They proudly refer to their creations as “baguettes,” and these baguettes are truly something special.
The Lounge baguettes are made with traditional French baking techniques that result in the perfect combination of a crispy crust and a soft, fluffy interior. They are big, bold, and burst with flavor, making The Lounge the go-to spot for an extraordinary sandwich experience on the island.
The Fries are something else. Crafted with care using an authentic Dutch recipe, they boast original toppings like mayo, diced onion, and peanut sauce that take them to a whole new level of deliciousness. Looking for a healthier option? Give the Garden Fries a try. They combine the goodness of potato and sweet potato fries, topped with creamy yogurt, zesty paprika, and a medley of fresh herbs. Hai Ri Zen is a brand new beachfront restaurant on Mushroom Bay and truly unique with its natural bamboo style architecture. Situated right on the beach the venue provides sweeping views of the turquoise blue ocean and the most spectacular sunsets Nusa Lembongan has to offer. There is no better place to watch the sun set over Mushroom Bay enjoying one of our handcrafted cocktails.

Hai Ri Zen is a “Small Plate Restaurant” allowing for choice and variety. As a guide the size of each serving is larger than a traditional entrée but smaller than the usual main course. Our award winning chef has created a mouthwatering fusion of classic Western and Asian cuisine with  something new every week.

Hai Ri Zen is more than just the new jewel of Nusa Lembongan, it is also the perfect wedding venue under the same management as Hai Tide Beach Resort. Our in-house wedding planner can provide a full service with reviews that speak for themselves.
