.

The Bar

Sit back and relax poolside with a refreshing drink from the refrigerated mini-bar in every villa. If you prefer to watch the sunset at the end of day down by the beach, grab a drink from the centrally located bar in the restaurant. You can choose from a full range of cocktails, wines and other beverages including freshly ground espresso coffee. Watch the sun go down with an Espresso Martini or dry Vodka Martini – shaken not stirred. Yes please!

Seaside Deck

Alongside the entry to the retreat from the beach, the Seaside Deck extends the entire length of the sea wall on the beach. Relax with your favourite book on one of the sun lounges or sip your favourite cocktail as you watch the sunset. Take your lunch to the deck and enjoy the sounds of the sea while enjoying one of our specially prepared meals.

Dining

A gourmet experience awaits you as our experienced chef prepares a delicious snack or meal from our extensive menu. Start your day with a full breakfast included with your room. All of our meals are prepared using sanitised, drinkable water.

Enjoy your lunch sitting poolside on your own private deck, in the beautiful restaurant or on the seaside deck overlooking Tamarind Bay. If only all choices were that simple.

Eco Friendly

White Horse Retreat is fully reticulated with filtered and UV sanitised water produced by an in-house desalination plant. The pure water is infused with sodium bicarbonate to raise the pH, the total alkalinity of the water and to improve the taste. Fresh, cool drinking water is readily available in reusable glass bottles.

The wood used in the Poolside Villas and the Poolside Lodge decks is all 30 year old recycled Ulin Ironwood. Labelled as the hardest wood in the world, it is extremely durable and will serve the White Horse Retreat well for the next 30 years.

Poolside Lodge

With sweeping views of the entire retreat, the Poolside Lodge is the epitome of luxury in paradise. It features two generously large, fully air conditioned bedrooms with equally spacious ensuites. The second bedroom can be configured as a king-size double bed or two king-size single beds.

The expansive central living area opens to the beautiful fresh sea breezes while ceiling fans help keep all rooms cool. The living area features all of the facilities you need to relax and enjoy your stay at the retreat, including a dining area and kitchenette with a large fridge and freezer. Unwind on the sun lounges on your own private sundeck. As its name suggests, the Poolside Lodge is nestled alongside the 15m pool, with private access to and from the pool.

Upper Lodge

The beautiful Upper Lodge has grandiose wooden floors made from Ulin Ironwood. Echoing the design of the Poolside Lodge, it too is spacious with large rooms and ensuite. Open the central sliding door and enjoy the views of the retreat and ocean beyond. A poolside deck is available to use at the end of the long pool.

Poolside Villas

The four luxury, boutique Poolside Villas offer two storey opulence. Take in the gorgeous views from the spacious upper level balcony in comfortable chairs. The second storey bedroom features a stunning four poster bed with mosquito net. The ensuite is both spacious and beautifully appointed, with double vanities and extra-large shower. A kitchenette with full-size fridge/mini-bar is provided.

Overall a good experience in a beautiful setting.
The property and staff were wonderful. Our villa was clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu had good options and was delicious. There are a few walkable cafes/restaurants in the area, but the bulk of the activity on the island requires a driver to access. It’s not a deal breaker, but good to know if you want to be within walking distance of multiple food options.

White Horse was absolutely amazing! It was a perfect couples get away, small and intimate we loved the location between mushroom bay and song lambung bay. The team there were superstars and really looked after us. We did snorkelling one of the days, got a massage at Spring, ate at Ha Ri Zen, the deck, sandy Bay beach club. Breakfast was excellent (get the special omelette). The room/villa was huge and lush, everything is thought out (the lounge areas, tables, huge bed and shower). The pool was devine and we loved chatting with the other guests whilst still having lots of privacy. It’s a one of a kind. Highly recommend!!

Stayed here for the first visit to Nusa Lembongan. The resort was nothing but exceptional, the villa was luxurious and spacious, the breakfast was delicious. The location is a little outside of the main town, but this transport to any location of the island is an easy 10-15mins taxi ride which is easily organised. A huge shoutout to Milu, Ketut, and all the staff, they were warm and welcoming, making our stay that little extra comfortable. They even helped when our boat transfer forgot to pick us up on departure day. I hope to return again in the future.

Samudera is a beautiful, balinese and javanese style, two bedroom beach home (villa) situated within a lush tropical garden under a large mango tree and lovely pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing any time of day and night. Villa Samudera is an open plan design, blending Balinese, Javanese and contemporary elements. It is situated 200 metres from the beach down a sandy gang (lane) from Shipwrecks Surfbreak and Jungut Batu Beach. Nusa Lembongan is a tropical island paradise offering a place that is naturally rich in its environment, especially its surrounding tropical waters, and traditional Balinese heritage and culture.

Villa Samudera brings the outdoors inside, built with recycled Ulin (Ironwood) timber posts, beams and floorboards from Kalimantan, decorated with Antique teak javanese doors and wood panels. With the alang alang (thatched) grass roofing, high ceilings, and an open plan, the interior spaces stay cool making it a great place to retreat from the heat of the day. The only door to lock is the door to the garden entering the premises.

The living, kitchen and dining areas are completely open and feature stunning interiors from the Indonesian archipelago and the Asia region. There are two beautiful main bedrooms that have large king size beds with natural linens and a private bathroom each, separated from the open plan living space with romantic curtains that create a private retreat, when it is needed. Each room has views to the garden and pool.

The private rustic sleepout nestled in the garden beside the pool, provides a queen size bed and is a great place for a teen retreat or for hanging out by the pool.

Villa Samudera is a perfect relaxing space, designed for sharing and yet is spacious enough to ensure privacy.

Breakfast:

We provide food basics including a self-serve Continental Breakfast of bread, milk, a selection of local tropical fruit, juice, spreads (honey, jam, peanut butter, and butter), Sumatran plunger coffee and selection of Lipton teas.

A fully cooked breakfast by our wonderful staff can be provided upon request (one day before) at 100,000 rupiah per head, paid directly to our staff.

Please note there is no Generator at the Villa and power outages are unpredictable on Nusa Lembongan.
