Located in Nusa Lembongan, a few steps from Sandy Bay Beach, The Shacks at Sandy Bay provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The property is around 6.8 km from Mangrove Point, 1.5 km from Gala-Gala Underground House and 2.7 km from Panorama Point. Every room is fitted with a balcony with garden views and free WiFi.

Kokomo

Kokomo [Japanese] ‘peace, harmony and soul’

Once you step through the meticulously handmade Bali limestone walls you will sense the peace and tranquility of this beautifully designed and crafted villa. Continuing down the white bougainvillea shaded boardwalk leads you past the discretely hidden bedrooms behind slatted timber sliding screens acting as both a privacy barrier and a welcoming breezeway.

Designed to blend with nature, the Kokomo aesthetic incorporates recycled timbers, teak floors and the timber screening provides both privacy and ventilation.

Sliding back the screen reveals the master bedroom surrounded by garden with a beautifully styled ensuite featuring an outdoor rain shower. The luxurious king size bed and suspended mosquito net draped from the vaulted ceiling provide a perfect retreat for blissful rest.

The guest bedroom gives you the option to set up with either twin beds or a super-king size bed. The spacious outdoor bathroom continues the integration of the warmth of timber with earthy tones and a beautiful open air stone shower wall.

Continue down the boardwalk into the stunning open air living space featuring dramatic recycled Ulin timber beams and a soaring traditional alang alang roof. You can cook up a storm in the fully fitted out kitchen with locally sourced produce or popped over to Sandy Bay Beach Club for all day dining and amazing cocktails.

The living area is fitted with the latest large screen Smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar for fully immersive sound.

All rooms are fitted with fans and the master and guest bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

The pool is a Lakeman tile masterpiece featuring a restful, calming waterfall making your daybed dreaming all the more relaxing.

Kokomo Villa is Sandy Bay was a beautiful villa. Great location, clean and spacious for a 2 bedroom villa. Pool was the perfect size and both beds super comfy. Well stocked fridge and ice machine very handy. Staff very friendly and great communication with the host We really hope we can visit again one day soon.

Gorgeous villa just as described. Walking distance to Cloudland and Devils Tears for sunsets and opposite the Sandy Bay beach club which had really good food. Quite a few places to eat within walking distance. Noise from the club over the road was minimal. they will do takeaways if tables are full. Recommend reserving. There was construction over the road but they did put up a tarpaulin to reduce the dust from their manual demolition work and didn’t much work on weekends. The noise was minimal. Our hosts were excellent. very responsive. organized scooters and responded to any issues within minutes. highly recommend rocky ferries and captain coconut for manta and mangrove snorkeling. Nusa Lembongan was our favorite place in Bali.

The Villa is an absolute gem, the decor is stylish and it is clean and tidy! The staff are very friendly and Agus really takes great care of his guests. We would like to award 12 points instead of 10 !!! I booked a birthday package which was really fantastic, the staff really gave everything here! If you did not visit this villa you definitely missed something on Lembongan. Sandy Beach Club offers good food and good cocktails with stunning views and great lounging options including pool.

Sandy Bay beach Club right out the back door if you want a sunset cocktail. Great spa up the street. Location was quiet and the villa was wonderful, exactly as pictured- very clean, great AC, refreshing pool temperature, great lighting in the rooms and gardens, bed was perfect (linen very nice), stocked drinks fridge. Easy scooter ride to where ever you wanted to go. Housekeeping team were great, answered any questions promptly on WhatsApp, nothing was too much trouble. Was lovely to come home in the evening and the beautiful lighting was illuminating the house and garden

Sea Shanty is the result of the vision to build a simple but beautiful villa, created from recovered teak sourced in Java. This gives the villa a genuine island feel and exudes a romantic touch and brings our guests into a tropical idyll so close to this stunning Sandy Bay beach.

You will be immersed in nature and revel in the surrounds as you are able to have the villa completely open to sleep virtually under the stars and hear the waves crashing onto Devils Tear.

The villa concept always embraced the outdoors and as such the large Bale built at the end of the pool creates another living space to enjoy.

For those looking for more seclusion the villa can be closed up with curtains drawn and the air-conditioning on giving you the option to relax in the comfort of indoors.

The ‘Shanty’ is only 50 metres away from Nusa Lembongan’s famous Sandy Bay Beach Club.  Enjoy delicious meals and incredible cocktails throughout the day and into the evening whilst you watch Mother Nature’s sky show as the sun sets.

