Solid costal vibes in a tranquil setting.
Stunning coastal vibe that are very very zen, private, views are great (although you can’t see the sunset directly), bar a washing machine/tv it’s appointed well enough to live in long term. Staff are all amazing and super friendly. Special shout out to Lonjong.

Above and beyond in every way! We loved our stay at this villa on Nusa Lembongan. It was private and clean, and walking distance from everything you could need. The absolute best part was the staff who made us feel so welcome, made incredible breakfasts every morning (seriously the best!), and were so responsive. They went so far as to hand deliver something we had forgotten to our ferry! We stayed with our two kids and given the pool and balcony were a little concerned. Fortunately each bedroom locks from the outside which was helpful for safety. The entrance to the villa is up a flight of stairs (about 80 steps). We did it multiple times a day with kids and weren’t bothered. There are two great beaches, countless restaurants, and a wonderful spa all within a 10 minute walk. We would recommend this home in a heartbeat.

Beautiful little villa on Lembongan. the pool is small, but big enough for the kids to splash around and adults to have a dip. Spectacular view across the beach and for sunset. great air con in all bedrooms with lovely bathrooms. the staff were super helpful and made lovely breakfasts 😊 only thing to be aware of is there’s lots of steps up to the villa. The staff carried out bags on arrival and departure, but wouldn’t be suitable if you were frequently taking a pram or had mobility issues. otherwise would recommend, and would happily stay here again!

Spent 5 nights here with a group of friends in July. This villa is beautiful with some of the best views in Lembongan. Very comfortable beds and huge ensuite. Lonjong was incredibly helpful, organising laundry, snorkelling trips, scooters and our ferry back to Bali. The rest of the team (Manda, Gede and Erna) could not be faulted! Thanks for a great stay.

Jipsi Beach House is a beautiful, absolute beachfront 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa on Tamarind Beach, Nusa Lembongan. The property is set on 2000m2 of lush tropical gardens and lawn which lead down to a white sandy and crystal clear waters beyond.

Jipsi Beach House is the quintessential beach house that combines relaxed island life with subtle luxuries to ensure your holiday will be one you will never forget.

The beach front location, team of staff & stunning indoor and outdoor areas are the perfect place to soothe your soul.

The main house has one master suite with king bed, the other bedroom has a queen bed with 2 bunk beds. This rooms sleeps 6 people. The second master suite is joined to the main villa via a timber balcony. The 4th bedroom is a bungalow style room with a queen bed, detached from the main house.

The living areas of the main villa has bifold doors with open up the villa onto the expansive timber deck for alfresco dining. From here you can look out across the beautiful green lawns to the 10 x 5m pool, out door living pavilion and ocean.

The Jipsi Beach House team of staff are able to assist with your transport needs, scooter hire, snorkelling trips, restaurant bookings and other island activities.

We can’t rate the Jipsi Beach House highly enough. The house, grounds and views are stunning. Best of all were the staff who made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. The meals were delicious and they went out of their way to help. A very memorable holiday, we hope to stay again.

Perfect villa in a wonderful location.
The villa is perfectly located. Across from the Sandy Bay Beach Club and close to restaurants serving breakfast. The villa has an open living area with kitchen and 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom open to the outside. The fridge is always freshly stocked with soft drinks, beer and wine. The pool’s clean. The villa is perfect, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The staff is great and very helpful. Scooters are provided if needed. We can only recommend booking this villa!!

We enjoyed staying at Villa Lagarto. Beautiful villa, nice swimming pool. Especially the staff, especially Komang, made our stay comfortable. Renting a scooter, other transportation, tips and advice; everything went smoothly and pleasantly. Plenty of restaurants and breakfast places nearby. Dream beach became our favorite beach. Sandy Bay Beach club good restaurant with sweet staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The location is great — peaceful yet close enough to everything we needed. The villa itself was very comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for. From the moment we arrived at the pier, the staff was incredibly helpful, arranging transport and giving us a warm and smooth check-in with all the information we needed. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond, helping us with laundry, motorbike rentals, and anything else we asked for. Their hospitality really made our trip even more enjoyable. The only minor downside was that one of the bathrooms near the pool had a bamboo wall, which didn’t offer much privacy. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it’s worth noting. Overall, we really loved our time here and would definitely recommend it!

