The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed and a single bed and a semi-outdoor bathroom. The upstairs bedroom is a cozy room with a king bed, a bathroom, and a netted balcony for lounging.

Ary was an amazing host. From the time to check in until the end of our stay he was extremely responsive and helpful in getting us to and from the accomodation. Great local recomendations. Although the villa is more secluded and private from the walkable more busy part of town, he provided easy access to rides to and from anywhere we wanted to go. The villa itself was prsitine. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Airconditioned rooms. And a great pool with a stunning view. 10/10 could not have enjoyed our stay more.

Great place to stay, superb view of the bay and surfbreaks. All very new, very helpfull crew. Great pool. Small details still missing, like electric muskito repellent, but all solved ok. We were surprised of construction work just in front of the villa, it would have been good when they had informed us in advance. A bit remote location, so I would recommend a scooter to get around. Highly recommended Villa!

Kokomo [Japanese] ‘peace, harmony and soul’

Once you step through the meticulously handmade Bali limestone walls you will sense the peace and tranquility of this beautifully designed and crafted villa. Continuing down the white bougainvillea shaded boardwalk leads you past the discretely hidden bedrooms behind slatted timber sliding screens acting as both a privacy barrier and a welcoming breezeway.

Designed to blend with nature, the Kokomo aesthetic incorporates recycled timbers, teak floors and the timber screening provides both privacy and ventilation.

Sliding back the screen reveals the master bedroom surrounded by garden with a beautifully styled ensuite featuring an outdoor rain shower. The luxurious king size bed and suspended mosquito net draped from the vaulted ceiling provide a perfect retreat for blissful rest.

The guest bedroom gives you the option to set up with either twin beds or a super-king size bed. The spacious outdoor bathroom continues the integration of the warmth of timber with earthy tones and a beautiful open air stone shower wall.

Continue down the boardwalk into the stunning open air living space featuring dramatic recycled Ulin timber beams and a soaring traditional alang alang roof. You can cook up a storm in the fully fitted out kitchen with locally sourced produce or popped over to Sandy Bay Beach Club for all day dining and amazing cocktails.

The living area is fitted with the latest large screen Smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar for fully immersive sound.

All rooms are fitted with fans and the master and guest bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

The pool is a Lakeman tile masterpiece featuring a restful, calming waterfall making your daybed dreaming all the more relaxing.

Located in beautiful Sandy Bay, Kokomo is a mere 30 metres from both the secluded white sand beach and the renowned Sandy Bay Beach Club, a true paradise at your doorstep. You are also within walking distance of many traditional restaurants [warungs] serving the best the island has to offer.

Amazing villa in a great location with incredible staff
My wife and I had the best time staying at this villa. It is literally right next door to Sandy Bay Beach Club, within walking distance of some great spots to eat, and is so comfortable with an amazing private pool, lots of drinking water, and comfortable beds. The staff were amazing, and I’d like to give a special thank you to Agus for being so responsive and helpful all the time with any questions we had, and organising activities for us such as booking our snorkelling tour and organising scooters for us to use – he was excellent! We had the best time and would love to return.

Staff was wonderful and villa was pristine. So many restaurants and spas and anything you need within walking distance. The beach club next door can get a little noisy at night, but not too late and is mostly drowned out by the sound of the ocean.

We had a great time staying here on our honeymoon! Agus from The Lembongan Traveller was helpful with any request we had and gave us tips on great spots on the island. We wish we stayed a couple of extra days. The villa was beautiful and all of the spots on the island were easily accessible via scooter or taxi. Definitely utilize rocky fast boat transfers they have everything dialed!

Home tastefully decorated. Personal adorable and responsive. a downside for us, the music omnipresent on the beach next door. A real asset: an assortment of sodas, beers and cool wines at normal rates. We also loved tropical plants along the perimeter walls and in the outdoor showers.

