Villa Damai is designed with couples in mind, offering an  adults-only retreat in a secluded tropical environment. Experience the ultimate in tropical living, allowing the sea breeze to lull you into vacation mode the moment you step in through the front door.

Nature lovers would enjoy Villa Damai as the semi-open layout of the villa ensures fresh air circulation and opens directly onto the charming tropical garden.

True to its name, ‘Damai,’ meaning peace in Indonesian, the villa is situated in the quieter part of Nusa Lembongan, providing unbeatable views of the ocean, seaweed farms, and Nusa Ceningan.

The villa comprises a master bedroom, a bathroom with an outdoor bathtub and indoor shower, a comfortable living area with a dining table, kitchen amenities and a lounge area.

Enjoy the outdoors in the lush garden setting whilst taking a refreshing plunge into the 14-meter-long infinity pool, or unwind on a sun lounger while watching the day unfold.

The main bedroom connects directly to the living area, featuring an L-shaped sofa, a dining area, and an open-plan kitchen. Adjacent to the bedroom, you’ll find the bathroom, equipped with an outdoor bathtub, an indoor shower, two sinks, and a toilet with a bio septic tank system.

This was the most incredible place! I can’t even put into words how amazing this place was. We stayed at the pool all day and just relaxed. We never wanted to leave! This is the perfect place to just unwind and take in the tranquil views. The host was very responsive and even gave useful tips when our phones weren’t charging due to the moisture in the air 😂 I will say, the open air threw me off a little bit. I was slightly afraid of the geckos that came out at night but there is a Mosquito net and curtain around the bed, so it keeps them away from the sleeping area. Also, the sleeping area has an air conditioner right above the bed so you can close the curtains and cool it down before you crawl into bed for the night. We will 100% seek this Villa out during our next trip to Bali. The views alone are worth every penny!

Villa Damai is a nice villa situated in a secluded part of the island. It is spacious, airy, uniquely designed, and features a beautiful outdoor deck area with a lovely view. The helper was very responsive and polite. The interiors are aesthetically pleasing, although the lack of doors and windows can be a bit inconvenient due to mosquitoes and insects. However, we found the place to be fairly run down and in need of maintenance. The rugs were tattered, the curtains were coming apart, and the villa was generally dusty. The helper did address the issues immediately once we pointed them out. The villa has a lot of potential, and with proper maintenance and cleanliness, it would offer a more premium feel and better value for money. In terms of location, the villa is far from most restaurants and cafés, so you will need a two-wheeler to get around. If you’re looking for a villa with rustic charm in a serene setting, and you don’t mind it not being spick-and-span, this could be an option.

This property is extremely beautiful – you have the view of the waters, the infinity pool and the sea weed farms. It is exclusive and private but only 5min away from Dream beach, Devil’s tear and Sandy Bay. The host Riz and Wayan were very responsive and took great care of us. They arranged for our pick up and drop from the port to villa and back. Riz gave us wonderful local recommendations too. We came to Lembongon with the intension to relax and rejuvenate and Villa Damai helped us do just that. Highly recommend this property!

It’s a beautiful place where you can find Damai (peace) with family and love ones. To me it has the best location with tranquil views of ocean tides. A nice pool with a perfect host (Riz), who have been helpful and friendly with a decent team. Damai everywhere!

Wow! This place is gorgeous. A phenomenal view while in the pool. Fantastic life living out of here. A bit far from any bars or restaurants. So you’ll have to rent a scooter or golf cart. The staff were fantastic and will go get groceries for you if desired. Do yourself a favour and stay here with your loved 1 for a few days!! I’ll be back, thanks staff!

This villa is simply incredible. Amazingly private, quiet, welcoming, and about as peaceful as you will ever find. The infinity pool is huge, overlooking the ocean. The main living area is totally open, including a magnificent king bed, and plenty of space to sprawl out and take in the ocean views (and sound of the waves). Service was fantastic, quick, and we were able to get basically any type of drink and food available. This is an absolute perfect spot for a couple, not a family, and if you want privacy and a romantic setting, this is one of the premier spots on Lembongan. If you decide to leave all the windows and doors open, like we did, note that you’ll deal with some bugs and ants. Overall, can’t say enough positive things about the villa.

