As the only villa with access to a private beach cave on the island, Seaview Private Villas offers a unique experience for families, couples or groups, seeking a memorable and affordable stay.

Nestled in the between Coconut Beach and Tamarind Bay area, Seaview Private Villas offers a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom villas, located on different levels. For larger groups or special occasions, you can book the entire complex as a spacious 6-bedroom villa for the ultimate privacy.

1-Bedroom Villa: Features a cozy queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Located on the highest level of the property.

2-Bedroom Villa: Includes one room with a queen bed and another with twin beds, both with their own en-suite bathrooms and sharing one air-condition from the living room. Located on the mid level of the property.

3-Bedroom Villa: Offers a master bedroom with a queen bed and private en-suite, plus two bedrooms (twin and queen) that share a bathroom. This villa is sharing one air-condition in the living room, while there is a ceiling fan in each of the bedrooms. Located on the lower level of the property, ideal for those with mobility issue or travelling with young children.

Each villa is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with spacious living areas, air-condition, ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, TVs, and fully equipped kitchens for your convenience. Whether you’re spending time indoors or exploring the surroundings, you’ll find everything you need to feel at home.

Guests can also enjoy the property’s shared facilities, including a refreshing swimming pool and an on-site restaurant serving delicious meals just steps from your villa.

One of the highlights of Seaview Private Villas is its exclusive private beach cave, located at the base of the property. This hidden treasure is only accessible via the villa’s lift and offers a secluded spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty of Tamarind Beach, exclusive to villa guests only.

Absolutely stunning accommodation. Villa was right next to a walking track which takes you into the town strip with all the restaurants etc. There is a private cave beach available for the guests which is absolutely beautiful at Sunset! The host was very responsive. All round the best stay possible. Will be back for sure!

The staff was amazing, it was like a 5 star resort service. They were very attentive to everything!! We arrive way before our check in time and were greeted with cold fresh washcloths, fruit and a refreshing drink. We relaxed while they finished our room, took us to the private cave and all around made our stay and experience at the villa amazing. We were happily surprised by how close and easy it was to walk to other beaches, restaurants, surfing, snorkeling. Staff has great about absolutely everything. Island was more than we expected and our favorite location of 5 places we stayed while in Bali.

Beautiful location for the fantastic view with a super swimming pool. House is nice with 1 air conditioner and a fan in every room. 1 room has a bathroom in the room and the other 2 rooms have a bathroom with a double bathroom. Yunika and her team are truly there for you and go the extra mile! Breakfast at the villa at a time that suits you best, laundry can be arranged and also restaurant reservations. You can walk to restaurants.

Everything. The villa is idyllic, the views outstanding, the service second to none. Yunika and Gili took great care of me, they couldn’t have done more to help me with all that I needed, to go above and beyond their job to make my stay at Seaview perfect. It was their goal and they succeeded! I was very stressed when I arrived but, after a very short time, the cares had gone and the magic of the Seaview experience took effect.
I will definitely return because it really was an ideal stay. The location was perfect for me, the facilities wonderful, Gili and Yunika going the extra mile to take care of me as a Seaview guest. A dream.

We had the most gorgeous stay here. From the moment we stepped into the resort, we were transported to a paradise. The views are spectacular, and the service even more so. The beds were luxuriously comfortable and the meals were delightfully delectable. We were gabsmacked by the private cave, what a magical moment to see the sun-drenched sea in this tropical heaven. Sunrises and sunsets have never looked better. The kind of views you want to wake up early for. This is a magic place. The staff were so wonderful and helpful and the site has the most gorgeous view. Clean, well maintained and lovely for a family stay. There are lots of steep steps (to keep in mind) but the pool and the accommodation and the breakfast and the location are fantastic.

Amazing views, great location, excellent staff.
From the moment we stepped off the ferry we were looked after exceptionally well.
