As the only villa with access to a private beach cave on the island, Seaview Private Villas offers a unique experience for families, couples or groups, seeking a memorable and affordable stay.

Nestled in the between Coconut Beach and Tamarind Bay area, Seaview Private Villas offers a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom villas, located on different levels. For larger groups or special occasions, you can book the entire complex as a spacious 6-bedroom villa for the ultimate privacy.

1-Bedroom Villa: Features a cozy queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Located on the highest level of the property.

2-Bedroom Villa: Includes one room with a queen bed and another with twin beds, both with their own en-suite bathrooms and sharing one air-condition from the living room. Located on the mid level of the property.

3-Bedroom Villa: Offers a master bedroom with a queen bed and private en-suite, plus two bedrooms (twin and queen) that share a bathroom. This villa is sharing one air-condition in the living room, while there is a ceiling fan in each of the bedrooms. Located on the lower level of the property, ideal for those with mobility issue or travelling with young children.

What a privilege it was to be Seaview villas first guests! The photos don’t do it justice! The villa is beautifully set out with 3 bedrooms and kitchen, a deck overlooking the ocean with a lovely costal theme. The villa staff – Yunika and Gili went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed through out our trip, right from meeting us at where the boat dropped us off to coordinating dinners for us. The staff are so helpful and wonderfully friendly. They made us breakfast each morning and we were never left hungry. The location is down a bumpy isolated road but it’s worth it! Most restaurants are happy to pick up and drop off to the villa so it makes getting around Lembongan easy. The villa is a few mins walk from beach cafe, pontoon and the deck as well as spring spa. Seaview villa surpassed any of our expectations and we cannot wait for our next trip. Thank you for having us.

This made our trip, this was the best place we stayed, the staff were so extremely accommodating and friendly, breakfast was delicious, they waited on us hand and foot and were fantastic. we highly highly recommend this place. Short walk to the beach where you can rent surf boats, snorkelling gear etc.. many restaurants along the beach too. So peaceful and quiet especially if you need a break from the hustle and bustle of Bali. Thank you for making our stay so memorable ☺️

Simply amazing. Fantastic location and the property was perfect. The staff, riz, gili and Yunika set this property apart. They were first class from start to finish we didn’t need to lift a finger. Everything was catered for from collection at the boat to organising where to eat out or snorkelling trips etc. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and overlooking playgrounds. Conveniently located just 5 minutes drive from Coconut Beach and the vibrant Jungutbatu eat street, the villas boast 180-degree views of their stunning surroundings.

Designed to be airy and inviting, Utopia Villas seamlessly bring the outdoors in while embracing sustainable living. The villas use solar panels, maintain chemical-free pools, and prioritise locally sourced furniture and amenities. Whenever possible, food-grade cleaning products are also used for an eco-conscious stay.

One-Bedroom Villa (50 sq m): Perfect for couples or solo travellers, this villa includes a twin bed (convertible to king), a plunge pool, an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower, a living room, a kitchen, a covered seating area, and a sundeck.
Two-Bedroom Villa (100 sq m) : Ideal for small families or friends, this villa features a king bedroom and a twin bedroom (convertible to a super king), a private 6-metre pool, en-suite bathrooms with standing showers, a kitchen and dining area, a semi-outdoor living area, a covered seating area, and a sundeck with two sun chairs.

The villa is breath taking, beautiful view of mt Agung, so peaceful and relaxing, very private and clean, amazing and very friendly hosts, had a private scooter for us to borrow at the villa, highly recommend, I would love to come back and stay at this same villa, abit pricey but it has everything you could need, a speaker, clean water, chlorine free swimming pool, great asthetic, I honestly have nothing bad to say.

A wonderful and peaceful villa! We were welcomed by Dika upon arrival to the island. Dika was very nice, responsive, and went above and beyond during our stay. He took the time to explain everything. The villa itself is very neat, clean, nicely decorated, and included all amenities. We really liked how private and peaceful the villa was. We also had a great view of the ocean and mountains! We also had the chance to meet the owners and they are very warm and kind. We loved everything about our stay, and would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Nusa Lembongan!

We stayed in the two bedroom villa at Utopia Villas during the Nyepi silent day holiday. The villa is beautifully finished with a very modern feel but has nods to the beautiful Balinese style. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and well insulated so very quiet and comfortable . Kitchen is well equipped, we cooked all of our meals here and wanted for nothing.
Dika the manager was very helpful and easily contacted.
Finally the view the view the view!! Just wow! Over looking Jungut Batu village you have a clear view of Bali’s coastline and the amazing Mount Agung.
Highly recommend the Villas. We will be back!

Stop the search. You have found the perfect villa. Everything is well thought out and high quality. Gorgeous views but only a short distance into “town”.

