FAQ Nusa Lembongan
Frequently Asked Questions
Planning a holiday takes time and energy. The Lembongan Traveller team are here to help to make it as stress free as possible. Below we answer some of your FAQ about travelling to Nusa Lembongan.
Can I have early check in / late check out?
Early check in and late check out can be arranged if there is no one checking out or checking in on your dates. For late check out, most properties will be more than happy to hold your bags so you can spend the day on Lembongan, standard check out time is 10am. Unless pre-arranged, check-in time is 2pm, we recommend catching the 2 or 5pm boat from Sanur so staff have time to prepare your room/villa.
Getting to and from Restaurants
Many restaurants on Lembongan offer a FREE pick up and drop off service. This is very handy for families and also those wanting to have a couple of cocktails. Our Restaurant Guide has menus, locations and contact details for all our favourite restaurants on Nusa Lembongan & Nusa Ceningan.
What is your cancellation policy?
All payments are non-refundable as per terms and conditions detailed HERE. Should you have a change of plans, illness, flight delays or cancellations these should be claimed via your travel insurer. We recommend taking out travel insurance at the time of making your booking to ensure you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances.
Money Exchange, credit cards and ATMS on Nusa Lembongan?
There are a number of places you can exchange money on the island, including one on the main road in front of the Indiana gang in Jungut Batu. Most resorts and restaurants accept credit cards, however cash is required for scooter hire, snorkelling and other day trips. There are a number of ATMs on Nusa Lembongan, but please note they have a limit on the amount you can withdraw and do sometimes run out of money. So best to bring some CASH from Bali!
Will I get a refund for accommodation if my flight is delayed?
In these circumstances you need to make a claim with the airline or your travel insurer. We are more than happy to assist with documentation you require for this process.
What if I get COVID and can not travel?
Should you test positive to COVID and can not travel, you will need to claim with your travel insurer as you would with any other illness or medical condition.
What time is the last boat from Bali to Lembongan?
The last boat leaves Sanur at 5pm, if you are arriving into Denpasar the same day we recommend ensuring your flight lands before 3pm to give you time to make it to the harbour in Sanur prior to 5pm. See link below for boat times.
