Beach Tonic Nusa Lembongan oozes island vibes and holiday mode.  With its white canvas, neutral tones & pops of blue, you will be forgiven for never wanting to leave.

Beach Tonic is located in one of Lembongan’s most popular positions, on the hill in Jungut Batu with views of all 3 surf breaks ( Playgrounds, Lacerations &  Shipwrecks) and beyond to the majestic Mt Agung. Four master bedrooms, with spacious ensuites are designed to give guests the luxury of beautiful interiors that will soothe your soul after a day of island adventures.  Each room has pillow top king beds, with twin bedding set up also an option.

The upper level open air lounge deck takes in views of far eastern Bali and sunrise, panning a full 180 degrees of ocean views to include sunsets in the west.  The two upstairs bedrooms boast spectacular views of turquoise water, Bali and  beyond to Mt Agung.

The lower level living room and fully equipped kitchen lead out onto the stunning pool deck overlooking the waters of Jungut Batu bay.  Here you will enjoy breakfast in the cabana (and no doubt sunset drinks too), before your days are filled lounging poolside.

Relax and recharge at the villa or take a short walk down to the beach and waterfront restaurants or for the more adventurous a surf, sup or snorkel in the bay is always an option.

Recently stayed at Beach Tonic with some friends. The accommodation was incredible, spotless, beautiful views and great air conditioning. Lonjong was incredible, gave us a walking tour and helped organise some activities for us. The breakfast every morning was delicious and all the staff were so helpful. We were able to still enjoy the amenities after check out and assisted us with a smooth transition to our boat departure.

Amazing!!! We spent 4 nights at Beach tonic and could have stayed a lot longer. Lonjohn and his team are incredible! They think of everything and have an answer for any question. They go above and beyond to help their guests. Breakfast each morning was beautiful. The rooms were clean, tidy and well thought out. The view was stunning!! Jipsi Beach House is a beautiful, absolute beachfront 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa on Tamarind Beach, Nusa Lembongan. The property is set on 2000m2 of lush tropical gardens and lawn which lead down to a white sandy and crystal clear waters beyond.

Jipsi Beach House is the quintessential beach house that combines relaxed island life with subtle luxuries to ensure your holiday will be one you will never forget.

The beach front location, team of staff & stunning indoor and outdoor areas are the perfect place to soothe your soul.

The main house has one master suite with king bed, the other bedroom has a queen bed with 2 bunk beds. This rooms sleeps 6 people.  The second master suite is joined to the main villa via a timber balcony.  The 4th bedroom is a bungalow style room with a queen bed, detached from the main house.

The living areas of the main villa has bifold doors with open up the villa onto the expansive timber deck for alfresco dining.  From here you can look out across the beautiful green lawns to the 10 x 5m pool, out door living pavilion and ocean.

The Jipsi Beach House team of staff are able to assist with your transport needs, scooter hire, snorkelling trips, restaurant bookings and other island activities.

Absolutely amazing stay for our two families of 6! Such a gorgeous spot and Made, Gede, Kadek and Kadek were such lovely hosts! Easy access to the beach, great pool and dining areas with a huge garden for the kids to play in. Would definitely stay again!!

Absolutely outstanding house. My family of seven, wife, two sons & their wives and one grandson, had wonderful accommodation in a great spot. The support staff were great. Couldn’t recommend the place as a holiday destination for an extended family group more highly.

Jipsi Beach House was amazing!! It exceeded our high expectations. The staff are amazing people who really made us feel at home. The beach house has private access to the beach and is walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. There is a spa for great massages next door too. We will definitely be back.

We had the most incredible stay at Jipsi Villa. Honestly couldn’t have been better if we tried. The staff were so kind and attentive and made us feel so at home. We were met at the port by one of the staff who drove us back to the villa. Everything was SO stunning – so much better than even the photos do it justice. It was so quiet and tranquil and perfect. We never wanted to leave!!! Recommend doing the Indonesian buffet at the villa one night – best food we’ve had all trip! Massage place just next door and they’ll come to the villa too. Heaven is a place on earth – it’s called Jipsi Villa.

This villa was the highlight of our trip. It was even more beautiful than the photos displayed. The pool area was large and clean. The lounge and kitchen was open and outdoors, same as the bathrooms, which is different but really enjoyed it. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly.

