At Morin Resort you will enjoy a deep healing sleep, and wake up to breathtaking ocean views. Our boutique suites offer the perfect balance of comfort, elegance, and chilled island vibes.

Designed to feel playful, adventurous and carefree, Morin Resort is a heritage boutique hotel run like a home, where everyone feels like family. We offer a range of rooms and suites all designed with flair, creativity and authenticity. Located on the most secluded and peaceful side of Nusa Lembongan, we are within a 3-minute walk to two beaches.

 

Our Story

Morin Resort is built on the foundation and connections that have grown from three decades of Lembongan life between two families: the Monoh from Nusa Lembongan and the Jamar from Belgium.

The name Morin comes from the Mooring Buoy, the anchoring point used to moor boats. The “Mo” from Morin also celebrates Made Monoh, the land owner and keeper.

We designed Morin Resort as a place:

-to discover and protect the natural world of our fragile island

Morin Resort is dedicated to creating magical experiences, sharing the warmth and beauty of our cultures, and to being caring stewards of this island and the ocean that surrounds it. The largest and most luxurious room with a private pool and semi-open living room on the ground floor and a bedroom on top floor with a king bed, bathroom with standing shower, working desk and private balcony.  Enjoy expansive sea view and sunset from the comfort of your room. Breakfast daily.

The view is very good, the hotel and the rooms are very beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and happy to help in any way to make our trip easy and enjoyable. My friend had a very upset stomach on the night of check-in and could hardly eat. The patient front desk and kitchen staff prepared porridge and ginger tea for us, and came back and forth many times to deliver hot water and hot food. From the management, the front desk to every employee, they were very serious about helping us, thank you very much!

My stay at Morin was nothing short of magical from start to finish. ✨ The walk to the beach felt unreal, the food was incredible, the staff beyond kind, and even the music added to the magic. We arrived with a bad case of Bali belly and barely made it, but the team welcomed us with hydration and soup that truly helped us recover. The room was so cozy with a beautiful view, and even the other guests at the resort were warm and friendly. Morin is absolutely beautiful and has the nicest staff. Truly professional and lovely. The view is unbeatable and it was such a unique experience. The only thing to note is that it is a bit further away from the main beach areas than I would like. Coconut beach is right next door, so if you’re looking for a bit of privacy away from the main area, this is perfect for you.

Simply Flawless – A Truly Relaxing Stay
Our stay at Morin Resort was exceptional from the very first moment. The level of service here is truly top-tier; the staff were brilliant throughout our visit-unfailingly polite, attentive, and always happy to help with a warm smile. We stayed in one of the pool villas, and it was absolutely incredible. Having our own private pool felt like a true luxury, and the villa itself was beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately clean. It was our own private sanctuary to return to each day. The resort’s main facilities are just as impressive. The restaurant served delicious food with a great atmosphere, and the main pool area is stunning and a fantastic place to unwind. For me, the perfect way to begin each morning was on the yoga deck, which offers a serene and beautiful space to practice. The entire resort has such a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. However, If you want to soak up the local culture and see the amazing sights surrounding the retreat, Nusa Lembongan has plenty to offer.

With gorgeous views of the pool from every room, choosing your accommodation is a breeze. Select from one of the four one-bedroom Villas or if you need more space, the two-bedroom Poolside or Upper Lodge is perfect for you.

Swimming Pool

Let your worries simply float away in the luxurious 20m private swimming pool. The overflow pool has a private swimout to each of the four boutique, two storey single villas. The Poolside Lodge boasts a separate 15m pool that cascades one metre into the long pool that is the stunning centrepiece of the four villas.

No need to worry about any pool sounds besides the splash of you diving in. All of the filtration and sanitising equipment is quietly located beneath the floor slabs with the large balance tanks. Salt water chlorination combined with ultra violet deactivation provides the ultimate in safe, healthy and sanitised swimming pool water.

The Bar

Sit back and relax poolside with a refreshing drink from the refrigerated mini-bar in every villa. If you prefer to watch the sunset at the end of day down by the beach, grab a drink from the centrally located bar in the restaurant. You can choose from a full range of cocktails, wines and other beverages including freshly ground espresso coffee. Watch the sun go down with an Espresso Martini or dry Vodka Martini – shaken not stirred. Yes please!

