Nestled in the between Coconut Beach and Tamarind Bay area, Seaview Private Villas offers a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom villas, located on different levels. For larger groups or special occasions, you can book the entire complex as a spacious 6-bedroom villa for the ultimate privacy.

1-Bedroom Villa: Features a cozy queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Located on the highest level of the property.

2-Bedroom Villa: Includes one room with a queen bed and another with twin beds, both with their own en-suite bathrooms and sharing one air-condition from the living room. Located on the mid level of the property.

3-Bedroom Villa: Offers a master bedroom with a queen bed and private en-suite, plus two bedrooms (twin and queen) that share a bathroom. This villa is sharing one air-condition in the living room, while there is a ceiling fan in each of the bedrooms. Located on the lower level of the property, ideal for those with mobility issue or travelling with young children.

Amazing views, great location, excellent staff.
From the moment we stepped off the ferry we were looked after exceptionally well. The view from the villa was amazing and the location was great – easy access (walk) to restaurants cafes etc. Yunika and Gilly were fantastic hosts with a great fresh breakfast cooked every morning and their local knowledge and ability to organise day trips for us really made the trip so much more enjoyable.

I have traveled all over the world and I can confidently say that this was the best stay I have ever had. What a privilege it was to be Seaview villas first guests! The photos don’t do it justice! The villa is beautifully set out with 3 bedrooms and kitchen, a deck overlooking the ocean with a lovely costal theme. The villa staff – Yunika and Gili went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed through out our trip, right from meeting us at where the boat dropped us off to coordinating dinners for us. The staff are so helpful and wonderfully friendly. They made us breakfast each morning and we were never left hungry. The location is down a bumpy isolated road but it’s worth it! Most restaurants are happy to pick up and drop off to the villa so it makes getting around Lembongan easy. The villa is a few mins walk from beach cafe, pontoon and the deck as well as spring spa. Seaview villa surpassed any of our expectations and we cannot wait for our next trip. Thank you for having us.

This made our trip, this was the best place we stayed, the staff were so extremely accommodating and friendly, breakfast was delicious, they waited on us hand and foot and were fantastic. we highly highly recommend this place. Short walk to the beach where you can rent surf boats, snorkelling gear etc.. many restaurants along the beach too. Simply amazing. Fantastic location and the property was perfect. The staff, riz, gili and Yunika set this property apart. They were first class from start to finish we didn’t need to lift a finger. Master Bedroom: This open-space bedroom overlooks the pool, garden, and ocean. At night, it can be enclosed with floor-to-ceiling glass doors. It includes a king bed and an en-suite semi-outdoor bathroom with a luxurious bathtub.
2nd & 3rd Bedrooms: Both bedrooms have king beds that can be split into twin beds, making them great for families or friends. Each room also has a desk, a semi-outdoor bathroom, and a 55” smart TV.
4th Bedroom: The largest bedroom includes a king bed (also convertible to twin beds). This is the only room with an enclosed bathroom, ideal for young family and also comes with 55” smart TV.

I just wanted to thank you for our wonderful stay at Villa Ocean Blue in Nusa Lembongan! The villa was beautiful, super clean, and perfectly located, close to the beaches and the best restaurants.
We loved the stunning design of the villa, particularly the tasteful decoration and stylish interior, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breathtaking ocean views and the thoughtful touches throughout the villa made everything feel so special and relaxing.

Relax in your own private oasis nestled atop Jungutbatu hill, accessible by car or scooter right to the front door (no step-climbing required!). With its breath taking views of the ocean and Mount Agung, Casa Batu is the perfect accommodation for families or groups of friends, accommodating up to 9 guests. The villa consists of two bedrooms in the main house, a third and fourth bedroom in a separate pod with an external entrance. This layout provides guests with both their own private spaces and a generously sized common area for swimming, dining, or enjoying sunset drinks.

Casa Batu is a uniquely designed property divided into two sections, the main house and the lower-level pods. The main house includes an airy living room with a dining area, kitchen and sofa. On the upper floor, you’ll find a king-sized bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a shared bathroom and toilet. Each room comes with its own private balcony, offering guests the opportunity to soak in the stunning views of the ocean, Mount Agung, and three surf breaks: Playgrounds, Lacerations, and Shipwrecks.

Nestled between the main house and the lower pods is the private pool, surrounded by a garden and sun loungers. A separate entrance leads to the third and fourth bedroom in the second pod, which feature a queen-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony.

The villa is located in one of Nusa Lembongan’s favourite locations, providing easy access to nearby restaurants and Coconut Beach.

A relaxing stay at the pool side villa. The staff were very friendly and rooms are clean and very spacious. It is located away from Jungubatu area, which is a lot busier; however Mushroom Bay is very close by. You can walk to Coconut Beach. If you are looking to relax with a little luxury – then this is the place.