What a fantastic team of staff. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Beyond 5-star service with all of our requests. We felt very taken care of. A 2-minute walk to Sandy Bay Beach and restaurant. You can’t beat that. The ocean view is gorgeous. The only thing is that the villas are quite close to each other and there are dogs that love to sing in the middle of the night so bring earplugs. Otherwise, I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay at the villa for our honeymoon. The staff was so friendly and helpful, it made everything feel super easy. The photos of the villas don’t really do them justice—ours was more spacious & beautiful than it looked in the photos. It’s also a great location on the island—really close to a couple restaurants and spas. The views of the bay are excellent, and you can even see a bit of ocean from the private pool. This place is definitely worth it.

Exceptional!

Great villa close to the beach and the ferry drop off point. Nice clean rooms and good air con. The villa was well equipped with pots and pans and the fridge stocked with drinks. Staff and communication with the team via email was honestly exceptional. They helped organise our transfers to and fro hotels and also the motorbike rental. BEST staff!

The view of the beach from the villa was incredible. Satik and the whole team were amazing. They go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I will safely say out of all the AirBnb’s I’ve stayed at, this place had the best staff/communication. They were so helpful to us, gave me rides, were always there whenever we needed and Satik showed me around the Island. If you want an AirBnb where you are looked after, this is the one!!!

You couldn’t ask for better…

We had an amazing stay at Tenang Villas and highly recommend it. The four of us stayed at Villa 2 and everything was exactly as described and photographed. There was thoughtful touches throughout the villa like filtered water, plenty of toiletries, well stocked kitchen and a super cold fridge. The location was awesome with beautiful views and tons of local and international restaurants. The villa staff was super responsive, accommodating and welcoming. They happily arranged things for us like getting to/from the port and renting motorbikes for the duration of the stay. We will definitely stay here next time we’re here!

Most beautiful view in Lembongan 😍

I stayed two nights at the Tenang 2 Bedroom Villa and it’s been just great.
The communication with the management was easy and everything was well organised.
The Villa itself is beautiful with open living, well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and bathrooms. But the best is for sure the ocean view of Mount Agung.
The location is great and close to many good restaurants and beaches.
Definitely recommend staying here and I will be back for sure.

PERFECT PARADISE

There is something special about this little island and the location of Tenang Villas couldn’t be better.
The view is magnificent and there is a beautiful little beach 5 min walk from the villa, which is one of my fave beaches on the island.
The villas are fresh, luxurious and modern and well equipped and the staff and the communication are super friendly, available and helpful.
One of my favourite stays during one year in Indonesia.

This is a text to thank you for our wonderful accomodation at the coral Villa a week Avon it is a lovely villa , so well appointed , lovely decor, spacious and wonderful staff, especially Dwi. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. It’s in a great location.
One complaint is the paddle boards had no leg strap so difficult to surf with , we also felt the villa should provide life jackets for use with the paddle board. It seems unfair to advertise that these are available but not in good condition. A kayak would also have been an added bonus.

Where to start…we had the best time in the most beautiful place. The location of the villa was excellent right between mushroom and coconut bay an easy walk or taxi ride to great restaurants and shops. The view across the beautiful blue waters to Mt Agung is spectacular. The villa was delightful with well thought out spaces. We were four couples and never did we feel we were overcrowded. The bedrooms were spacious all equal in size and great amenities. Being able to use the Villa Paddleboards and snorkeling equipment was an absolute bonus. The biggest compliment to this place is the wonderful staff that made our stay so enjoyable. They were amazing they cooked us delicious breakfasts each morning, tidied and refreshed the villa with big smiles. A special mention goes to Dwi who helped us with restaurant, taxi and excursion bookings. He was incredibly helpful and kind. I would highly recommend, I’m already planning my next trip to Villa Coral in 2025 🙂 Thanks for an amazing stay!!

Thank you all for a truly special holiday. From the moment we arrived at the villa we were warmly welcomed and had to literally do nothing for 5 days. Gede and Komang organised absolutely everything we wanted to do, which made exploring the island an easy and enjoyable experience. The massage girls were exceptional and we loved that we did not have to go offsite to have these done. A very special thanks to the wonderful team in the kitchen. Every meal was a delight and the fruit platters at breakfast were delicious. Villa Sayang and Nusa Lembongan have really made an impression on all of us and we will definitely be visiting again.

