Kokomo [Japanese] ‘peace, harmony and soul’

Once you step through the meticulously handmade Bali limestone walls you will sense the peace and tranquility of this beautifully designed and crafted villa. Continuing down the white bougainvillea shaded boardwalk leads you past the discretely hidden bedrooms behind slatted timber sliding screens acting as both a privacy barrier and a welcoming breezeway.

Designed to blend with nature, the Kokomo aesthetic incorporates recycled timbers, teak floors and the timber screening provides both privacy and ventilation.

Sliding back the screen reveals the master bedroom surrounded by garden with a beautifully styled ensuite featuring an outdoor rain shower. The luxurious king size bed and suspended mosquito net draped from the vaulted ceiling provide a perfect retreat for blissful rest.

The guest bedroom gives you the option to set up with either twin beds or a super-king size bed. The spacious outdoor bathroom continues the integration of the warmth of timber with earthy tones and a beautiful open air stone shower wall.

Continue down the boardwalk into the stunning open air living space featuring dramatic recycled Ulin timber beams and a soaring traditional alang alang roof. You can cook up a storm in the fully fitted out kitchen with locally sourced produce or popped over to Sandy Bay Beach Club for all day dining and amazing cocktails.

The living area is fitted with the latest large screen Smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar for fully immersive sound.

All rooms are fitted with fans and the master and guest bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

Sandy Bay beach Club right out the back door if you want a sunset cocktail. Great spa up the street. Location was quiet and the villa was wonderful, exactly as pictured- very clean, great AC, refreshing pool temperature, great lighting in the rooms and gardens, bed was perfect (linen very nice), stocked drinks fridge. Easy scooter ride to where ever you wanted to go. Housekeeping team were great, answered any questions promptly on Whatsapp, nothing was too much trouble. Was lovely to come home in the evening and the beautiful lighting was illuminating the house and garden

Our host Agus was extremely helpful in getting us set up with scoters, arranged a snorkeling day trip for us, as well as providing lots of great local recommendations. The villa itself is stunning – very peaceful, private & has everything you need. Walking distance to a few nice bars & restaurants and centrally placed on the island, so it was easy to get to everything we needed via a scooter. We stayed at Villa Lagarto. . Just like the photos and very beautiful and peaceful as well as tastefully-decorated. It was very clean and also quiet. It is a little off the beaten track so we needed to take a car (15 minutes to everywhere!) each time we wanted to venture somewhere larger. However, we were delighted to discover that is right next door to the beautiful Sandy Bay Beach Club. Lovely restaurant, day club, views to die for. Also the associated Beach Shacks a few seconds walk up the road do a great coffee and breakfast. The manager, Agus, was so helpful and was always responsive – helping us book cars, snorkelling trips and scooters with efficiency and kindness. Would definitely recommend.

We (unfortunately only) spent two nights at this beautiful villa and immediately felt super comfortable! A small dream 🙂 The employee Agus was super likeable and helped us with all questions and was always available and immediately available. We would have loved to stay much longer, but the villa is in high demand – which is absolutely understandable. The villa was absolutely clean and was cleaned by Agus more than necessary again the next day while we were on a trip. Perfect villa for a romantic escape,the bedroom is so cozy ,and the open living room is very spacious,we loved the decor,the pool is huge and the all the amenities for the kitchen that you need are there for you. The beds were so comfortable and everything so clean. The beach club is steps away and was a perfect spot for meals or drinks. The private pool was the highlight of our stay. Also grateful there was a stocked first aid kit on the premises – had to use this when one of us got injured and it was a real comfort.

The villa is outstanding. Lovely comfy bed (assume the bed in the 2nd bedroom is the same) with a very pleasant outside bathroom and toilet. Pool is excellent, pretty long and slender and lovely for cooling down and stretching your arms. Lovely seating area with a breakfast bar and fridge. There were only two of us but even with 4 in the villa it would be very comfortable. You can get a takeaway from the Sandy Bay Beach Club if you wanted to stay in and make use of the facilities. Sandy Bay Beach Club is very close and food is reasonable, also tried the nearby Sunset Coin hotel for food which was pretty good also. Dream beach about a 10 minute walk and maybe 25 min walk to Mushroom Beach (better on a scooter) which has a nice selection of bars and restaurants but beware everywhere (nearly everywhere) stops serving food at 9. Devils tear nearby for an awesome show of wave power but don’t get to close to the edge taking selfies as it may be your last. Overall this villa is outstanding and is highly recommended.

Villa Lagarto is an exquisite luxurious hidden gem! Our 4 night stay was way beyond expectations. We were astonished by the beauty and detail of this villa. A big thank you for Kadek, the property manager, for helping us during our stay! The private pool is a beautiful addition which is cleaned 2x a day. The outside kitchen and seating area is so relaxing with its own fish pond! We were able to use the kitchen in full, the fridge had drinks that we could use and then pay for. The villa even had a BOSE speaker to use! The main bedroom has a super huge and comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. Everything including linen and towels smelled amazing! The whole villa was kept super clean! The outside bathroom has an amazing outdoor shower. We did not use the other bedroom and bathroom but they looked amazing as well! The Villa is across from The Sandy Bay Beach Club where we were eating breakfast. Lovely beach club, great food but a bit on the pricy side. When we come back to Nusa Lembongan, Villa Lagarto will be the one we will always choose over any other accommodation! Thank you for a fabulous and unforgettable stay!