They have solar panels and back up batteries so you will never have a dreaded power cut that Lembongan is known for.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Villa Utopia and we can not fault a thing about our experience. From offering to organise a driver to pick us straight up from the ferry, to our welcome drink, in depth welcome and sharing local knowledge about things for us to do around Nusa Lembongan. Dika was extremely professional, enthusiastic and always making sure we had everything we needed during the entirety of our stay. He organised a scooter hire for us, asked what time we would prefer housekeeping each day, recommended local shops and restaurants and even ran some errands we requested. The villa itself is exactly as described, with brand new appliances, cooking essentials, tea, coffee and everything we needed. The pool was very clean and well kept with an amazing view of Mt Agung. We will definitely be coming back and can’t recommend the place enough to anyone who wants a beautiful, peaceful and magical stay on Nusa!

Waking up to the morning bird song? Pure magic. I left the door slightly ajar just to soak it all in. I wish there was an option to give this villa 6 stars. From the moment of booking the hosts were proactive in providing recommendations of how to get to the villa, and always quick to reply to messages prior to our arrival. The villa manager welcomed us and gave a thorough run through of the villa amenities and how to contact him throughout our stay. The villa itself is spectacular. I’ve stayed in lots of villas in Bali and this one is just perfection. The view, the decor, the amenities, the owners have thought of everything. We loved spending time here as a family, going for dips in the pool, relaxing on the lovely Sun loungers and reading a book on the shaded deck. I’m already planning my next trip to Lembongan so I can book this villa again.

Where to start. The staff, the view, the owners, the villa, it was all perfect. This is exactly what I wanted in a Lembongan experience. We stayed in the private 1 br villa and it was very tastefully decorated with an infinity pool looking over the island and over to Bali and Mt Agung. The staff were excellent. Always there, but never hovering. The kitchen had all the wares for a long-term stay if necessary, however, if I wanted surfing or diving or a meal out it was only a few minutes drive into the main village (and several awesome surf breaks). The bonus was the owners who were really nice and super accommodating. I will definitely be staying there again.

10/10 Beautiful hillside stay in Lembongan We stayed here for 2 nights and honestly cannot recommend enough! Andika (property manager) was great with communication, very friendly and even helped my partner set up a birthday message and cake for me, he made our stay carefree and easy, anything we needed Andika was ready to help with a smile. As for the villa, it’s styled beautifully, smells clean and has anything you could need, the pool overlooking the forest and layout of the villa really flows beautifully. The owner, Tom was also very lovely and welcoming. This is a peaceful and quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle without being too far from the Main Street (only a couple minutes), genuine pleasure staying at this accommodation.

I recently had the pleasure of spending two nights at the two-bedroom Villa Utopia, and I wish I could spend two months! The villa is stunning, with a perfect blend of modern minimalistic elegance and warm island charm. It’s spacious and bright, and the rooms are beautifully designed, mixing comfort and style.
The outdoor area is breathtaking, with a private pool surrounded by lush greenery, a comfy corner where you can chill, and a panoramic view of Bali and the beaches that surround Nusa Lembongan. If you’re a surfer, you can even do a wave check from the pool or while you’re lying in bed. The area where the villa is located is very quiet, but still a stone’s throw from eateries and attractions. Lembongan is a small island so nothing is too far away.
The villa is equipped with EVERYTHING: bathroom towels, beach towels, lush toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, a water fountain, a speaker, a strong internet connection, plugs in all the right places… The owners and the staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible and provide everything that I needed.
Your only problem will be that at some point you’ll have to check out. I already can’t wait to stay again at Villa Utopia. Thank you Dika, Zia, Helen, and Tom for the unforgettable experience!

We stayed in the 2 bed villa and it was fantastic. Brand new, beautifully styled in a very special location with epic views. We had a wonderful time in Villa Utopia. Due to the special location on a hill, you have a breathtaking view of the turquoise sea from the pool. The absolutely quiet location offers the greatest possible privacy and therefore a great deal of relaxation. You are in the middle of the countryside and yet all beaches, restaurants and shops are within easy reach within 5-10 minutes. There is a restaurant and mini market within walking distance.
The villa is very aesthetically furnished and offers a high feel-good factor. The service is reliable, very friendly & professional and is always available for all questions and requests. Everything was very clean. Simply fantastic! We will be back!

Beautiful, very clean and quiet hotel. Very informal because it is small. Hotel is located just outside the center, but easy and cheap scooter rental right by the hotel, which made it super easy to get to the center of the island (about 2 minutes by scooter). Everyone is very accommodating and nice. Staff also organized ferry tickets for us at an absolutely fair price! Thanks Teguh for the great surf lessons and to the staff for the relaxing massage – it was quite perfect. We would come back anytime.

Jenni will be happy to give you directions to watch the sunset or book a snorkeling trip! Everything is done so that we feel good, moreover we want to leave! The staff is lovely and discreet. Cleaning is done every day at the desired time! To be eco friendly a filtered water fountain is free in the kitchenette and linen is changed every 3 days. Fluffy towels provided! My bungalow was very comfortable: the bed, the pillows, the big bathroom… and I loved the whole decor! The valet service is top, the clothes smell super good! The free Wi-Fi works well.