We loved our stay at Villa Kokomo. Thanks to Agus and his team for making us feel so welcome and looking after us. The villa is great, located next to Sandy Bay Beach club which was a great place to chill. There are lovely restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We were warmly greeted by our lovely host, Agus and staff, on day one with a beautiful fruit platter and tour through the villa. Agus spent time with our family to speak about the villa amenities and how to get around the island, what activities to engage in and where to eat. He kindly arranged for taxis for us and was able to arrange for additional water when required. We were blown away by the exceptionally presented villa. It is exactly like the pictures, extremely comfortable, clean and protected from the heat. The turn down service was beautifully done, making the villa dimly lit and beds ready for a comfortable snooze. Food was easily found in the area as was scooter hire. We found the Sandy Beach Club particularly handy as they have a playground there for the kids. We were also able to arrange a baby fence around the pool to stop our ambitious toddler from getting into the water unsupervised. We were sad to leave Villa Kokomo and hope to come back one day.

Kokomo Villa is Sandy Bay was a beautiful villa. Great location, clean and spacious for a 2 bedroom villa. Pool was the perfect size and both beds super comfy. Well stocked fridge and ice machine very handy. Staff very friendly and great communication with the host We really hope we can visit again one day soon.

Gorgeous villa just as described. Walking distance to Cloudland and Devils Tears for sunsets and opposite the Sandy Bay beach club which had really good food. Quite a few places to eat within walking distance. Noise from the club over the road was minimal. they will do takeaways if tables are full. Recommend reserving. There was construction over the road but they did put up a tarpaulin to reduce the dust from their manual demolition work and didn’t much work on weekends. The noise was minimal. Our hosts were excellent. very responsive. organized scooters and responded to any issues within minutes. highly recommend rocky ferries and captain coconut for manta and mangrove snorkeling. Nusa Lembongan was our favorite place in Bali.

The Villa is an absolute gem, the decor is stylish and it is clean and tidy! The staff are very friendly and Agus really takes great care of his guests. We would like to award 12 points instead of 10 !!! I booked a birthday package which was really fantastic, the staff really gave everything here! If you did not visit this villa you definitely missed something on Lembongan. Sandy Beach Club offers good food and good cocktails with stunning views and great lounging options including pool.

Sandy Bay beach Club right out the back door if you want a sunset cocktail. Great spa up the street. Location was quiet and the villa was wonderful, exactly as pictured- very clean, great AC, refreshing pool temperature, great lighting in the rooms and gardens, bed was perfect (linen very nice), stocked drinks fridge. Easy scooter ride to where ever you wanted to go. Housekeeping team were great, answered any questions promptly on WhatsApp, nothing was too much trouble. Was lovely to come home in the evening and the beautiful lighting was illuminating the house and garden

As soon as you step through the doors of Villa Kingfisher you know you have entered somewhere quite special and your only regret will be that you have not booked more nights to stay here.

Overlooking the Ceningan channel – during the day you are spoilt for choice with the option of feasting your eyes on the activity in the seaweed farms to watching the waves crash at the Ceningan surf break – and if you are a keen surfer, you may well be tempted away from your little patch of paradise to venture out and catch a wave.

You will not want to venture very far away as Villa Kingfisher offers a wonderful infinity edge 20 metre swimming pool, a large relaxation bale (gazebo), as well as countless other areas to kick back and relax and do not a lot at all.

At night, you can sit back and enjoy the twinkling lights of neighbouring Ceningan Island dancing on the water. Villa Kingfisher is set up as a perfect retreat for two couples – close friends – or if you want to indulge yourselves it is the ideal couples retreat.

The main house comprises a large open plan living/dining and kitchen space with a curtained off area for the bedroom which has air-conditioning. Behind the bedroom area is the open air bathroom so you can soak up the nature that surrounds you.

The second bedroom is in a detached building with its own en-suite bathroom and large sitting area. This allows for easy privacy when the villa is occupied by two couples.

The setting of Kingfisher Villa was absolutely sensational. The pool for a 1 bedroom villa was beyond what you find at some hotels. It felt a little strange sleeping in a completely open space but it wasn’t an issue. Villa looked exactly as pics however, kitchen appliances were rusted and weathered. To be expected given the entire space is open to the elements. Budi was a great host and gave excellent suggestions for where to eat. Would definitely recommend if only for the view and the pool.