This delightful little 2 bedroom villa is the ideal getaway holiday spot right next door to Sandy Bay. 

Just a stone’s throw away from the white sandy beach, Glo Spa and the popular Sandy Bay Beach Club this is a fabulous location on the island. 

Step through the green washed timber doors to lush tropical gardens, an inviting swimming pool and whitewashed bamboo. The timber deck is the perfect spot for some alfresco dining at the outdoor table and a generous mattress on a raised platform over the pool will beckon you for that post lunch siesta. 

The master bedroom has a four-poster king size bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds convertible to a king size double. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with en-suite semi outdoor bathrooms. 

The open plan living room offers a large day bed (more siesta time) and a TV with satellite service and a DVD player. 

The space is shared with a well-equipped kitchen offering a two burner stove, fridge, kettle, toaster and blender. The villa staff will take care of breakfast for you and your guests – all included in the daily rate! 

Should Villa Santai not be large enough to accommodate all of your guests, then you can also book the neighbouring 3 bedroom Villa Sari – a lockable inter-connecting door makes for easy access from one to another – and you then have the ideal 5 bedroom villa with separate living areas and two pools. The Villa is stunning!  Cleaned Daily. Breakfast is made in the Villa every morning. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they will organise transport, day trips and bookings. They also provide Information on restaurant and bars, including how to get food and drinks delivered to the Villa. The Showers have amazing hot water and pressure, wifi was great. We wish we stayed longer than 3 days, there is so much to do on the Island.

Villa Santai is a delightful villa with all the amenities you need for a comfortable beach holiday. The decor is tasteful, and the kitchen provides all the necessities to cook a meal. The private swimming pool is a convenient way to cool off after a day at the beach. Right next door is the Sandy Bay Beach Club, located right on the beach. The restaurant offers delicious meals that you can enjoy lounging by the beachside pool. We spent hours collecting shells and exploring the tide pools with our three year old. A relaxing way to spend a few days by the sea. The staff served delicious breakfasts and promptly addressed any concerns.

A little piece of heaven in Nusa Lembongan, Villa Santai exceeded all our expectations. It was even more beautiful than we expected from the photos. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The villa staff were so attentive and helpful and cooked us a tasty breakfast every morning. The location is very quiet, with the Sandy Bay Beach Club and beach just around the corner (where we spent most of our days). The house would suit families, couples or friends traveling together (like us). We will definitely be back someday!

Beautiful villa with comfortable beds,spacious rooms, and a nice pool. Walking distance to Sandy Bay and Devils Tear (especially for sunset, this was the best spot). Great location for a quieter spot on the island, we rented motorbikes to explore the island. Transport to the “harbor” was easy to organize. I wish I would have known the island shuts down early so we could have made better use of the villa at night. Overall had a great time and I’d definitely stay here again.

Villa Sari Nusa Lembongan is located literally a hop skip and a jump from Sandy Bay and its’ lovely white sandy beach. Villa Sari is a stunning three bedroom villa with some gorgeous architectural touches. Step through the blue washed timber doors and you will immediately feel the calm of your surroundings engulfing you.

White-washed timber and bamboo are the backdrop to a mainly blue and white palette. First the living room greets you. With its large sliding glass doors this is a light and airy space with a sofa, a couple of armchairs, coffee table, TV cabinet (satellite TV and DVD player) and open plan kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and blender. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. The large island bench is decorated with eye catching blue and white ceramic tiles.

Villa Sari Nusa Lembongan has three air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, hanging rattan lights, and an interconnecting door to the bunk room. Children will love this room with it’s triple sets of bunk beds offering a total of six beds so plenty of room for the children and their friends!

The guest bedroom has twin beds convertible to a king double bed so it is ideal for either a couple of those wishing to share a room but not a bed. In shades of green, the pretty hand carved Balinese doors lead to the bathroom.

All the bathrooms are semi outdoors with painted mirrors, pretty splash back tiles and tropical landscaping – complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel finish off the outdoor showers.

The highlight of Villa Sari is it’s alfresco dining area and the pool. The dining area has a deep comfortable bench and is the ideal spot for breakfast which is included in the rate and served by the villa staff when you get up in the morning.

The pool has a large shallow step – the perfect place to sit with a cocktail in hand and if that all gets to be too much then the spacious platform with its mattress or the sun beds are very close by.

Should you feel inclined to tear yourself away from the villa, Sandy Bay Beach Club is almost next door as is Glo Spa for some fabulous pampering – and the villa staff can help you venture further afield, be it for diving, snorkelling, a boat trip or just exploring the island and all it has to offer!

Larger groups can also rent the next door 2 bedroom Villa Santai with its connecting gate joining the villas – thus creating a 5 bedroom villa, we offer a 10% discount if you rent both villas.

