We stayed at Villa Lagarto. . Just like the photos and very beautiful and peaceful as well as tastefully-decorated. It was very clean and also quiet. It is a little off the beaten track so we needed to take a car (15 minutes to everywhere!) each time we wanted to venture somewhere larger. However, we were delighted to discover that is right next door to the beautiful Sandy Bay Beach Club. Lovely restaurant, day club, views to die for. Also the associated Beach Shacks a few seconds walk up the road do a great coffee and breakfast. The manager, Agus, was so helpful and was always responsive – helping us book cars, snorkelling trips and scooters with efficiency and kindness. Would definitely recommend.

We (unfortunately only) spent two nights at this beautiful villa and immediately felt super comfortable! A small dream 🙂 The employee Agus was super likeable and helped us with all questions and was always available and immediately available. We would have loved to stay much longer, but the villa is in high demand – which is absolutely understandable. The villa was absolutely clean and was cleaned by Agus more than necessary again the next day while we were on a trip. Stunning location right near the beach! Sandy Bay beach club was conveniently located just across from us and was an easy option for meals. Very comfortable beds. The private pool was the highlight of our stay. Also grateful there was a stocked first aid kit on the premises – had to use this when one of us got injured and it was a real comfort.

The villa is outstanding. Lovely comfy bed (assume the bed in the 2nd bedroom is the same) with a very pleasant outside bathroom and toilet. Pool is excellent, pretty long and slender and lovely for cooling down and stretching your arms. Lovely seating area with a breakfast bar and fridge. There were only two of us but even with 4 in the villa it would be very comfortable. You can get a takeaway from the Sandy Bay Beach Club if you wanted to stay in and make use of the facilities. Sandy Bay Beach Club is very close and food is reasonable, also tried the nearby Sunset Coin hotel for food which was pretty good also. Dream beach about a 10 minute walk and maybe 25 min walk to Mushroom Beach (better on a scooter) which has a nice selection of bars and restaurants but beware everywhere (nearly everywhere) stops serving food at 9. Devils tear nearby for an awesome show of wave power but don’t get to close to the edge taking selfies as it may be your last. Overall this villa is outstanding and is highly recommended.

Villa Lagarto is an exquisite luxurious hidden gem! Our 4 night stay was way beyond expectations. We were astonished by the beauty and detail of this villa. A big thank you for Kadek, the property manager, for helping us during our stay! The private pool is a beautiful addition which is cleaned 2x a day. The outside kitchen and seating area is so relaxing with its own fish pond! We were able to use the kitchen in full, the fridge had drinks that we could use and then pay for. The villa even had a BOSE speaker to use! The main bedroom has a super huge and comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. Everything including linen and towels smelled amazing! The whole villa was kept super clean! The outside bathroom has an amazing outdoor shower. We did not use the other bedroom and bathroom but they looked amazing as well! The Villa is across from The Sandy Bay Beach Club where we were eating breakfast. Lovely beach club, great food but a bit on the pricy side. When we come back to Nusa Lembongan, Villa Lagarto will be the one we will always choose over any other accommodation! Thank you for a fabulous and unforgettable stay!

As soon as you step through the doors of Villa Kingfisher you know you have entered somewhere quite special and your only regret will be that you have not booked more nights to stay here.

Overlooking the Ceningan channel – during the day you are spoilt for choice with the option of feasting your eyes on the activity in the seaweed farms to watching the waves crash at the Ceningan surf break – and if you are a keen surfer, you may well be tempted away from your little patch of paradise to venture out and catch a wave.

You will not want to venture very far away as Villa Kingfisher offers a wonderful infinity edge 20 metre swimming pool, a large relaxation bale (gazebo), as well as countless other areas to kick back and relax and do not a lot at all.

At night, you can sit back and enjoy the twinkling lights of neighbouring Ceningan Island dancing on the water. Villa Kingfisher is set up as a perfect retreat for two couples – close friends – or if you want to indulge yourselves it is the ideal couples retreat.

The main house comprises a large open plan living/dining and kitchen space with a curtained off area for the bedroom which has air-conditioning. Behind the bedroom area is the open air bathroom so you can soak up the nature that surrounds you.

The second bedroom is in a detached building with its own en-suite bathroom and large sitting area. This allows for easy privacy when the villa is occupied by two couples.

