Conveniently located just 5 minutes drive from Coconut Beach and the vibrant Jungutbatu eat street, the villas boast 180-degree views of their stunning surroundings.

Designed to be airy and inviting, Utopia Villas seamlessly bring the outdoors in while embracing sustainable living. The villas use solar panels, maintain chemical-free pools, and prioritise locally sourced furniture and amenities. Whenever possible, food-grade cleaning products are also used for an eco-conscious stay.

• One-Bedroom Villa (50 sq m): Perfect for couples or solo travellers, this villa includes a twin bed (convertible to king), a plunge pool, an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower, a living room, a kitchen, a covered seating area, and a sundeck.
• Two-Bedroom Villa (100 sq m) : Ideal for small families or friends, this villa features a king bedroom and a twin bedroom (convertible to a super king), a private 6-metre pool, en-suite bathrooms with standing showers, a kitchen and dining area, a semi-outdoor living area, a covered seating area, and a sundeck with two sun chairs.

The villas can be booked individually or as a complex, making them a versatile 3 bedroom complex for any occasion. A connecting door by the poolside allows easy access between the two villas whilst still maintaining the privacy of guests.

Please note that the villas are located in a rapidly growing neighbourhood with ongoing construction nearby. To ensure your stay offers great value, we’ve adjusted the pricing accordingly.

Family with young child is advised to rent a pool fence due to infinity pool design. Our team can assist with recommending a vendor for pool fence.

Wow what can we say. An absolutely stunning spot immaculately presented by gorgeous owners Helen and Tom. Our villa manager was Dika who was also so lovely and helpful. We stayed here on our honeymoon and we are so grateful for the special stay they helped us have. The villa is so lovely and perfect. Thoughtful touches and so comfy in every aspect. 10/10 Beautiful hillside stay in Lembongan We stayed here for 2 nights and honestly cannot recommend enough! Andika (property manager) was great with communication, very friendly and even helped my partner set up a birthday message and cake for me, he made our stay carefree and easy, anything we needed Andika was ready to help with a smile. As for the villa, it’s styled beautifully, smells clean and has anything you could need, the pool overlooking the forest and layout of the villa really flows beautifully. The owner, Tom was also very lovely and welcoming. This is a peaceful and quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle without being too far from the Main Street (only a couple minutes), genuine pleasure staying at this accommodation.

I recently had the pleasure of spending two nights at the two-bedroom Villa Utopia, and I wish I could spend two months! The villa is stunning, with a perfect blend of modern minimalistic elegance and warm island charm. It’s spacious and bright, and the rooms are beautifully designed, mixing comfort and style.
The outdoor area is breathtaking, with a private pool surrounded by lush greenery, a comfy corner where you can chill, and a panoramic view of Bali and the beaches that surround Nusa Lembongan. If you’re a surfer, you can even do a wave check from the pool or while you’re lying in bed. The area where the villa is located is very quiet, but still a stone’s throw from eateries and attractions. Lembongan is a small island so nothing is too far away.
The villa is equipped with EVERYTHING: bathroom towels, beach towels, lush toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, a water fountain, a speaker, a strong internet connection, plugs in all the right places… The owners and the staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible and provide everything that I needed.
Your only problem will be that at some point you’ll have to check out. I already can’t wait to stay again at Villa Utopia. Thank you Dika, Zia, Helen, and Tom for the unforgettable experience!

A very nice place in Lembongan! We checked in with friends in a two-bedroom villa and it was, of course, a complete delight! The service, atmosphere, view and villa are top! Very fresh, new furnishings, nice renovation. And also textiles that add coziness. I really liked that the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Verdict – super like, we will come again 😍

From the moment we arrived on Nusa Lembongan, we knew our stay at Utopia Villa was going to be something special. The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival, and their attention to detail made the transfer to the villa smooth and effortless. The cold towel and welcome drink were the perfect touch after our journey, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The villa itself is absolutely stunning — chic, stylish, and with views that are nothing short of breathtaking. We were only the second guests to stay here, but it already felt like a home away from home. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make you feel comfortable and pampered. The daily cleaning and turn-down service were fantastic, and the mini bar was a real highlight. It was priced just like buying it yourself, which made it super convenient and affordable. Other little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable included the incredibly comfy bed, block-out curtains for a perfect night’s sleep, fast Wi-Fi, and the softest, freshest towels and linen. Honestly, the list of things we loved about this villa goes on and on. We left already planning our next visit. Utopia Villa is a true gem, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you’re looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and unforgettable experience, this is the place to be.

We stayed in the 2 bed villa and it was fantastic. Brand new, beautifully styled in a very special location with epic views. We have two small children and had everything we needed, spent hours in the lovely pool and slept very well, it’s very peaceful. We had a wonderful time in Villa Utopia. Due to the special location on a hill, you have a breathtaking view of the turquoise sea from the pool. The absolutely quiet location offers the greatest possible privacy and therefore a great deal of relaxation. You are in the middle of the countryside and yet all beaches, restaurants and shops are within easy reach within 5-10 minutes. There is a restaurant and mini market within walking distance.
The villa is very aesthetically furnished and offers a high feel-good factor. The service is reliable, very friendly & professional and is always available for all questions and requests. Everything was very clean. Simply fantastic! We will be back!

Ary was an amazing host. From the time to check in until the end of our stay he was extremely responsive and helpful in getting us to and from the accomodation. Great local recomendations. Although the villa is more secluded and private from the walkable more busy part of town, he provided easy access to rides to and from anywhere we wanted to go. The villa itself was prsitine. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Airconditioned rooms. And a great pool with a stunning view. 10/10 could not have enjoyed our stay more.

Great place to stay, superb view of the bay and surfbreaks. All very new, very helpfull crew. Great pool. Small details still missing, like electric muskito repellent, but all solved ok. We were surprised of construction work just in front of the villa, it would have been good when they had informed us in advance. A bit remote location, so I would recommend a scooter to get around. Highly recommended Villa!