What a girls trip! 14 of us arrived at the villa & we were blown away. The view from the villa is spectacular. The villa overlooks the water & it in a great location. The villa is so clean and well looked after. What made our experience so memorable was the staff. Gede the house manager was so attentive and although it was his first day working as house manager, nothing was too much trouble & he was so professional. He made our holiday a true holiday! The food was beautiful too. We ate many meals there and the food did not disappoint.
Komang was our boat driver. He was an excellent skipper to the boat & it was so awesome having a boat included in the villa that could drop us off to surfing locations , and snorkeling spots. It really was the best trip ever & thanks to all the staff! Highly highly recommend! We would love to return.

We had the most incredible time at Villa Sayang in Nusa Lembongan. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home. Gede and Komang were absolute superstars – so warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they looked after our every need.

We ordered dinner from the in-villa menu one evening, and it turned out to be the best Indonesian meal we had during our entire trip.

The villa itself is spectacular – the infinity pool overlooking the ocean is breathtaking, and the views are next-level. Every part of the villa was spotless and beautifully styled, with that perfect mix of luxury and island charm.

If you’re heading to Lembongan, Villa Sayang is an absolute must. We’re already planning our return!

We stayed in the 4 bedroom villa, our family and friends. The villa is beautifully styled, super clean and spacious – traditional Balinese style – which we all love. The location is fantastic – walking distance to the cliff top bars and restaurants, so close to the beach.
All of the villa staff are lovely. The house manager Gede was brilliant – like a personal butler (and mixologist!)- he can organise anything for you, really easy going and professional. Komang the skipper of the boat is also fantastic – he is a skilled skipper, taking us out snorkelling and for a sunset cruise – having the private boat is a fabulous addition. All really nice people.
The food at the villa was excellent – we had Indonesian banquet, Balinese Duck etc – so nice to eat homecooked food on holiday.
Such a fabulous place – we have booked next year already!
PS Sunsets from the villa are superb – no need to go anywhere

Villa Tranquilla is special and couldn’t think of a better place to unwind and recharge.
Our host met us from boat and personally showed us around the property. Breakfast was home cooked to order by dedicated staff. Staff were lovely and couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful in organising activities, transport, lunch/dinner bookings, in-villa spa treatments etc. The villa’s design, gardens and view are exceptional (especially the sunsets) and sound of the ocean create the most relaxing setting. Very private and peaceful location, but within easy walking distance of sandy bay beach club (also very nice), spas etc. Dinner is also available in-villa if you wish, which is a really nice option and good value. Fridge is stocked with beer, wine and soft drinks at similar price to shops.

Stunning! Our first visit to Lembongan and we loved it! Villa Tranquilla has breathtaking views, large open spaces, large bedrooms and ensuites, staff, a movie room etc Master suite with epic views of ocean and huge pool 2 x interconnecting rooms with own ensuites 1 x separate villa with King bed and a set of bunks Every bedroom has aircon and a huge open air ensuite. We barely left the sunbeds but the pool as it was so beautiful and relaxing. Putu and his team cooked and cleaned for us and were very helpful organising motorbikes, taxi’s, dinner reservations and giving us advice on things to see and do. They brought us back some snacks and recommended some coconut when my daughter got Bali belly. Very thoughtful. It is about a 2 minute walk to Sandy Bay beach club which is a very family friendly restaurant overlooking a fairly rough beach. The food was delicious. You must do a snorkelling trip to see Manta Point and Crystal bay. We would 100% return to Villa Tranquilla.

The most amazing property I have stayed in
This beautiful villa is worth every cent. The staff are amazing. The villa has the most amazing view and is beautifully set up. The main room has the most amazing view and indoor/outdoor bathroom. 100m to a rooftop sunrise bar and restaurant(basic food) but still good. Owners of the bar are local Balinese brothers which was passed down generations. We had massages in the villa and orders scooters which were dropped to our villa. I would recommend this place every day of the week and make sure you don’t skip on the rooftop bar and food 100m down the road. It’s worth the sunset (get there early as it does fill up) When we come back again we will definitely book again