Seaside Deck

Alongside the entry to the retreat from the beach, the Seaside Deck extends the entire length of the sea wall on the beach. Relax with your favourite book on one of the sun lounges or sip your favourite cocktail as you watch the sunset. Take your lunch to the deck and enjoy the sounds of the sea while enjoying one of our specially prepared meals.

Dining

A gourmet experience awaits you as our experienced chef prepares a delicious snack or meal from our extensive menu. Start your day with a full breakfast included with your room. All of our meals are prepared using sanitised, drinkable water.

Enjoy your lunch sitting poolside on your own private deck, in the beautiful restaurant or on the seaside deck overlooking Tamarind Bay. If only all choices were that simple.

Eco Friendly

White Horse Retreat is fully reticulated with filtered and UV sanitised water produced by an in-house desalination plant. The pure water is infused with sodium bicarbonate to raise the pH, the total alkalinity of the water and to improve the taste. Fresh, cool drinking water is readily available in reusable glass bottles.

The wood used in the Poolside Villas and the Poolside Lodge decks is all 30 year old recycled Ulin Ironwood. Labelled as the hardest wood in the world, it is extremely durable and will serve the White Horse Retreat well for the next 30 years.

Poolside Lodge

With sweeping views of the entire retreat, the Poolside Lodge is the epitome of luxury in paradise. It features two generously large, fully air conditioned bedrooms with equally spacious ensuites. The second bedroom can be configured as a king-size double bed or two king-size single beds.

The expansive central living area opens to the beautiful fresh sea breezes while ceiling fans help keep all rooms cool. The living area features all of the facilities you need to relax and enjoy your stay at the retreat, including a dining area and kitchenette with a large fridge and freezer. Unwind on the sun lounges on your own private sundeck. As its name suggests, the Poolside Lodge is nestled alongside the 15m pool, with direct access to and from the pool.

Upper Lodge

The beautiful Upper Lodge has grandiose wooden floors made from Ulin Ironwood. Echoing the design of the Poolside Lodge, it too is spacious with large rooms and ensuite. Open the central sliding door and enjoy the views of the retreat and ocean beyond. A poolside deck is available to use at the end of the long pool.

Poolside Villas

The four luxury, boutique Poolside Villas offer two storey opulence. Take in the gorgeous views from the spacious upper level balcony in comfortable chairs. The second storey bedroom features a stunning four poster bed with mosquito net. The ensuite is both spacious and beautifully appointed, with double vanities and extra-large shower. A kitchenette with full-size fridge/mini-bar is provided.

We had a magical stay at the Whitehorse! Breakfast overlooking the ocean was beautiful. The bedroom was heavenly. They organised a scooter for us to share, this made it possible to see the island. There were many restaurants nearby and also our favourite little coffee shop Mushroom Espresso. The pool was absolutely delightful. It is not very private in the downstairs part, but this did not bother us as we spent a lot of time in the magnificent and huge air conditioned bedroom upstairs. Would definitely recommend these villas!

Our stay at White Horse Retreat can only be described as amazing. The resort’s grounds are small but beautiful, with well kept gardens and lawns. The room was beautifully appointed and quite large, and the bathroom was luxurious. The staff were fantastic – friendly, helpful, funny – we organised a motorbike and a snorkelling trip from our sunlounges! The location is perfect, right on the beach and so quiet. The meals we had were delicious and affordable. 10/10!

A relaxing island escape with warm hospitality, stunning beachfront views and delicious food.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Milu with a refreshing drink and a detailed introduction to the resort. The entire team at White Horse Resort were incredibly helpful throughout our stay—organising everything from scooters to explore the island, to snorkelling trips and relaxing in-house massages. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was another highlight—fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. I especially recommend the BBQ seafood plate—it was absolutely delicious! The resort is set in a peaceful, beachfront location—ideal for unwinding—yet only a short scooter ride from some fantastic restaurants and bars. It was magical watching turtles pop up for air in the crystal-clear aqua water. At low tide, we loved walking along the beach to explore nearby caves and watching the locals as they fished and searched for crustaceans.

