Offering reformer Pilates, mat Pilates and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, FIRM brings together different forms of training where the focus is on showing up, progressing and  the process.

FIRM’s Pilates training is designed to challenge and support different experience levels, whether you are new to Pilates, returning to movement or continuing an established practice. Daily group classes and private sessions provide flexibility for those looking to build consistency into their routine while travelling.

For Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, FIRM offers both Gi and No-Gi training, with structured classes and open mat sessions running throughout the week. Weekly Fundamentals sessions provide an accessible starting point for newcomers, while regular classes and open mats create space for everyone from curious beginners to experienced grapplers.

Expert-led classes and private sessions create an environment where guests can work towards their own goals while becoming part of a wider training community.

All Yoga Training offers Yoga Alliance–certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali. Our intimate 23-day course is practice-focused, so you build real teaching skills and deepen your personal practice with close guidance.

Our trainings welcome motivated beginners and experienced practitioners. You’ll study Ashtanga Vinyasa, Creative Vinyasa Flow, pranayama, meditation, subtle anatomy, and teaching methodology in a supportive setting.

The studio is a beachfront shala in Jungut Batu, Nusa Lembongan—steps from cafés, guesthouses, and the beach. Sea-breeze ventilation, an open roof line, and ocean views create a calm study environment.

All Yoga Training began in 2009 with a simple idea: make high-quality yoga education accessible, practical, and community-minded. Our international teachers mentor small groups so each student receives personal feedback and clear direction. The course is capped at 22 students for better learning, with individual mentoring from a world-class team with decades of combined experience. By graduation you’ll be ready to lead safe and inspiring classes for all levels.

Certification is Yoga Alliance 200-hour, recognized internationally so you can teach anywhere in the world.

Getting here is simple: from Bali airport, taxi to Sanur Harbor, then take a speedboat (~30–45 minutes) to Nusa Lembongan. Many students choose Arthamas Ferry since our shala is next to their arrival point.

Student life is easy on the island. Affordable cafés offer vegetarian, vegan, and raw options. Rest days arrive every sixth day—perfect for surfing, snorkeling with manta rays, or a Balinese massage.
