Shala is a Sanskrit term, directly translated as “house”, “abode” or “home”. Additionally, the term is commonly used to refer to an open pavilion that provides a shaded meeting place.
A word which resonates perfectly with our space.

WHERE
The Yoga Shala Lembongan is hidden down a quiet sandy path off of the main road in Jungutbatu… an opportunity to let – go and ground as you walk to our little boho sanctuary. We are a few meters from a quiet sandy beach where locals are tending to their seaweed farms {more about that later! }.
Our gorgeous outdoor traditional pavilion is nestled in a shady garden with tropical blooms and coconut trees amplifying your connection with nature, yes its time to completely surrender and relax to the rhythm of this beautiful island as the sound of the ocean and gentle breeze wraps you in a wonderful healing vibration.
We opened our first yoga doors at Edgewater in Melbourne in 2014 and we’re thrilled you’ve decided to visit us at our new home in Bali, Nusa Lembongan – please browse our website to discover what we’re all about.