Jipsi Beach House is a beautiful, absolute beachfront 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa on Tamarind Beach, Nusa Lembongan. The property is set on 2000m2 of lush tropical gardens and lawn which lead down to a white sandy and crystal clear waters beyond.

Jipsi Beach House is the quintessential beach house that combines relaxed island life with subtle luxuries to ensure your holiday will be one you will never forget.

The beach front location, team of staff & stunning indoor and outdoor areas are the perfect place to soothe your soul.

The main house has one master suite with king bed, the other bedroom has a queen bed with 2 bunk beds. This rooms sleeps 6 people.  The second master suite is joined to the main villa via a timber balcony.  The 4th bedroom is a bungalow style room with a queen bed, detached from the main house.

The living areas of the main villa has bifold doors with open up the villa onto the expansive timber deck for alfresco dining.  From here you can look out across the beautiful green lawns to the 10 x 5m pool, out door living pavilion and ocean.

The Jipsi Beach House team of staff are able to assist with your transport needs, scooter hire, snorkelling trips, restaurant bookings and other island activities.

We can’t rate the Jipsi Beach House highly enough. The house, grounds and views are stunning. Best of all were the staff who made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. The meals were delicious and they went out of their way to help. A very memorable holiday, we hope to stay again.

Welcome to your home away from home! Villa Coral features 4 master suites all with private balconies, ocean views and exquisite ensuites.  If you’re looking for a homey family villa to accommodate up to 9 pax, Villa Coral makes an ideal choice.

Positioned on the beachfront in Tamarind Bay with clear views of Playgrounds and Lacerations surf breaks, you can paddle out for a surf, relax by the infinity pool, watch a movie in the games room, look out to Mt Agung from the upstairs alfresco lounge, enjoy a meal at the open air dining room, or have a relaxing drink around the poolside bar bale.

Snorkelling equipment and SUP boards are provide for your use.

This is a text to thank you for our wonderful accomodation at the coral Villa a week Avon it is a lovely villa , so well appointed , lovely decor, spacious and wonderful staff, especially Dwi. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. It’s in a great location.
One complaint is the paddle boards had no leg strap so difficult to surf with , we also felt the villa should provide life jackets for use with the paddle board. It seems unfair to advertise that these are available but not in good condition. A kayak would also have been an added bonus.

Exceptional house beach front. The place is sublime, what a view and how quiet! The infinity pool, the beach, the garden and amazing spaces outside as well as inside. With friendly staff who take care of meals. To book with your eyes closed.

This was our second stay at Villa Coral. Absolutely beautiful villa with the most receptive and friendly staff. Dwi and staff were very accommodating during our stay. Location is perfect, close to surf break, swim and sup at the front door. Can’t wait to come back.

Where to start…we had the best time in the most beautiful place. The location of the villa was excellent right between mushroom and coconut bay an easy walk or taxi ride to great restaurants and shops. The view across the beautiful blue waters to Mt Agung is spectacular. The villa was delightful with well thought out spaces. We were four couples and never did we feel we were overcrowded. The bedrooms were spacious all equal in size and great amenities. Being able to use the Villa Paddleboards and snorkeling equipment was an absolute bonus. The biggest compliment to this place is the wonderful staff that made our stay so enjoyable. They were amazing they cooked us delicious breakfasts each morning, tidied and refreshed the villa with big smiles. A special mention goes to Dwi who helped us with restaurant, taxi and excursion bookings. He was incredibly helpful and kind. The perfect holiday is where one can walk barefoot straight out the front gate of your own private villa on to a beautiful white sandy beach and dive directly into the pristine ocean.

This is Villa Celagi, a four bedroom, four bathroom villa set on the beachfront,where at high tide the water laps peacefully against the front wall with views to the magnificent volcano Mt Agung.  There are four dedicated staff to look after your every need and over the course of your stay you will begin to think of them more as family than staff.

Relax poolside sipping cocktails or for those who a more energetic there are several world class surf breaks which are easily accessible from the villa. Plus the adventure awaits of a whole tropical island to explore either by foot, motor scooter, golf buggy or small pick up truck.

The Villa manager is also available to arrange to take you swimming with the Manta rays or drift snorkelling . The kaleidoscope of coral colours combined with the vast number of species of beautiful fish make these underwater experiences feel like you are in a real life aquarium!