Our family of 6 had a lovely stay at Casa Batu. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise- and delicious! Even though it was very stormy and our original plans on the island were cancelled, we hired a buggy through the villa’s contacts for 12 hours and travelled around the island which was very fun! The rooms are clean and spacious. Two bedrooms upstairs in the main villa and then two detached rooms at the bottom of the property (each with their own bathroom) with the pool in the middle. The separate toilet and bathroom upstairs in the main villa was also a good touch. Very good beds and good air con. Highly recommend Ratip coffeeshop for their Mexican food and the coconut hut for mini golf. Considering the price of having a private villa and all that is included, this is a bargain. Close to the port too, easy walk down past a bunch of restaurants to the beach.

Wonderful Holiday, beautiful Villa, great service.
The Staff!!, Widya our host who is born and raised on the island was very professional and caring. From reaching out to us prior to arrival to arranging Ferrys and taxis we were so well taken care of every day of the holiday. Widya was quick to respond to our every need he was available 24/7 via whatsapp and organized anything we wanted to do from snorkeling by private boat to exploring the island, his local knowledge, resources and network were invaluable during our holiday. We had breakfast made every morning at the villa with the help of Wahyu a very pleasant and kind young man, it was a pleasure to have these gentleman around, they were both so kind, and caring, we were in good hands, without them the holiday would not have been the same.
We loved the location, conveniently nestled on the hill overlooking the beach with restaurants next door. The breakfasts provided were fantastic with a great variety for choice, the extra fruit platter and smoothies were so fresh and tasty. The Villa was very spacious and had good privacy with 3 separate dwellings to choose from, we didn’t even use one of the dwellings as the space was excess to our needs 🙂 Good security with all keys provided, the cleaning was great with 2 cleaning services per day. Wonderful accommodation on an amazing island.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Batu, greeted at the fast boat and escorted to our villa. The views and Villa is superb – gorgeous fit out and space for all 7 of us. Solum our manager was fantastic, woke to a cooked breaky and fresh juices daily, answered any queries and helped us with an island tour day 1 to get our bearings. Although we are up high it is only a 10 min walk to coconut beach which we all loved! The island is gorgeous and has something for everyone, Be sure to go to Karana next door for a lovely meal and great views! Thanks for having us we will be back.

Our stay at Casa Batu was lovely. Ary, the villa manager, was an excellent host and shared tips about the island with us. Every morning a lovely breakfast was waiting for us. The house is beautiful and spacious, with an amazing view of Jungutbatu Beach and Mt. Agung in the distance. The location made it very easy to walk down to the restaurant and beach area, and the Spring Spa is quite close as well. The views from the bedroom balconies are gorgeous! Ary helped us to rent a buggy one day to explore the island, and we are so glad we did because there are many more beaches and spots to see on Lembongan.

The staff are so kind and helpful. They met us at the boat harbor and gave us the keys and arranged for a taxi to the villa. Rizz, Sudi and Juni are the loveliest people who are keen to assist you with anything you need. Sudi even got us a scooter delivered to the villa and provided us with extra helmets for sizing. They also had some laundry done for us and communication via whatsapp was flawless and prompt. The villa provided drinking water and a full sized new fridge and freezer with ice cubes- a huge bonus.

The Shambala Villa is a luxury, architecturally designed villa offering 3, 4 and 5 bedroom options.

This brand new villa is located right in spectacular cliff top setting, with 270 degree views over Nusa Lembongan’s famous sunset point. Is absolute waterfront and has uninterrupted, sweeping view. The large open sun deck, bordered by a 22 meter infinity pool, takes full advantage of the ocean view with manta rays, turtles and dolphins swimming around right in front of you!

Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. All bedroom suites have spectacular ocean views. The entire villa, equipped with all modern amenities, is yours.

The master suite is set up with a double (king size) bed and a bath tub with ocean view.

Bedroom number three can be configured to a family suite with a single king size bed and four kids bunk bed.

Villa Katoni Lembongan – named after the very seaweed you will contemplate, offers you a unique slow living experience during your visit to the Island of Gods. Villa Katoni is designed around three en-suite bedrooms and one bedroom for youngsters, a large infinity pool, a roof terrace prefect for your yoga practice, a local massage and relaxation, plus no less than three other dedicated outdoor places: alang alang pergola, sunken with a fire pit and a beach deck – where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dining, work, relax and chill while enjoying the Indian Ocean view.

Ideal for family gatherings of 8, Katoni has three staff to help you during your stay, they will prepare complimentary breakfast and organise lunch or dinner should you wish to dine at the villa. Isolated, the villa is a great place to escape the crowds of Bali and explore beautiful Nusa Ceningan & Lembongan.