The best place to stay in the whole of Bali. This property is beautiful, the photos make it look good but it is even better in person. We absolutely loved staying here, Agus went above and beyond to look after us whilst we were on Nusa Lembongan. The property is well kept, private, and spacious, with all amenities you could need. The outdoor shower is a dream! The beach club across the road is perfect for lunch/dinner/drinks or to spend the day. Easy location to get to Devils Tears, Dream Beach and rent a scooter or taxi to explore the island further. If you are thinking of booking do not hesitate!

Beautiful villa – exactly as pictured. Opposite Sandy Bay beach club which is perfect for spending the day and also for dinner. Agus and the team made everything so easy – organising taxis etc for us and went above and beyond to help when one of the group got unwell and helped us to get a massage in the villa (having cancelled the pre booked ones in a nearby spa) and we could get a takeaway from Sandy Bay which was perfect. Would recommend staying here for sure!

Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay at the villa for our honeymoon. The staff was so friendly and helpful, it made everything feel super easy. The photos of the villas don’t really do them justice—ours was more spacious & beautiful than it looked in the photos. It’s also a great location on the island—really close to a couple restaurants and spas. The views of the bay are excellent, and you can even see a bit of ocean from the private pool. This place is definitely worth it.

Exceptional!

Great villa close to the beach and the ferry drop off point. Nice clean rooms and good air con. The villa was well equipped with pots and pans and the fridge stocked with drinks. Staff and communication with the team via email was honestly exceptional. They helped organise our transfers to and fro hotels and also the motorbike rental. Private, Quiet and a great view

We had a wonderful stay at tenang villas. The villa itself is beautiful, with stunning views over the bay. The location is perfect and very close to some good restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and easy – our scooter broke down on Nusa Ceningan and they had a new one to us within 3 0mins! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

BEST staff!

The view of the beach from the villa was incredible. Satik and the whole team were amazing. They go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I will safely say out of all the AirBnb’s I’ve stayed at, this place had the best staff/communication. They were so helpful to us, gave me rides, were always there whenever we needed and Satik showed me around the Island.  If you want an AirBnb where you are looked after, this is the one!!!

You couldn’t ask for better…

We had an amazing stay at Tenang Villas and highly recommend it. The four of us stayed at Villa 2 and everything was exactly as described and photographed. There was thoughtful touches throughout the villa like filtered water, plenty of toiletries, well stocked kitchen and a super cold fridge. The location was awesome with beautiful views and tons of local and international restaurants. The villa staff was super responsive, accommodating and welcoming. They happily arranged things for us like getting to/from the port and renting motorbikes for the duration of the stay. We will definitely stay here next time we’re here!

The Villa itself is beautiful with open living, well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and bathrooms. But the best is for sure the ocean view of Mount Agung.
The location is great and close to many good restaurants and beaches.
Definitely recommend staying here and I will be back for sure.

Fabulous stay, loved the villa!

PERFECT PARADISE

There is something special about this little island and the location of Tenang Villas couldn’t be better.
The view is magnificent and there is a beautiful little beach 5 min walk from the villa, which is one of my fave beaches on the island.
The villas are fresh, luxurious and modern and well equipped and the staff and the communication are super friendly, available and helpful.
One of my favourite stays during one year in Indonesia.

Welcome to your home away from home! Villa Coral features 4 master suites all with private balconies, ocean views and exquisite ensuites.  If you’re looking for a homey family villa to accommodate up to 9 pax, Villa Coral makes an ideal choice.

Positioned on the beachfront in Tamarind Bay with clear views of Playgrounds and Lacerations surf breaks, you can paddle out for a surf, relax by the infinity pool, watch a movie in the games room, look out to Mt Agung from the upstairs alfresco lounge, enjoy a meal at the open air dining room, or have a relaxing drink around the poolside bar bale.

Snorkelling equipment and SUP boards are provide for your use.

Exceptional house beach front. The place is sublime, what a view and how quiet! The infinity pool, the beach, the garden and amazing spaces outside as well as inside. With friendly staff who take care of meals. To book with your eyes closed.

This was our second stay at Villa Coral. Absolutely beautiful villa with the most receptive and friendly staff. Dwi and staff were very accommodating during our stay. Location is perfect, close to surf break, swim and sup at the front door. Can’t wait to come back.

