Yoga Bliss is a unique space offering drop-in classes, yoga retreats, workshops and yoga teacher trainings.

Morning classes are 75min and evening classes at 60min

The group classes offer a broad range of styles and are suitable for everyone, whether you are a first timer or have more experience.

The studio is located at the back of Green Garden Restaurant in the center of Nusa Lembongan.

Yoga Bliss was founded in April 2016 with the idea of bringing Yoga to everyone.

The idea was born from the collaboration of international yoga teachers and locals who wish to create a space where people could develop their yoga practice, spirituality and reconnect with themselves. A place where everybody is welcome. It is the only locally owned yoga studio on the island with a belief that land is sacred for the people who are attached to it.

Yoga Bliss wants to support the local community and help them to keep ownership and get the most out of their island.

They reinvest 6% of their teacher training and retreats income into various projects supporting the local community and protecting the natural environment of Nusa Lembongan. Whether training members of the community as Yoga Teachers or supporting waste management on the island or marine wildlife research, they feel that they should give back to this magical place and the wonderful people and animals who live here.

The Shala is located in Jungut Batu, just off the main road and within walking distance from the beach.

Yoga Dunia

Welcome to Yoga Dunia Lembongan, the place to reconnect!

Drop-in classes every day at 8:30 am & 5:00 pm, we welcome you to an open air yoga shala in the middle of our tropical garden with pool to relax before or after yoga class.

Additional class at 9.45am a few times a week and workshop

Yoga means “union” in Sanskrit, and Dunia means “world” in Hindi and Indonesian. That is why at Yoga Dunia you will be able to discover and/or practice a wise variety of yoga styles, based on its evolution from its distant origins until today, without forgetting its spiritual foundations.

What to expect: We offer vinyasa, aerial yoga and yin yoga, as well as slow-moving yoga classes.

Where we are: Yoga Dunia is located in Mushroom on Tamarind Road, turn right/left at Cinta Café, walk a few meters and you will find us in front of Amora Huts.

Private lessons: If you don’t want to come to the studio, we can come to you. We offer private solo or group yoga classes in your villa or hotel.

Yoga Retreat: If you want to let yourself go, we offer our all-inclusive 4, 6 or 10 day packages. More info.

Yoga Teacher Training: Yoga Dunia is also a Yoga Alliance accredited yoga school since 2018. Join us to become a yoga teacher or continue your education. More info.
