COVID-19 Safe Practice Protocols

The COVID-19 pandemic has created an unprecedented situation for everyone.

As a guest it is understandable you may have concerns about what practices we have in place and how we can continue to keep us all safe during these extraordinary times.

There are a number of practical steps we can all take to help manage the risk of exposure to COVID-19 during your stay.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Indonesian government has established the below protocols to adhere to.

NEW NORMAL – COVID 19 PROTOCOLS

 

Boat Boarding in Bali:
Provide Rapid Test certificate (effective for 14 days from test). To be shown to COVID team in Sanur.
Arrival to Lembongan:
Staff will be wearing masks and will greet you with joined hand symbol ( hands in prayer) opposed to shaking hands.
Staff will sanitise their hands prior to handling luggage.
Arrival at your Accommodation:
Temperature test will be conducted, if your temperature exceeds 37.3 degrees you will not be able to check in and requested to seek medical assistance.
Guest to wash / sanitise hands at the entrance to the property.
During your stay:
Sanitise hands whenever leaving and arriving back to property.
Staff will practice physical distancing within the property and wear masks when interacting with guests.
If you are feeling unwell with fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath, please advise staff immediately. They will assist you to East Medical Centre ( Whats App +62 813 3955 5515)
The property will be disinfected daily. Please put away personal belongings during housekeeping times.
If you plan to have visitors to the property, please advise the staff and be aware they will be required to adhere to all check in hygiene protocols.
While outside the property, in public areas around the island, please ensure masks are worn. If you do not have one please advise the staff and they will assist in providing one for you.
Departure from Villa:
Guest must have current Rapid Test certificate (valid for 14 days).Provide Rapid Test certificate (effective for 14 days from test). To be shown to COVID team in Sanur.