Where to start…we had the best time in the most beautiful place. The location of the villa was excellent right between mushroom and coconut bay an easy walk or taxi ride to great restaurants and shops. The view across the beautiful blue waters to Mt Agung is spectacular. The villa was delightful with well thought out spaces. We were four couples and never did we feel we were overcrowded. The bedrooms were spacious all equal in size and great amenities. Being able to use the Villa Paddleboards and snorkeling equipment was an absolute bonus. The biggest compliment to this place is the wonderful staff that made our stay so enjoyable. They were amazing they cooked us delicious breakfasts each morning, tidied and refreshed the villa with big smiles. A special mention goes to Dwi who helped us with restaurant, taxi and excursion bookings. He was incredibly helpful and kind. I would highly recommend, I’m already planning my next trip to Villa Coral in 2025 🙂 Thanks for an amazing stay!!

Set on the headland of Tamarind Beach and with views to Bali and Mount Agung, Villa Sayang Nusa Lembongan, offers luxury accommodation sleeping up to 16 people with the option to add 2 extra beds.

Villa Sayang is divided into two sections: one with 3 bedrooms and another with 4 bedrooms located 50 meters away, accessible through a separate entrance. Each section can be booked individually or combined.

The full Villa features a poolside living and dining bale which both over look the ocean and provide the perfect location to dine and relax taking in the breathtaking views.

An incredible villa, amazing staff.
Our 8 night stay at Villa Sayang was perfection. Our group of 8 adults and 1 child had the best time.

The rooms were comfortably furnished, and the outdoor living areas were superb for chilling out with our friends. The pools were fantastic with views across the water.

Our villa managers Ade and Komang, along with all the villa staff really made our stay memorable and so enjoyable. Nothing was a bother for them. We ordered in room massages, utilised the villa’s boat with Captain Komang at the helm, had SUPs delivered to the beach outside our door, and Ade also organised our scooter hire.

We ate in most nights and the food never disappointed. The villa cooks were incredible. We were sad our stay came to an end, but we left with full hearts (and bellies).

Next time we visit Nusa Lembongan we look forward to staying at Villa Sayang again.

An Oasis.

Villa Sayang is an amazing experience with wonderful staff.
An absolutely stunning Villa and amazing experience. Ade and the other staff were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and meals were delicious and cooked on site. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean and well maintained each day. The view and cool breeze off the water were amazing. The pool was a wonderful way to relax and end the view. The beach is right nearby.
Staff will arrange transport to all the amazing restaurants.
I would highly recommend this Villa and the wonderful staff.

We recently hired all of Villa Sayang for 11 people and absolutely loved it! The villas and the view were amazing and it was incredible to wake up to every day. The villas were so private and just a short 5 minute walk along the water to get to nearby restaurants and bars! The service was excellent and for those days we lazed around the villa, the staff were so attentive, friendly and also did trips out to get things for us. A big thank you to Adde and the staff, Komang, Gede, Pande, Wayan, Kadek and Julie! Would highly recommend and hopefully one day soon, come back again and stay at Villa Sayang!

Wow. What a beautiful spot and so relaxing. We great a great stay at Sayang, nothing was to much trouble for the staff to make our stay the best ever. Walking distance to 2 beautiful beaches and other places to eat and drink also spas. The ladies in the Kitchen excelled themselves with every meal but the Indonesian Buffet was a stand out and must do. Special mention to Komang.

Probably the best place I’ve ever stayed. The view is amazing from the house and pool. Tons of dolphins and turtles playing in the waves. The staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. They organized pick ups and drop offs, ferry to and from the island, dinner reservations, breakfast in the villa and motorbike rentals direct to the villa. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

A perfect villa – cannot be faulted!
We loved everything about this villa. It’s set in a beautiful location, and walking through the gardens onto the living and pool area is like walking into a dream. The views from the pool area out onto the sea are amazing, the decor is thoughtful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast each day was delicious, and we also had dinner cooked one night by the staff which I highly recommend – it was one of our favourite meals in Bali. There is the option to split the 2 bedroom villas so they accommodate 2 people as a one bedroom suite.

The villa has its own gardens surrounding a private pool, large open-air deck as well as a covered alfresco area.
All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and the main house has several large ceiling fans to keep you cool. A full modern kitchen is available for guest use.
This villa comes with private staff that prepares breakfast and/or dinner should you feel the need to stay in and relax by the pool with a glass of wine. No need to go anywhere once you are here.
