Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and the soothing sounds of crashing ocean waves, it’s the ideal place to rediscover inner peace and self-connection.
WE OFFER
Our popular daily drop-in classes cover a wide spectrum, from the introspective yin to the fluid vinyasa, and everything in between. We’ve designed our schedule to seamlessly blend with the rhythm of your day.( yes pre sunset yoga does exist! )
For a more personalized experience, we also offer private yoga sessions, either here at the Island Yoga shala or at your own accommodation, giving you even more flexibility in your wellness routine.

In the new year we will launch our 5 Senses Clarity workshops & retreats these are bespoke feel good island soul experiences. Yoga teacher training featuring Hammock & Chakra Foundation Course & holistic teachings will be available also in 2024. Mini yoga workshops to elevate your connection & confidence. Ohhh and an outdoor fitness circuit!