The villa features a stunning private pool, a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, 100m² living room, tropical garden and 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

Three of the bedrooms have ocean views. Within the master bedroom, the sofa bed can be converted into an extra bed to accommodate 2 children under 12. For the comfort of our guest, Villa Chama is equipped with free Wi-Fi and a team of staff who provide daily house keeping.

Breakfast is not included, however can be prepared on request.

During your stay, our team will take care of everything to make sure you enjoy a magical stay at Villa Chama. We can arrange rental of scooter and all your island activities including: fishing, snorkelling, diving, surf, kayak, paddle, island tours, spa treatments, yoga, massages.

Five days flew by quickly. We could easily stay longer.
Villa Chama is wonderful in every way. From the moment we stepped through the entrance, we were captivated by the breathtaking ocean views visible from practically every corner of the property. The villa itself is beautifully designed with a perfect blend of modern luxury and authentic Balinese touches. The indoor lounging areas offered comfortable spots to read, nap, or simply gaze at the mesmerizing sunset colours transform the sky each evening. What truly elevated our stay was the staff. Kadek & the team were attentive without being intrudive. Kadek even took our one year old to the local doctor to seek medical care. Five days wasn’t nearly enough to fully experience the magic of Villa Chama and Lembongan island.
We are already planning our return stay, but next time longer to immerse ourselves in this slice of paradise.

Beautiful Airbnb in Nusa Ceningan – house is as pictured. Note the location does make it difficult to get anywhere on the island however villa manager is extremely helpful and will assist in transport to and from restaurants, and venues on Nusa Lembongan etc.

From the moment we arrived off the boat, Kakul was waiting for us with a driver ready to take us to the villa, making our arrival seamless and stress-free. Kakul truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. He helped arrange dinners, transport, and even organized a beautiful cake and decorations for my 40th birthday. It was a memorable and special celebration thanks to him. Villa Chama is located on a hill in a beautiful, quiet spot, perfect for relaxation.

Beach tonic is definitely somewhere to stay! It has a beautiful view and is managed by wonderful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast was wonderful with a good list to choose from. The cleanliness of this place is exceptional. We had lots of fun snorkelling, swimming, visiting the pontoon and the fishing was fantastic fun. The restaurants that we ate at were all brilliant. There were quite a few steps up to get to it, so it wouldn’t be suitable sadly for anyone that has stair issues as there is no lift. We would highly recommend this villa. You won’t be disappointed!!

Amazing!!! We spent 4 nights at Beach tonic and could have stayed a lot longer. Lonjohn and his team are incredible! They think of everything and have an answer for any question. They go above and beyond to help their guests. Breakfast each morning was beautiful. The rooms were clean, tidy and well thought out. The view was stunning!! Highly recommend and we will definitely return. You need to use steps to access the property so probably not ideal for those with mobility issues. Can’t wait to go back!

Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay at the villa for our honeymoon. The staff was so friendly and helpful, it made everything feel super easy. The photos of the villas don’t really do them justice—ours was more spacious & beautiful than it looked in the photos. It’s also a great location on the island—really close to a couple restaurants and spas. The views of the bay are excellent, and you can even see a bit of ocean from the private pool. This place is definitely worth it.

Exceptional!

Great villa close to the beach and the ferry drop off point. Nice clean rooms and good air con. The villa was well equipped with pots and pans and the fridge stocked with drinks. Staff and communication with the team via email was honestly exceptional. They helped organise our transfers to and fro hotels and also the motorbike rental. Thank you to the team we had a lovely time

Private, Quiet and a great view

We had a wonderful stay at tenang villas. The villa itself is beautiful, with stunning views over the bay. The location is perfect and very close to some good restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and easy – our scooter broke down on Nusa Ceningan and they had a new one to us within 3 0mins! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

BEST staff!

The view of the beach from the villa was incredible. Satik and the whole team were amazing. They go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I will safely say out of all the AirBnb’s I’ve stayed at, this place had the best staff/communication. They were so helpful to us, gave me rides, were always there whenever we needed and Satik showed me around the Island. If you want an AirBnb where you are looked after, this is the one!!!

You couldn’t ask for better…

We had an amazing stay at Tenang Villas and highly recommend it. The four of us stayed at Villa 2 and everything was exactly as described and photographed. There was thoughtful touches throughout the villa like filtered water, plenty of toiletries, well stocked kitchen and a super cold fridge. The location was awesome with beautiful views and tons of local and international restaurants. The villa staff was super responsive, accommodating and welcoming. They happily arranged things for us like getting to/from the port and renting motorbikes for the duration of the stay. We will definitely stay here next time we’re here!