Kokomo [Japanese] ‘peace, harmony and soul’

Once you step through the meticulously handmade Bali limestone walls you will sense the peace and tranquility of this beautifully designed and crafted villa. Continuing down the white bougainvillea shaded boardwalk leads you past the discretely hidden bedrooms behind slatted timber sliding screens acting as both a privacy barrier and a welcoming breezeway.

Designed to blend with nature, the Kokomo aesthetic incorporates recycled timbers, teak floors and the timber screening provides both privacy and ventilation.

Sliding back the screen reveals the master bedroom surrounded by garden with a beautifully styled ensuite featuring an outdoor rain shower. The luxurious king size bed and suspended mosquito net draped from the vaulted ceiling provide a perfect retreat for blissful rest.

The guest bedroom gives you the option to set up with either twin beds or a super-king size bed. The spacious outdoor bathroom continues the integration of the warmth of timber with earthy tones and a beautiful open air stone shower wall.

Continue down the boardwalk into the stunning open air living space featuring dramatic recycled Ulin timber beams and a soaring traditional alang alang roof. You can cook up a storm in the fully fitted out kitchen with locally sourced produce or popped over to Sandy Bay Beach Club for all day dining and amazing cocktails.

The living area is fitted with the latest large screen Smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar for fully immersive sound.

All rooms are fitted with fans and the master and guest bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

The pool is a Lakeman tile masterpiece featuring a restful, calming waterfall making your daybed dreaming all the more relaxing.

Located in beautiful Sandy Bay, Kokomo is a mere 30 metres from both the secluded white sand beach and the renowned Sandy Bay Beach Club, a true paradise at your doorstep. You are also within walking distance of many traditional restaurants [warungs] serving the best the island has to offer.

Kokomo Villa is Sandy Bay was a beautiful villa. Great location, clean and spacious for a 2 bedroom villa. Pool was the perfect size and both beds super comfy. Well stocked fridge and ice machine very handy. Staff very friendly and great communication with the host We really hope we can visit again one day soon.

Gorgeous villa just as described. Walking distance to Cloudland and Devils Tears for sunsets and opposite the Sandy Bay beach club which had really good food. Quite a few places to eat within walking distance. Noise from the club over the road was minimal. they will do takeaways if tables are full. Recommend reserving. There was construction over the road but they did put up a tarpaulin to reduce the dust from their manual demolition work and didn’t much work on weekends. The noise was minimal. Our hosts were excellent. very responsive. organized scooters and responded to any issues within minutes. highly recommend rocky ferries and captain coconut for manta and mangrove snorkeling. Nusa Lembongan was our favorite place in Bali.

The Villa is an absolute gem, the decor is stylish and it is clean and tidy! The staff are very friendly and Agus really takes great care of his guests. We would like to award 12 points instead of 10 !!! I booked a birthday package which was really fantastic, the staff really gave everything here! If you did not visit this villa you definitely missed something on Lembongan. Sandy Beach Club offers good food and good cocktails with stunning views and great lounging options including pool.

Sandy Bay beach Club right out the back door if you want a sunset cocktail. Great spa up the street. Location was quiet and the villa was wonderful, exactly as pictured- very clean, great AC, refreshing pool temperature, great lighting in the rooms and gardens, bed was perfect (linen very nice), stocked drinks fridge. Easy scooter ride to where ever you wanted to go. Housekeeping team were great, answered any questions promptly on WhatsApp, nothing was too much trouble. Was lovely to come home in the evening and the beautiful lighting was illuminating the house and garden

Villa Katoni is located on a small cliff with direct and private access to a secret beach, overlooking the quiet lagoon and it’s scenic seaweed farms. Villa Katoni Lembongan – named after the very seaweed you will contemplate, offers you a unique slow living experience during your visit to the Island of Gods. Let the light sea breeze and the distant sound of the waves on the coral reef gently rock you and slow living invade you.