When the tranquility of night falls across the island it is time to make the difficult decision of whether to eat a specially prepared meal at the Villa or go out to one of the many fabulous restaurants on offer on Nusa Lembongan

Beautiful beach villa in a quiet location, exceptional staff, a great week.
Nano, Kadek and Wayan were amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The villa was in a fantastic location right on the beach with easy access to restaurants and activities. The rooms were comfortable and the pool and common area were perfect for a large group.

We stayed on three locations for our Bali trip and Lembongan was by far the favourite amongst all guests. The accommodation was perfect for 2 families. Large rooms all with their own bathrooms. Kitchen lounge and dining all outside overlooking the beautiful white sands and pristine waters. The pool was beautiful however after a long hot day is a bit warm. Walking out of the entry gates straight onto the sand and into natures pool, the ocean, was amazing. The villa is a short walk to fantastic cafes and restaurants however for more fine dining our hosts were always available to make bookings for venues and travel to and from. They also organised snorkelling tours and gave great recommendations on shops and exploring. At one point I needed something printed so they arranged my travel and helped me get it done. Our hosts were only a message away and were fast with responses. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

Incredibly happy with the staff. They were stars. The house is lovely, located right with its own beach, cozy Swedish cafe. We were traveling with a baby and it was not optimal there, but the other kids had a great time. We went fishing, and the best snorkeling tour under the auspices of those who worked there. Can’t get bragged enough from the staff, they were so friendly, helpful and amazing. And the house is really on its own “almost” private beach. Walking distance to lots of cafes.

Villa Tanjung is a luxury, architecturally designed villa offering 6, 5 or 4 bedroom options.  Villa Tanjung occupies a spectacular cliff top setting, with 270 degree views that extend over Nusa Lembongan’s famous surf breaks towards Bali and its sacred volcano Mount Agung.

Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. All bedroom suites have spectacular ocean views.  The master suite is set up with a double (king size) bed, a large walk in dressing room and a spacious bathroom with open air shower. Four suites are configured to suit either family occupancy with connecting door access between two adjoining suites – or four separate lockable bedroom suites. Two of the rooms have two single beds – which on request can be converted to a double bed. A sixth bedroom with ensuite is located next to the master bedroom with option of king or twin bedding.

Villa Tanjung prides itself on a being child-friendly, there is a large grassed area for children to play and within the pool is a shallow paddle area for toddlers.

One of the joys of staying at a private villa is not having to leave, Villa Tanjung offers an in-villa dining menu and beverage service for guests so you can relax all day at the villa.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm welcome from the team and the charm and comfort of this Villa Accommodation: The rooms were comfortable with beautiful views all around. The airconditioning allowed us to refresh after days out Amenities: Everything we needed was at our fingertips, We opted to have dinner made for us at the Villa and also had access to the fully-equipped kitchen . Loved relaxing in the outdoor pool area overlooking the stunning ocean view Location – Conveniently located near Mushroom Bay and close to Yellow Bridge. We were above to explore the Island easily and plenty of options for transport. Hospitality: Komang and the team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Exceptional service and went about there duties in the Villa with minimal disruption during our stay. Overall Experience: In short, our stay at Villa Tanjong was pure bliss. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home, this is the place to be.

The absolute best of the best
This place is one of the most amazing properties we have ever seen. It is extremely luxurious, the views are amazing and the staff could not have made our stay more comfortable. The house has every item you could hope for and has perfect access to the ocean below. We had 10 people in our group but could have easily had 15 and still been extremely comfortable. Cant wait to go back.

Thank you all for a truly special holiday. From the moment we arrived at the villa we were warmly welcomed and had to literally do nothing for 5 days. Gede and Komang organised absolutely everything we wanted to do, which made exploring the island an easy and enjoyable experience. The massage girls were exceptional and we loved that we did not have to go offsite to have these done. A very special thanks to the wonderful team in the kitchen. Every meal was a delight and the fruit platters at breakfast were delicious. Villa Sayang and Nusa Lembongan have really made an impression on all of us and we will definitely be visiting again.