Most beautiful view in Lembongan 😍

I stayed two nights at the Tenang 2 Bedroom Villa and it’s been just great.
The communication with the management was easy and everything was well organised.
The Villa itself is beautiful with open living, well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and bathrooms. But the best is for sure the ocean view of Mount Agung.
The location is great and close to many good restaurants and beaches.
Definitely recommend staying here and I will be back for sure.

Fabulous stay, loved the villa!

PERFECT PARADISE

There is something special about this little island and the location of Tenang Villas couldn’t be better.
The view is magnificent and there is a beautiful little beach 5 min walk from the villa, which is one of my fave beaches on the island.
The villas are fresh, luxurious and modern and well equipped and the staff and the communication are super friendly, available and helpful.
One of my favourite stays during one year in Indonesia.

Exceptional house beach front. The place is sublime, what a view and how quiet! The infinity pool, the beach, the garden and amazing spaces outside as well as inside. With friendly staff who take care of meals. To book with your eyes closed.

Where to start…we had the best time in the most beautiful place. The location of the villa was excellent right between mushroom and coconut bay an easy walk or taxi ride to great restaurants and shops. The view across the beautiful blue waters to Mt Agung is spectacular. The villa was delightful with well thought out spaces. We were four couples and never did we feel we were overcrowded. The bedrooms were spacious all equal in size and great amenities. Being able to use the Villa Paddleboards and snorkeling equipment was an absolute bonus. The biggest compliment to this place is the wonderful staff that made our stay so enjoyable. They were amazing they cooked us delicious breakfasts each morning, tidied and refreshed the villa with big smiles. A special mention goes to Dwi who helped us with restaurant, taxi and excursion bookings. He was incredibly helpful and kind. I would highly recommend, I’m already planning my next trip to Villa Coral in 2025 🙂 Thanks for an amazing stay!!

The perfect holiday is where one can walk barefoot straight out the front gate of your own private villa on to a beautiful white sandy beach and dive directly into the pristine ocean.

This is Villa Celagi, a four bedroom, four bathroom villa set on the beachfront,where at high tide the water laps peacefully against the front wall with views to the magnificent volcano Mt Agung. There are four dedicated staff to look after your every need and over the course of your stay you will begin to think of them more as family than staff.

Relax poolside sipping cocktails or for those who a more energetic there are several world class surf breaks which are easily accessible from the villa. Plus the adventure awaits of a whole tropical island to explore either by foot, motor scooter, golf buggy or small pick up truck.

The Villa manager is also available to arrange to take you swimming with the Manta rays or drift snorkelling . The kaleidoscope of coral colours combined with the vast number of species of beautiful fish make these underwater experiences feel like you are in a real life aquarium!

When the tranquility of night falls across the island it is time to make the difficult decision of whether to eat a specially prepared meal at the Villa or go out to one of the many fabulous restaurants on offer on Nusa Lembongan

We stayed on three locations for our Bali trip and Lembongan was by far the favourite amongst all guests. The accommodation was perfect for 2 families. Large rooms all with their own bathrooms. Kitchen lounge and dining all outside overlooking the beautiful white sands and pristine waters. The pool was beautiful however after a long hot day is a bit warm. Walking out of the entry gates straight onto the sand and into natures pool, the ocean, was amazing. The villa is a short walk to fantastic cafes and restaurants however for more fine dining our hosts were always available to make bookings for venues and travel to and from. They also organised snorkelling tours and gave great recommendations on shops and exploring. At one point I needed something printed so they arranged my travel and helped me get it done. Our hosts were only a message away and were fast with responses. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

Incredibly happy with the staff. They were stars. The house is lovely, located right with its own beach, cozy Swedish cafe. We were traveling with a baby and it was not optimal there, but the other kids had a great time. We went fishing, and the best snorkeling tour under the auspices of those who worked there. Can’t get bragged enough from the staff, they were so friendly, helpful and amazing. And the house is really on its own “almost” private beach. Walking distance to lots of cafes.

We recently stayed at Villa Celagi for 5 days, from the moment we got off the ferry the staff could not be any more helpful, from carrying heavy bags even though we insisted on helping, to playing with our toddlers, and bottles of water and juice on arrival. Every day we woke up and the villa was perfectly cleaned and organised. The staff were fun to be around and we enjoyed their company when they were around. They were also available to us at any time if we had any requests. The villa itself is perfect and close to everything, but you could easily spend days not leaving the villa as it was just so nice. Our whole family cannot wait to return to the villa.

Jodi and Kadek made our stay at Villa Celagi perfect! The villa is beautiful, quiet and well appointed. The pool area and outdoor lounge-room were perfect for relaxing. Some minor mishaps with getting the TVs and sound system working but we got there eventually. Kadek cooked a beautiful breakfast each morning. Jodi was excellent in recommending restaurants and arranging and booking scooter hire and snorkelling tours. Nothing was ever a problem, they were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend a stay at Villa Celagi!