Magic spot with an ever changing backdrop looking over to Ceningan Island & Secret Point Beach surf break. So easy to relax on one of the many day beds or sun beds around the large fantastic pool. Budi was very helpful organising a rental scooter to be dropped at the property and recommending a dive shop nearby. Our only regret was we didn’t book longer as Nusa Lembongan which is very laid back and a nice reprieve from mainland Bali!

The property is beautiful. The pool in particular is really pretty, and the bed was quite comfortable and even had AC in the little curtained area where it is which made for a more comfortable sleep. The staff were really kind and helpful (thank you!). Definitely recommend, just keep in mind this villa is exposed to the elements so you have to be OK to sleep listening to nature sounds, waves, any wildlife/animals that may be in the surroundings, etc.

We had 3 wonderful nights on Lembongan. Budi and his team were always reachable and took care of everything. The island is less stressful than Bali and from Villa you can get everywhere very well by scooter or taxi. Budi and his team are also driving around. The transfer from Bali and back was perfectly organized and everything was well organized. The place looks 100% as shown in the pictures and is really a dream. You must be aware that there are no walls and you are sleeping outdoors. That you have tropical animals in the house like geckos and Lizards is definitely one of them. You will not regret booking this villa. My wife and I wish we stayed longer, and we will definitely be back. The location is amazing. The view over the Seaweed farms is exceptional. It is so open and beautiful yet still feels private and secluded. It’s also very easy to get to from the main road with a scooter or car taxi. Budi, our house attendant, was extremely knowledgeable and conversational about the island, local culture, and other information. He gave thoughtful suggestions for things to do and was helpful with organising anything we needed. Amazing service! The cleaning lady was very friendly and made an excellent breakfast for us. Nusa Lembongan is such a great and relaxing island and is definitely worth staying at. I’d recommend at least 5 days to experience Nusa Lembongan and Penida fully. It is very easy and not too busy to navigate around. Definitely recommend!!

This was an incredible, once in a lifetime stay! Budi booked all of our travel to and from the island and we felt taken care of the entire time we were there. One day we were sick and helped us get food to be delivered. The pool at the villa was amazing with great views of the ocean and the seaweed farms below. It was just the two of us and there was more than enough space. There would have been plenty of room for another couple to stay. We already miss the afternoon sea breeze!

Every aspect of our trip was perfectly orchestrated by Budi and crew. We arrived a little early at the ferry port and ended up catching an earlier ferry. Budi jumped into action to make sure we were taken care of. He arranged excursions and food delivery, and even helped with a last minute ride to the beach. Every aspect of the villa was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Do yourself a favor and order the pancakes from Pogul. They were delicious! Villa Kingfisher is a great place to stay. The villa is open, spacious, and clean. The view is amazing. The staff Budi and Putu are wonderful. They welcomed us with open arms. They cooked us breakfast each morning in the villa. They also gave us a tour of Lembongan and Ceningan. They were very knowledgeable about the history of the area and made us feel safe the whole time we toured with them. They went to great length to accommodate me and my wife during our honeymoon. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to have an elevated, amazing experience on nusa lembongan. The villa is beautiful with the open air, so perfect for couples who want to enjoy their time together. Not only that but the staff were amazing, especially Budi, the villa manager who went out of his way to make sure our time on the island was seamless, easy, and that we got to do everything we wanted to do. He even helped us book our transport to Lombok since many boat companies weren’t running and we were having a hard time doing it ourselves. Highly recommend this villa to anyone, it definitely deserves a 6 star review.

A rare case when villa looks better in reality than on the pictures. What a gem of tropical paradise. We loved the open plan and all available facilities. Budi – the villa manager – is professional, friendly and super responsive. We will be back for sure.

The villa was beautiful, The pool is amazing! The villa is really big and open. More than enough for room two people. The service from our hosts was great also.

Nothing to complain about but just keep in mind when booking the villa is quite open, as in there are no real doors or windows closing the place up. Other than that, great villa.

Stunning, loved our stay – the villa and view are stunning. The pool is enormous and beautiful. The photos are amazing but don’t do this place justice.
We enjoyed our digital detox – no TV and very little wifi. Just what we needed to relax.
We loved breakfast at the next door hotel – we ordered lunch and drinks there most days too. So convenient with a gate from the villa to the hotel.
All the staff are wonderful and helped us with our dinner bookings, and anything we needed. The restaurants pick you up and drop you back home when you’re finished.
A perfect trip.