We stayed in Villa Sari to attend a wedding at Sandy Bay. It was perfect for us Gede and his team do an awesome job and are very accomodating. With the hire of a scooter we had an easy fun time getting around exploring Mushroom Bay, Ceningan and the surrounding areas. We thoroughly enjoyed having our own private pool and would not hesitate to recommend Villa Sari.

The villa is very well located in the immediate vicinity of a beach club, very nice where we went lunch and dinner several times, devil’s tear and a 20-minute walk from Mushroom beach. The house is nicely decorated with a very nice layout (two double bedrooms and a dorm for six children). Think about beach shoes for swimming (rock). The team that manages the house was considerate and efficient. Thank you very much. We had a great holiday!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Sari – the online photos do not lie it has a relaxed stylish vibe. It’s layout perfectly suited our family group of 4 adults and 3 children six and under. We particularly liked that the master bedroom had a connecting door to the bunk room and we were able to lock the outside access to the pool area from that room. This made it easier to supervise the children. There were different spaces for people to hang out in when a little alone time was needed. The beds were huge and comfortable. Linen always clean and fresh. The staff came in in the morning to cook breakfast of eggs or pancakes with fresh fruit. Pool and villa cleaned daily. Pool salt treated. A big shout out to the Manager Gede who went above and beyond when our daughter had conjunctivitis offering to drive her to the clinic. When she declined he went to the clinic and got the correct medication for her. He was very responsive to our requests. Great location very close to Sandy Bay Club.

Our stay at Villa Sari was absolutely fantastic. The Villa was clean and in a great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Gede collected us from the port and made us feel very welcome upon arrival. During our time, he provided helpful suggestions on things to see and places to eat. Gede also made sure we got back to the port on time for our departure. All in all, a great stay at Nusa Lembongan – would highly recommend! Lovely villa at Sandy Bay, right next to Sandy Bay Beach Club . House manager Gede was lovely, he was waiting at the villa when we arrived. Pickup from Mushroom Beach was also included. Large pool, and daily breakfast and cleaning provided. We had power go out one night and Gede was very quick to come and sort it out. Was not an issue at all. There was construction noise directly across the road the first 2 days but it was bearable. Would stay again!

Paradise Found!

When we walked through the gates of Villa Sari, we felt like we had discovered a little piece of paradise. The beautiful gardens surround a long pool, and the villa has stunning details from high ceilings through to outdoor bathrooms which felt so private but allowed us to enjoy the tropical vibes. The Sandy Bay Beach Club was a one minute walk away which we loved, and Glo Spa just up the road was perfect. We loved staying at Villa Sari, and we will be back again! Perfect for family & friends!!

What an absolutely amazing property!! With plenty of bedding options (we had many kids) this was perfect for us. We loved the layout and would definitely stay again. Stunning tropical villa on a magical island! Very spacious and beautifully designed. Fantastic base for a family or 2 to stay and discover Nusa Lembongan. Clean and Stylish

OK can we just talk about the bar that looks through to the outdoor dining area? So cool! Not to mention how much our friends’ kids loved the groovy bunk room. Everyone was happy. Perfect spot for 2 families to go and enjoy the Lembongan fun and have a sweet pad to come back to. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Sari. All the staff were fantastic and so helpful. The villa was lovely, had a beautiful interior and was very clean. The location was good and we could walk to Sandy Bay Beach Club in seconds, great for kids as had a little playground. The closet beach wasn’t great for swimming but Mushroom Beach which is good for swimming is only a 5 minute drive away. I would definitely recommend Villa Sari, it has been our favourite villa in Bali so far and we would 100% go back.

The villa was beautiful and felt even cozier than pictured. The rooms and pool were clean and well maintained. Ketchup was an amazing host and helped us with everything we needed like transport to and off the island, renting scooters for us, and cooking breakfast. He even brought us back to his aunt’s place to have the most satisfying Balinese meal we’ve had thus far. Overall a really wonderful stay!

Fabulous villa in lovely location. Stayed here as 4 adults and 5 kids. Kids loved the shared bunk room and the two other bedrooms were lovely. Outdoor bathrooms were fabulous. Staff were eager to please, helped us organise a snorkeling tour and last minute island tour with no issues. Breakfast each morning was amazing and a lovely touch. Villa is a one minute walk to Sandy Bay beach club and there are plenty of other restaurants and warungs in the area. Loved our stay.

Very nice place to stay with a family and kids. The beach is ridiculously close to the villa and you can hear the waves hitting the shore, which I liked. It’s also very close to the Sandy Bay Beach Club which offers very nice food and drinks. The included breakfast in the villa was outstanding – we never got such a nice breakfast in the other villas we were staying in Bali. The staff helped us organize everything (scooters, taxi, recommending places to visit etc.). The place was clean and nicely decorated.

Villa Sari is a beautiful new villa, steps away from the popular hangout – Sandy Bay Beach club and the beautiful coastal scenery. The villa itself is very clean, airy and light – making us feel totally relaxed on vacation. Staff are helpful, and we enjoyed not having to lift a finger before feasting on breakfast each morning. Would be keen to return!
