THE DETAILS

Minutes away from Dream Beach, Sandy Bay, and Devil’s Tear is Laguna Biru, a boutique resort with 5 rooms, a 20-meter-long pool, and a dining area. Inspired by the shades of the ocean, Laguna Biru is tastefully designed in all shades of blue and displays custom furniture and décor made from repurposed materials.

Choose from three different accommodation types:

  • Master bedroom (1 unit) with a king bed and an L-shaped sofa for an additional person.
  • Suites (2 units) with a king bed and space for an extra bed.
  • Lumbung (2 units) with a king bed and a balcony.

Each room is further equipped with an outdoor bathroom, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, and sun chairs. Thoughtful amenities such as a surf rack and a covered scooter parking area add a touch of convenience.

Breakfast is served daily by the pool, and in the evening, it becomes a peaceful spot to enjoy the sunset.

Laguna Biru can accommodate a maximum of 11 people.

Beautiful boutique accomodation in the most picturesque part of Nusa Lembongan.
The rooms and grounds are stunning with a lovely pool and gorgeous gardens.
The highlight of our stay was the wonderful staff. Jo and Ega were so attentive and helpful, not to mention the delicious breakfasts and excellent coffee! I could not find a better Nasi Goreng or coffee on the island!
One week wasn’t long enough. We will be back!!

Amazing staff, great breakfast, damp rooms and beds
The staff were above and beyond amazing, super accommodating, friendly and polite. They helped me know which boat to book and sorted snorkelling and taxi drivers to the main Jungut beach area for dinner each night. They also allowed me to move rooms when the aircon in the bungalow wasn’t good. The breakfast was delicious and accommodated vegan and meat eaters. The location is only a short walk from Dream beach which is beautiful and quiet and 1km from Mushroom bay where the restaurants for sunset are amazing.

We loved the staff at this hotel along with the amazing breakfast they made. The location was very close to Devil’s Tear and Dream beach both within 5 minutes walking distance. The hotel had a very authentic feel and it was easy to travel around anywhere we needed.

We stayed here as a couple from Japan, and it was like heaven. The interior was stylish and relaxing no matter where you look.

The bath and toilet were outside, but they were clean and easy to use. I was glad that the shampoos were good! There were lizards, so I guess they were eating bugs, but the bugs didn’t bother me much.

The breakfast by the pool was especially delicious.

We ordered avocado toast, nasi goreng, and cafe latte, and all were delicious.

It’s a little far from the ferry terminal, but you can walk to the beach and the staff will arrange a taxi for you, so it wasn’t an inconvenience.

When I said I wanted to snorkel on the day, they arranged a tour for the next morning and even lent me a shower on the way back.

It’s a small inn with only about 5 groups in total, so it’s quiet and you can hear the birds chirping, and it’s truly paradise. I recommend it with confidence!

We had a very nice stay at Laguna Biru. The huts were very picturesquely decorated with an open-air bathroom and equipped with all amenities. It is located close to a very nice beach bar and Devils Tear. Both the breakfast and the cappuccino were fantastic! And the icing on the cake was the staff who were extremely helpful, genuine, friendly and pleasant. We received many nice tips about things to do on the island. In short, highly recommended!

We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Staff were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Did everything they could to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Visited with my family which included 2 grandchildren of 3 and 1 and they enjoyed the pool. Just need to be aware of the depth and drops but as they had floatation suits on were ok. Rooms were lovely – loved that the roofs were made from bamboo. Enjoyed the outside shower / bathroom area and although would have loved to have used the bath – there were a lot of leaves in it which I would have had to clean out first and couldn’t be bothered – one of the joys of having an outside bathroom in natural surroundings. (high walls so no-one could see over where we were).

Oh my goodness this place is so amazing. We also don’t stay in small boutique / bungalow hotels often and I have a new love for them!!
The accommodation is SO beautiful. The little details the owner has put into it, down to the turtle hooks and wood curtain rods is so impressive…. 
Ok the food – hands down some of the best breakfast we have ever eaten. Location being near Dream Beach etc was great.

Stayed there for 7 nights and loved every minute. Room is lovely and big, gorgeous outdoor bathroom, great area out the front of your room to relax on the loungers, big pool, delicious breakfast and amazing location, near lots of restaurants and a lot of nearby attractions. We would come back immediately and would like to spend 4 nights with Joe again. We stayed 4 nights and that was great for us. We felt very comfortable and would have stayed even longer. The pool in the complex is very nice, big enough that you can swim as well. The breakfast was also great, there is a small menu, you can always choose something and everything tasted very delicious. There is also cappuccino and other coffee specialties. Joe was especially great as well, he took care of every concern. So we were able to easily rent a scooter and also book a snorkeling trip for the next day through it. He was also super accessible and helped with everything.

You eat very good breakfast here. Good location to reach beaches on foot. Our host organized all the excursions we wanted (with insider tips). The pool is great and you can always use it. It was perfect for what we wanted – it was a beautifully kept hotel, the pool was only shared with 4 other rooms so felt almost private & the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They reached out well before we even arrived in Bali to help us arrange taxis on Bali to the port, helped with our ferry and even sorted the taxi for when we were back on the mainland. They also added us on WhatsApp and arranged absolutely everything we needed while there – any trips, taxis to dinner, dinner reservations, laundry etc. The breakfasts are amazing, we had the smoothie bowl most days and got the recipe of the chef! The This place is a paradise and we’d 100% stay here again if we visited the island in the future.

The property is beautiful, with rooms and a dining area around the pool. The location is perfect, close to Devil’s Tears, Dream Beach and many restaurants and spas. The best thing about this small boutique hotel is the wonderfully large pool. The hotel has few rooms and is nice and small and intimate. We really liked the furnishings, especially the vases and we felt very comfortable. Joe and Ayu took great care of us. The breakfast was prepared by both and was exceptionally good, especially the avocadotoast and Nasi Goreng – the best we had in Bali. The coffee was great too! Thank you!!