What a girls trip! 14 of us arrived at the villa & we were blown away. The view from the villa is spectacular. The villa overlooks the water & it in a great location. The villa is so clean and well looked after. What made our experience so memorable was the staff. Gede the house manager was so attentive and although it was his first day working as house manager, nothing was too much trouble & he was so professional. He made our holiday a true holiday! The food was beautiful too. We ate many meals there and the food did not disappoint.
Komang was our boat driver. He was an excellent skipper to the boat & it was so awesome having a boat included in the villa that could drop us off to surfing locations , and snorkeling spots. It really was the best trip ever & thanks to all the staff! Highly highly recommend! We would love to return.

We had the most incredible time at Villa Sayang in Nusa Lembongan. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home. Gede and Komang were absolute superstars – so warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they looked after our every need.

We ordered dinner from the in-villa menu one evening, and it turned out to be the best Indonesian meal we had during our entire trip.

The villa itself is spectacular – the infinity pool overlooking the ocean is breathtaking, and the views are next-level. Every part of the villa was spotless and beautifully styled, with that perfect mix of luxury and island charm.

If you’re heading to Lembongan, Villa Sayang is an absolute must. We’re already planning our return!

We stayed in the 4 bedroom villa, our family and friends. The villa is beautifully styled, super clean and spacious – traditional Balinese style – which we all love. The location is fantastic – walking distance to the cliff top bars and restaurants, so close to the beach.
All of the villa staff are lovely. The house manager Gede was brilliant – like a personal butler (and mixologist!)- he can organise anything for you, really easy going and professional. Komang the skipper of the boat is also fantastic – he is a skilled skipper, taking us out snorkelling and for a sunset cruise – having the private boat is a fabulous addition. All really nice people.
The food at the villa was excellent – we had Indonesian banquet, Balinese Duck etc – so nice to eat homecooked food on holiday.
Such a fabulous place – we have booked next year already!
PS Sunsets from the villa are superb – no need to go anywhere

Villa Pantai at Tamarind Beach is available for just one couple – or groups up to 18!
Escape to paradise and experience a luxurious island hideaway at Villa Pantai. Set on 2,280m2 of land, Villa Pantai is a fully-staffed, modern, Balinese style villa with beach access just steps away. Planned to surround a central, infinity edge swimming pool, the villa includes a large, open plan living pavilion and stunning views to the pool and ocean beyond.

Villa Pantai includes 7 spacious and well appointed suites comfortably sleeping up to 18 guests.

Configuration includes 6 suites with king-size beds and a suite with 3 large bunk beds. There two master bedrooms with private ensuite, and two pods each consisting of two rooms with interconnecting doors and a shared bathroom.  Two of the king-size beds can be split into twin share, single beds on request. A folding cot is available for infants.

Each air-conditioned suite features soaring high ceilings and an ensuite garden bathroom, fitted with soothing rain showers and double vanity units.

Both master bedrooms include a private terrace with rattan armchairs and table offering the perfect place to sit back and relax. The Master Suite terrace faces the beach, offering sweeping views of the ocean, and out to majestic Mount Agung beyond. Yet the scenery is not lost from any of the rooms at Villa Pantai, with the remaining suites facing out to beautifully manicured gardens.

Lovely Villa for a big family gathering. The staff were amazing and we had a great time staying here. Loved being able to have in house massages in the Villa which we could book quickly and conveniently through the Villa staff. Breakfast was always lovely and the dinners/lunchs were great with an extensive menu to chose from. Would highly recommend this villa.

The staff were exceptional !
We hardly left the villa as the food and service was too good.
It’s the perfect place for a large family to enjoy be together but still have your own space . The surf right out front was a plus.
Gede and his team went above and beyond to make our stay one of the best holidays we have ever had !!

Paradise – Quiet, Relaxing, Water Sports, Perfect!
Our Family has stayed at Villa Pantai twice now. The staff are amazing and make the best Gin & Tonic. Loved the gym and day spa area. Our kids had a ball and ask me to cook like Koman did. Spring Rolls by the pool,curry for dinner. The rumpus room and bunk room gave the kids their own space as well. Can’t wait to get back there and have already booked for next year. Awesome snorkling too!

Truly magical place – Could not recommend a stay here more highly!

We stayed for 3 nights with our families and hosted our wedding here, it was picture perfect and exactly what we had hoped for.