Our 3 day stay in the beautiful SeaChantyVilla was wonderful. From transportation, ferry, driver to villa… everything was well organized. The environment is very nice. Devil’s Tears, Dream Beach, and Sunset Point are a 5-10 minute walk away. Then Agus organized snorkeling tour to Manta Point, Cristal Beach and Mangrove Bay which were great and will be unforgettable. The birthday surprise of Agus and his team was really successful. Suksme🙏🙏. Communication was perfect. Agus and his team deserve 5*. Keep it up.

Our stay at Sea Shanty was so relaxing and we had a wonderful time for our 5 night stay. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, actually better than the photos! The deck and outdoor space plus the garden and pool were beautiful and very spacious. We were a couple staying with a baby and the villa had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean with all the modern touches needed to feel comfortable. It had a luxury “island” feel to it. The bed was very comfy and had quality linen. The kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, large fridge and even a Nespresso machine. Agus and the staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Agus was great with communication and happily organised extra things for us. The cleaning staff did a great job every day. Is it right next door to Sandy Bay beach club and just a short walk to warungs and spas. We have stayed in many villas in Lembongan and this was one of our favourites, we didn’t want to leave! Would highly recommended 😊

We arrived on Nusa Lembonghan from Bali in the most seamless way. From getting picked up from our previous location to getting on to the boat with another driver picking us up at Nusa to take us to the villa – the transition was seamlessly organised and all taken care of by this villa host. This villa was absolutely perfect. It was so private and beautiful – a 20minute walk to the beach which was totally easy to do. The villa host was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome and at home right away. We would definitely stay here again, thank you so much for making everything work out smoothly 🙏🏽

We stayed at the place for 6 nights and it was really great. Agus and his team were directly on site and welcomed us very warmly. The villa is exactly as described and beautiful! The beach club across the street was perfect and you could also enjoy the sea. Agus was always available and always helped us immediately if we had concerns. We found it particularly nice that employees came again at 6 o’clock and prepared the villa for the evening – beds made all the lights turned on the curtains, etc. The location was great we would come back at any time – thanks to Agus and the entire team who made our stay beautiful!

Agus (and the team) were so helpful and kind. The room and pool was gorgeous, an island escape. The location was great, with a beach restaurant just across the road, plenty of shops and other restaurants a short walk or scooter ride away. The quieter side of the island, we will be back!

Great location, right next to Sandy Bay beach club where we had a few nice dinners and drinks – highly recommend. The villa was nice, however it was too warm for us even with the two AC units, just due to all the gaps – the cool air was escaping. Everything else was great, the staff were really helpful, a Nespresso machine was a nice touch, and the fridge was stocked with everything – beers, soft drinks and wines which was appreciated! Big thanks to Agus for all his help, he arranged scooters for us to hire for two days and was always immediately available whenever we needed him on the phone. He also helped us out big time when we had an issue with the scooter. Would highly recommend this accomodation we were just not used to the heat.

We stayed for 5 nights. It was just perfect. We were able to relax superbly. Agus the employee helped us great every time!! Cleaned every day and everything was clean. The employees were able to clarify a moped for us, call massage to the villa & also bring food to the villa. Agus and his colleagues were great! I can only recommend it from the heart!!

We had the best time staying at Sea Shanty. The villa was perfect for us and in a great location – away from the busy Main Street, but close enough to get there via scooter in 8 min. Watching the sunset in the pool at Sandy Bay beach club which is right across the street was such a highlight. Agus who helps manage your stay couldn’t be more helpful and easy to organise with. Would absolutely recommend this spot & Nusa Lembongan in general!

My stay in Lembongan was lovely. The Airbnb is one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed at! So tranquil and relaxing. Agus, the property manager is very pleasant and responsive. I had a brief power outage and some Wifi connectivity issues and he was quick to find solutions. He was also helpful in getting taxis to mushroom beach and helped me arrange a scooter tour of the islands. I would whole heartedly recommend this spot to others and would definitely come back here again should I be in Indonesia!

Absolutely amazing Villa! The photos are beautiful but it does not do the place justice. It is the most amazing villa, lots of space to lay around the pool in the sun or shade. Agus the manager was great. Super polite and helpful and always very quick to respond. Good location. It’s best to have a bike on Lembongan. Will come back and stay again.
