The villa comprises a master bedroom, a bathroom with an outdoor bathtub and indoor shower, a comfortable living area with a dining table, kitchen amenities and a lounge area.

Wow! This place is gorgeous. A phenomenal view while in the pool. Fantastic life living out of here. A bit far from any bars or restaurants. So you’ll have to rent a scooter or golf cart. The staff were fantastic and will go get groceries for you if desired. Do yourself a favour and stay here with your loved 1 for a few days!! I’ll be back, thanks staff!

This villa is simply incredible. Amazingly private, quiet, welcoming, and about as peaceful as you will ever find. The infinity pool is huge, overlooking the ocean. The main living area is totally open, including a magnificent king bed, and plenty of space to sprawl out and take in the ocean views (and sound of the waves). Service was fantastic, quick, and we were able to get basically any type of drink and food available. This is an absolute perfect spot for a couple, not a family, and if you want privacy and a romantic setting, this is one of the premier spots on Lembongan. If you decide to leave all the windows and doors open, like we did, note that you’ll deal with some bugs and ants. Overall, can’t say enough positive things about the villa.

Once you step through the meticulously handmade Bali limestone walls you will sense the peace and tranquility of this beautifully designed and crafted villa. Continuing down the white bougainvillea shaded boardwalk leads you past the discretely hidden bedrooms behind slatted timber sliding screens acting as both a privacy barrier and a welcoming breezeway.

Designed to blend with nature, the Kokomo aesthetic incorporates recycled timbers, teak floors and the timber screening provides both privacy and ventilation.

Sliding back the screen reveals the master bedroom surrounded by garden with a beautifully styled ensuite featuring an outdoor rain shower. The luxurious king size bed and suspended mosquito net draped from the vaulted ceiling provide a perfect retreat for blissful rest.

The guest bedroom gives you the option to set up with either twin beds or a super-king size bed. The spacious outdoor bathroom continues the integration of the warmth of timber with earthy tones and a beautiful open air stone shower wall.

Continue down the boardwalk into the stunning open air living space featuring dramatic recycled Ulin timber beams and a soaring traditional alang alang roof. You can cook up a storm in the fully fitted out kitchen with locally sourced produce or popped over to Sandy Bay Beach Club for all day dining and amazing cocktails.

The living area is fitted with the latest large screen Smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar for fully immersive sound.

All rooms are fitted with fans and the master and guest bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

The pool is a Lakeman tile masterpiece featuring a restful, calming waterfall making your daybed dreaming all the more relaxing.

Sandy Bay beach Club right out the back door if you want a sunset cocktail. Great spa up the street. Location was quiet and the villa was wonderful, exactly as pictured- very clean, great AC, refreshing pool temperature, great lighting in the rooms and gardens, bed was perfect (linen very nice), stocked drinks fridge. Easy scooter ride to where ever you wanted to go. Housekeeping team were great, answered any questions promptly on WhatsApp, nothing was too much trouble. Was lovely to come home in the evening and the beautiful lighting was illuminating the house and garden

Villa Katoni is located on a small cliff with direct and private access to a secret beach, overlooking the quiet lagoon and it’s scenic seaweed farms. Villa Katoni Lembongan – named after the very seaweed you will contemplate, offers you a unique slow living experience during your visit to the Island of Gods. They will also organise transport pickup, motorbike rental, lunch and dinner home delivery, snorkelling trips and plenty other island activities. First time to the island and thought the location was good, it’s in a nice area, Sandy Bay Beach Club just over the road. You will definitely need a scooter, we hired from the host before we arrived, but upon arrival, was told we needed to hire off someone else in order to get onsite parking, so managed to cancel and arrange onsite, to avoid a long walk to the scooters. Agus the host was brilliant, very responsive, even came out at 1am one morning when we lost power. Very clean as well which was awesome. Thanks Agus and team!

Super nice villa and very friendly staff. Their service is amazing, the staff texted me a few days in advance to check if he could help arrange boat tickets or a transfer on the island. During our stay the communication went smoothly and on our last day they even helped us bringing our luggage to the bay so we could enjoy our last hours after check out without carrying our luggage everywhere.

This delightful little 2 bedroom villa is the ideal getaway holiday spot right next door to Sandy Bay.

Just a stone’s throw away from the white sandy beach, Glo Spa and the popular Sandy Bay Beach Club this is a fabulous location on the island.

Step through the green washed timber doors to lush tropical gardens, an inviting swimming pool and whitewashed bamboo. The timber deck is the perfect spot for some alfresco dining at the outdoor table and a generous mattress on a raised platform over the pool will beckon you for that post lunch siesta.

The master bedroom has a four-poster king size bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds convertible to a king size double. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with en-suite semi outdoor bathrooms.

The open plan living room offers a large day bed (more siesta time) and a TV with satellite service and a DVD player.

The space is shared with a well-equipped kitchen offering a two burner stove, fridge, kettle, toaster and blender.

Should Villa Santai not be large enough to accommodate all of your guests, then you can also book the neighbouring 3 bedroom Villa Sari – a lockable inter-connecting door makes for easy access from one to another – and you then have the ideal 5 bedroom villa with separate living areas and two pools. He supplied all our needs superbly effortlessly, such as buggy hire… local sites to visit etc. Gede and his team spoilt us with the most amazing breakfast and smiles 🙂 every morning and we were able to contact Gede with local questions and he supplied us with the most wonderful intel for Nusa Lembongan. The Villa is stunning! Cleaned Daily. Breakfast is made in the Villa every morning. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they will organise transport, day trips and bookings. They also provide Information on restaurant and bars, including how to get food and drinks delivered to the Villa. The Showers have amazing hot water and pressure, wifi was great. We wish we stayed longer than 3 days, there is so much to do on the Island.

Breakfast was great! Location is handy, though Sandy Bay isn’t a swimmable beach. For that you have to go a little further. Budi the property manager was 11/10. Checkin and checkout was easy and the villa itself was super cute.

Villa Santai is a delightful villa with all the amenities you need for a comfortable beach holiday. The decor is tasteful, and the kitchen provides all the necessities to cook a meal. The private swimming pool is a convenient way to cool off after a day at the beach. Right next door is the Sandy Bay Beach Club, located right on the beach. The restaurant offers delicious meals that you can enjoy lounging by the beachside pool. We spent hours collecting shells and exploring the tide pools with our three year old. A relaxing way to spend a few days by the sea. The staff served delicious breakfasts and promptly addressed any concerns.

A little piece of heaven in Nusa Lembongan, Villa Santai exceeded all our expectations. It was even more beautiful than we expected from the photos. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The villa staff were so attentive and helpful and cooked us a tasty breakfast every morning. The location is very quiet, with the Sandy Bay Beach Club and beach just around the corner (where we spent most of our days). The house would suit families, couples or friends traveling together (like us). We will definitely be back someday!

Beautiful villa with comfortable beds,spacious rooms, and a nice pool. Walking distance to Sandy Bay and Devils Tear (especially for sunset, this was the best spot). Great location for a quieter spot on the island, we rented motorbikes to explore the island. Transport to the “harbor” was easy to organize. I wish I would have known the island shuts down early so we could have made better use of the villa at night. Overall had a great time and I’d definitely stay here again.