10/5 stars if I could! This place was our favorite lodging during our honeymoon on Bali, Nusa Penida, and Nusa Lembongan! Dont’t think just book it!! You will not be disappointed. Daily breakfast and villa cleaning is provided at no extra cost (I struggled to find this in the listing description and think it’s important to note) Buddi, the villa manager was attentive to every detail. He was waiting by the boat when we arrived with our name on a sign, escorted us to the villa in a private truck, then took his time walking us through everything about the villa and island. We spent our days riding around the island on the moped (that Budi helped us arrange), getting massages on the day beds by the pool (that Buddi helped us arrange), and swimming in the salt water infinity pool. Thank you for making our honeymoon so amazing, and we hope to be back to one of The Lembongan Traveller villas with our larger family down the road!

Loved the Villa! Big open spaces, the lighting, the infinity pool and the view were all amazing. They made amazing breakfast with good coffee every morning. The villa is beautiful and very private with a gorgeous large infinity pool to soak in all the views of the seaweed farms and ocean beyond. It was a dark but easy walk to Dream Beach, Sandy Bay and Mushroom Bay to explore the area. The property manager, Budi, was super responsive when we had questions and sent us a long list of local recommendations. Great stay!

Just WOW. The photos do not do any justice to this place. As soon as we stepped inside the villa we were in awe of the views and vibe of the villa. The perfect place for a romantic getaway and feeling so secluded but close enough to all the beachside restaurants and attractions. I would 100% recommend and definitely coming back!

Easily one of the best stays my partner and I have ever experienced. Budi and the team went above and beyond for us in every way, starting with our arrival. We were here for two nights to celebrate my partners 30th birthday and we checked in to find birthday decorations setup with a birthday cake as a lovely surprise. They even cook breakfast for you at a time that suits each morning, which was a perfect way to start the day. As for the villa itself – simply breathtaking!!! The pool and views are incredible, and the open plan with design is just pure luxury. The curtains/drapes close around the bed with the aircon unit so it is nice and cool at night with no mosquitos able to get in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and we would love to return one day!

What a lovely, peaceful stay! The saltwater pool overlooking the seaweed farms was just what we needed at the end of our weeks-long trip through Bali. You are taken care of from the moment you step off the boat: return arrangements offered, scooters waiting for you at the villa, breakfast made in your own kitchen. Very thoughtful hosts. The open-air villa was a perfect peaceful place to return to after an easy scooter ride to beaches, diving, restaurants, and massages. Great island escape. We hope to return!

AWSOME stay and will be back!!
We had an amazing stay at Villa Kingfisher. On arrival Budi and his team met us on the beach and took us to the villa where we was welcomed with drinks. He explained throughly about the Villa and also had a booklet on various locations to eat and explore. He also set us up with scooter rentals which was out side of our Villa. The Villa it self was an escape for our busy life style. It gave us an oasis to get away from the real world. The infinity was huge! The bed and couches were comfortable to my liking. In the morning, we were served with breakfast of our choice. Budi and his team went above and beyond with not only giving my partner and I am outstanding hospitality but also helped me with my transportation form Ubud to Sanur harbor, then from Sanur to Lembongan, the Lembongan to Penida, and finally Penida to Seminyak. If you you’re looking for a place to stay in Lembongan, BOOK THIS VILLA!! Dont wait, Just do it!! Thank you again to Budi and his team for making my stay enjoyable!!

Had a wonderful time at Villa kingfisher. Villa as described. They communicate well. pick up from the boat at no additional cost. Drink and refreshing towels upon arrival. Buddy was pleasant to speak with. We felt at home, the pool was lovely. Most beautiful stay of our transit in Bali. Truly enjoyed the beautiful villa. Breakfast is made on the spot and served. Buddy ensures that food (lunch/dinner) is delivered in the villa by request. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The villa is an absolute dream. Much more beautiful than in the pictures, with huge saltwater pool. The house is exactly in a windshield, so there is always a pleasant breeze, which makes the stay in the villa very pleasant. We would have loved to stay there all day, but Lembongan really has a lot to offer. Just rent a scooter and explore the island on its own Faus. The perfect holiday for us. We would have liked to stay longer. Also the breakfast was freshly prepared for us according to our wishes at our time and was insanely delicious. Thank you for this exceptionally great place to stay!!!