Villa Katoni is designed around three en-suite bedrooms and one bedroom for youngsters, a large infinity pool, a roof terrace prefect for your yoga practice, a local massage and relaxation, plus no less than three other dedicated outdoor places: alang alang pergola, sunken with a fire pit and a beach deck – where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dining, work, relax and chill while enjoying the Indian Ocean view.

Ideal for family gatherings of 8, Katoni has three staff to help you during your stay, they will prepare complimentary breakfast and organise lunch or dinner should you wish to dine at the villa. They will also organise transport pickup, motorbike rental, lunch and dinner home delivery, snorkelling trips and plenty other island activities. Katoni offers free WIFI, security through outdoor CCTV system,  Marshall/Sonos sound system for easy listening, active energy saving practices through the solar panel system and sound environment practices through waste management (compost, plastic, cardboard)

Villa Katoni Lembongan is available for a stay of 2 nights minimum and offers special rates for for stays of six nights or more.

The air-conditioned villa consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine, and 3 bathrooms with a shower and free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are available in the villa plus kids room.

Wow! this place is even better than the photos. Agus was very helpful and helped us organise activities, birthday cake and scooters. The place is absolutely spotless and opposite is The Sandy Bay Beach Club which is a kid friendly and a beautiful location to enjoy dinner and watch the sun go down. We loved the pool and excellent location, easy to get everywhere but nice and quiet at Sandy Bay. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic little spot, very remote. Agus was very responsive and the staff were very accommodating. He was very helpful with organising the boat transfer from Sanur. The place is gorgeous and serene but tucked away, so you will definitely need a motorbike or buggy to get around if you want to explore and get around the island a bit more. The Shacks restaurant next door has lots of great food options; ask for Septi – she was such a great waitress and served us for most of our meals!

Words don’t describe how much we loved our stay, the villa was the best we’ve ever had in Bali and we come all the time! Agus & his staff are incredible so helpful, friendly & accommodated us beyond expectations. Even when I was struggling with our 2 year old Agus’s staff played with him & helped me. The villa is in a private location, great big area for our son to play, fish and a frog in the pond our son loved it as much as we did! This villa is absolutely amazing! you feel like you’re staying in a secluded bungalow, the rooms are so cool with each having their own outdoor bathroom. An awesome big pool, and the outdoor area was so relaxing. We stayed in 4 different villas when we travelled to Bali, and this one was by far the best with their customer service! We were greeted at the door and given fruit, cold OJ and a cold cloth. They showed us around our villa and gave us recommendations of what we should do and go see while on the island! They were very responsive and helpful if we needed anything and they also helped us booked some transport while on the island and that was so so so easy!!! I am definitely going to be recommending this villa to friends and family and will also be staying again when I come back!! STUNNING.

Great villa, brilliant location right opposite Sandy Bay beach restaurant- nice and clean, manager was great and helpful. Lock on bathroom door would only close if locked which was a bit noisey at night as it’s an outside bathroom so have to lock it to keep at bay! Apart from that it was lovely and we would stay again.

Villa was supported by the wonderful Agus and his team, who helped with all requests (transportation, reservations, activities, etc). Felt like we had a fully dedicated concierge!

First time to the island and thought the location was good, it’s in a nice area, Sandy Bay Beach Club just over the road. You will definitely need a scooter, we hired from the host before we arrived, but upon arrival, was told we needed to hire off someone else in order to get onsite parking, so managed to cancel and arrange onsite, to avoid a long walk to the scooters. Agus the host was brilliant, very responsive, even came out at 1am one morning when we lost power. Very clean as well which was awesome. Thanks Agus and team!

Super nice villa and very friendly staff. Their service is amazing, the staff texted me a few days in advance to check if he could help arrange boat tickets or a transfer on the island. During our stay the communication went smoothly and on our last day they even helped us bringing our luggage to the bay so we could enjoy our last hours after check out without carrying our luggage everywhere.
