Andaya House is a beautiful four bedroom private villa on the idyllic island of Nusa Lembongan. Situated on a cliff with spectacular panoramic views of the ocean, including surf breaks and back towards Bali and Mt Agung, the villa is a luxurious and contemporary home away from home.

Andaya House has four generous sized bedrooms, all with ocean views and private indoor/outdoor ensuites.

The main pavilion features a large open-air sitting area from which you can enjoy elevated ocean views over the infinity pool and gardens, a dining table that accommodates up to 10 people and an open plan kitchen designed for guest use. There is a TV room is located off the open-air sitting area that is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.

A fully cooked breakfast is included each morning.

Villa Tanjung is a luxury, architecturally designed villa offering 6, 5 or 4 bedroom options. Villa Tanjung occupies a spectacular cliff top setting, with 270 degree views that extend over Nusa Lembongan’s famous surf breaks towards Bali and its sacred volcano Mount Agung.

Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. All bedroom suites have spectacular ocean views. The master suite is set up with a double (king size) bed, a large walk in dressing room and a spacious bathroom with open air shower. Four suites are configured to suit either family occupancy with connecting door access between two adjoining suites – or four separate lockable bedroom suites. Two of the rooms have two single beds – which on request can be converted to a double bed. A sixth bedroom with ensuite is located next to the master bedroom with option of king or twin bedding.

Villa Tanjung prides itself on a being child-friendly, there is a large grassed area for children to play and within the pool is a shallow paddle area for toddlers.

One of the joys of staying at a private villa is not having to leave, Villa Tanjung offers an in-villa dining menu and beverage service for guests so you can relax all day at the villa.

This villa is sensational and the staff went above and beyond helping with everything. We loved our stay and would definitely go back and stay there again. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm welcome from the team and the charm and comfort of this Villa Accommodation: The rooms were comfortable with beautiful views all around. The airconditioning allowed us to refresh after days out Amenities: Everything we needed was at our fingertips, We opted to have dinner made for us at the Villa and also had access to the fully-equipped kitchen . Loved relaxing in the outdoor pool area overlooking the stunning ocean view Location – Conveniently located near Mushroom Bay and close to Yellow Bridge. We were above to explore the Island easily and plenty of options for transport. Hospitality: Komang and the team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Exceptional service and went about there duties in the Villa with minimal disruption during our stay. Overall Experience: In short, our stay at Villa Tanjong was pure bliss. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home, this is the place to be.

Really loved the balance between fun and relaxation.

The absolute best of the best
This place is one of the most amazing properties we have ever seen. It is extremely luxurious, the views are amazing and the staff could not have made our stay more comfortable. The house has every item you could hope for and has perfect access to the ocean below. We had 10 people in our group but could have easily had 15 and still been extremely comfortable. Cant wait to go back.

The full Villa features a poolside living and dining bale which both over look the ocean and provide the perfect location to dine and relax taking in the breathtaking views.

There is also an outdoor living bale with satellite TV and video, making it an ideal chillout zone.

Villa Sayang’s 5 full time staff are there to assist you with your stay and available to cook for you offering both local Indonesian & Western cuisine. A full range of meals from snacks to 3 course sit-down dinners are available during your stay at Villa Sayang Nusa Lembongan.

Your personal chef, Kadek, can advise on a specific meal or you can select individual dishes from the everyday menu.

Villa Sayang has an air conditioned massage room where you can retreat and be pampered with massage, manicure, pedicure or rejuvinating treatment.

The villa boat and skipper is available for all guests for complimentary drop off / pick up to surf breaks and snorkelling in the main bay.

Villa Sayang Nusa Lembongan also provides snorkelling equipment for you to use during your stay.

Villa Sayang is an amazing experience with wonderful staff.
An absolutely stunning Villa and amazing experience. Ade and the other staff were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and meals were delicious and cooked on site. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean and well maintained each day. The view and cool breeze off the water were amazing. The pool was a wonderful way to relax and end the view. The beach is right nearby.
Staff will arrange transport to all the amazing restaurants.
I would highly recommend this Villa and the wonderful staff.

We recently hired all of Villa Sayang for 11 people and absolutely loved it! The villas and the view were amazing and it was incredible to wake up to every day. The villas were so private and just a short 5 minute walk along the water to get to nearby restaurants and bars! The service was excellent and for those days we lazed around the villa, the staff were so attentive, friendly and also did trips out to get things for us. A big thank you to Adde and the staff, Komang, Gede, Pande, Wayan, Kadek and Julie! Would highly recommend and hopefully one day soon, come back again and stay at Villa Sayang!

Wow. What a beautiful spot and so relaxing. We great a great stay at Sayang, nothing was to much trouble for the staff to make our stay the best ever. Walking distance to 2 beautiful beaches and other places to eat and drink also spas. The ladies in the Kitchen excelled themselves with every meal but the Indonesian Buffet was a stand out and must do. Special mention to Komang.

The house was great with the pool, available staff tried to help you out with everything. What was unfortunate was that the windows in the bathrooms were not protected from the animals. Furthermore, we had perfect Wi-Fi and the food that was cared for was great.

Probably the best place I’ve ever stayed. The view is amazing from the house and pool. Tons of dolphins and turtles playing in the waves. The staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. They organized pick ups and drop offs, ferry to and from the island, dinner reservations, breakfast in the villa and motorbike rentals direct to the villa. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

A perfect villa – cannot be faulted!
We loved everything about this villa. It’s set in a beautiful location, and walking through the gardens onto the living and pool area is like walking into a dream. The views from the pool area out onto the sea are amazing, the decor is thoughtful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast each day was delicious, and we also had dinner cooked one night by the staff which I highly recommend – it was one of our favourite meals in Bali. Can’t thank the staff enough for such a wonderful stay in this incredible villa.

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Tranquilla. We spent 5 nights and did not want to leave. The staff are friendly and fabulous, the villa itself is huge, the pool amazing and that view looking northwest over the sea to Bali and Mt Agung. Make sure you have dinner in the villa, the ladies make amazing food.

We can’t wait to come back again.
