Villa Katoni is located on a small cliff with direct and private access to a secret beach, overlooking the quiet lagoon and it’s scenic seaweed farms. Villa Katoni Lembongan – named after the very seaweed you will contemplate, offers you a unique slow living experience during your visit to the Island of Gods. Let the light sea breeze and the distant sound of the waves on the coral reef gently rock you and slow living invade you.

Villa Katoni is designed around three en-suite bedrooms and one bedroom for youngsters, a large infinity pool, a roof terrace prefect for your yoga practice, a local massage and relaxation, plus no less than three other dedicated outdoor places: alang alang pergola, sunken with a fire pit and a beach deck – where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dining, work, relax and chill while enjoying the Indian Ocean view.

Ideal for family gatherings of 8, Katoni has three staff to help you during your stay, they will prepare complimentary breakfast and organise lunch or dinner should you wish to dine at the villa. They will also organise transport pickup, motorbike rental, lunch and dinner home delivery, snorkelling trips and plenty other island activities. Katoni offers free WIFI, security through outdoor CCTV system, Marshall/Sonos sound system for easy listening, active energy saving practices through the solar panel system and sound environment practices through waste management (compost, plastic, cardboard)

Villa Katoni Lembongan is available for a stay of 2 nights minimum and offers special rates for for stays of six nights or more.

This spectacular villa, set on 2,500sq m, is absolute waterfront and has uninterrupted, sweeping ocean views. The entire villa, equipped with all modern amenities, is yours. Our friendly and efficient staff of four are there to ensure your stay is fantastic.

The large open bale, bordered by a 17 metre infinity pool, takes full advantage of the spectacular view as does the separate, open kitchen and the 4 separate sleeping suites separated by tropical gardens.

The villa embraces traditional Balinese design and furnishings and is finished with exquisite attention to detail. Features include high pitched, traditional thatched roofing and cool white, polished terrazzo flooring.

The villa is delightfully private but close to restaurants, cafes and all that this intriguing island has to offer – white sandy beaches, the best beach on the island is next door, coral reefs teeming with tropical fish, a choice of world class surf breaks, renowned diving with magnificent manta rays and Mola Mola (Sunfish) and traditional temples and villages.

Villa Bahagia, which means happy in Indonesian, offers luxurious accommodation on a special island only thirty minutes by ferry from Sanur yet a world away from bustling Bali.

Villa Tanjung is a luxury, architecturally designed villa offering 6, 5 or 4 bedroom options. Villa Tanjung occupies a spectacular cliff top setting, with 270 degree views that extend over Nusa Lembongan’s famous surf breaks towards Bali and its sacred volcano Mount Agung.

Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. All bedroom suites have spectacular ocean views. The master suite is set up with a double (king size) bed, a large walk in dressing room and a spacious bathroom with open air shower. Four suites are configured to suit either family occupancy with connecting door access between two adjoining suites – or four separate lockable bedroom suites. Two of the rooms have two single beds – which on request can be converted to a double bed. A sixth bedroom with ensuite is located next to the master bedroom with option of king or twin bedding.

Villa Tanjung prides itself on a being child-friendly, there is a large grassed area for children to play and within the pool is a shallow paddle area for toddlers.

One of the joys of staying at a private villa is not having to leave, Villa Tanjung offers an in-villa dining menu and beverage service for guests so you can relax all day at the villa.

We had an amazing Family Reunion there and we are greatly appreciative to both Lembongan traveller and Villa Tanjung.
The villa was amazing, travelling there was no issues.

Really loved the balance between fun and relaxation.
Highlights was having massages in the villa and having your recommended Chef come in to prepare our delicious meal.

The absolute best of the best
This place is one of the most amazing properties we have ever seen. It is extremely luxurious, the views are amazing and the staff could not have made our stay more comfortable. The house has every item you could hope for and has perfect access to the ocean below. We had 10 people in our group but could have easily had 15 and still been extremely comfortable. Cant wait to go back.

Villa Sayang’s 5 full time staff are there to assist you with your stay and available to cook for you offering both local Indonesian & Western cuisine. A full range of meals from snacks to 3 course sit-down dinners are available during your stay at Villa Sayang Nusa Lembongan.

Your personal chef, Kadek, can advise on a specific meal or you can select individual dishes from the everyday menu.

Villa Sayang has an air conditioned massage room where you can retreat and be pampered with massage, manicure, pedicure or rejuvinating treatment.

The villa boat and skipper is available for all guests for complimentary drop off / pick up to surf breaks and snorkelling in the main bay.

Wow. What a beautiful spot and so relaxing. We great a great stay at Sayang, nothing was to much trouble for the staff to make our stay the best ever. Walking distance to 2 beautiful beaches and other places to eat and drink also spas. The ladies in the Kitchen excelled themselves with every meal but the Indonesian Buffet was a stand out and must do. Special mention to Komang.

The house was great with the pool, available staff tried to help you out with everything. What was unfortunate was that the windows in the bathrooms were not protected from the animals. Furthermore, we had perfect Wi-Fi and the food that was cared for was great.

A pathway leads you to the main house and upon entry, the dramatic waterfront setting of the property is immediately evident. Probably the best place I’ve ever stayed. The view is amazing from the house and pool. Tons of dolphins and turtles playing in the waves. The staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. They organized pick ups and drop offs, ferry to and from the island, dinner reservations, breakfast in the villa and motorbike rentals direct to the villa. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

A perfect villa – cannot be faulted!
We loved everything about this villa. It’s set in a beautiful location, and walking through the gardens onto the living and pool area is like walking into a dream. The views from the pool area out onto the sea are amazing, the decor is thoughtful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast each day was delicious, and we also had dinner cooked one night by the staff which I highly recommend – it was one of our favourite meals in Bali. Can’t thank the staff enough for such a wonderful stay in this incredible villa.

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Tranquilla. We spent 5 nights and did not want to leave. The staff are friendly and fabulous, the villa itself is huge, the pool amazing and that view looking northwest over the sea to Bali and Mt Agung. Make sure you have dinner in the villa, the ladies make amazing food.

We can’t wait to come back again.