This was the most incredible place! I can’t even put into words how amazing this place was. We stayed at the pool all day and just relaxed. We never wanted to leave! This is the perfect place to just unwind and take in the tranquil views. The host was very responsive and even gave useful tips when our phones weren’t charging due to the moisture in the air 😂 I will say, the open air threw me off a little bit. I was slightly afraid of the geckos that came out at night but there is a Mosquito net and curtain around the bed, so it keeps them away from the sleeping area. Also, the sleeping area has an air conditioner right above the bed so you can close the curtains and cool it down before you crawl into bed for the night. We will 100% seek this Villa out during our next trip to Bali. The views alone are worth every penny!

Villa Damai is a nice villa situated in a secluded part of the island. It is spacious, airy, uniquely designed, and features a beautiful outdoor deck area with a lovely view. The helper was very responsive and polite. The interiors are aesthetically pleasing, although the lack of doors and windows can be a bit inconvenient due to mosquitoes and insects. However, we found the place to be fairly run down and in need of maintenance. The rugs were tattered, the curtains were coming apart, and the villa was generally dusty. The helper did address the issues immediately once we pointed them out. The villa has a lot of potential, and with proper maintenance and cleanliness, it would offer a more premium feel and better value for money. In terms of location, the villa is far from most restaurants and cafés, so you will need a two-wheeler to get around. If you’re looking for a villa with rustic charm in a serene setting, and you don’t mind it not being spick-and-span, this could be an option.

This property is extremely beautiful – you have the view of the waters, the infinity pool and the sea weed farms. It is exclusive and private but only 5min away from Dream beach, Devil’s tear and Sandy Bay. The host Riz and Wayan were very responsive and took great care of us. They arranged for our pick up and drop from the port to villa and back. Riz gave us wonderful local recommendations too. We came to Lembongon with the intension to relax and rejuvenate and Villa Damai helped us do just that. Highly recommend this property!

It’s a beautiful place where you can find Damai (peace) with family and love ones. To me it has the best location with tranquil views of ocean tides. A nice pool with a perfect host (Riz), who have been helpful and friendly with a decent team. Damai everywhere!

Wow! This place is gorgeous. A phenomenal view while in the pool. Fantastic life living out of here. A bit far from any bars or restaurants. So you’ll have to rent a scooter or golf cart. The staff were fantastic and will go get groceries for you if desired. Do yourself a favour and stay here with your loved 1 for a few days!! I’ll be back, thanks staff!

This villa is simply incredible. Amazingly private, quiet, welcoming, and about as peaceful as you will ever find. The infinity pool is huge, overlooking the ocean. The main living area is totally open, including a magnificent king bed, and plenty of space to sprawl out and take in the ocean views (and sound of the waves). Service was fantastic, quick, and we were able to get basically any type of drink and food available. This is an absolute perfect spot for a couple, not a family, and if you want privacy and a romantic setting, this is one of the premier spots on Lembongan. If you decide to leave all the windows and doors open, like we did, note that you’ll deal with some bugs and ants. Overall, can’t say enough positive things about the villa.

This villa is so beautiful and private. The views are breathtaking and the villa is very well appointed. We found the location perfect as it was central to all the different areas of Lembongan (but you definitely need a scooter to get around from this villa). The villa manager was so friendly and attentive to our needs, and made sure our stay was relaxing and stress free. We have stayed in many air bnbs but this was a favourite!

An absolutely beautiful villa with amazing views! Ari and the team made us feel right at home. It is a little out of the way and not the most walkable, we ended up getting a taxi everywhere. It isn’t very close to any shops of any kind, so stock up on food and drinks etc. Beautiful villa, extremely clean bathrooms, very comfy beds, and wonderful views of Bali and Mt Agung. Don’t write it off during wet season; watching the storm off the coast over Bali from bed was one of the highlights of our trip!

All together, it was a relaxed environment and felt like a vacation. Everything was perfect.
Ary is really a good host and suggested a good place for dinner. He responded to the request to change the stained sheets and give a mosquito repellent machine and handled it with ease. He also managed the trip to Nusa Penida for sightseeing. The Mt Batur view from villa is incredible. Wifi was super great. Pans were provided which enabled the guest to heat their leftover food. cutlery, first-aid box, Instant Coffee, and tea are available at the site. Our request for late check-out was also accommodated. New property. Water is the swimming pool was warm, clean and pleasant. I stayed at 4 different places on my Indonesia trip and this stay was the best experience. I recommend this place. would love to come back again.

Amazing stay in the villa, I believe this is the best place we’ve done so far! Arya is super accommodating and always looking for solutions for us, even late at night and early morning!! The villa is just amazing with a breathtaking view and upscale amenities. We rented a scooter (recommended and available from Arya) to do all the activities and restaurants around. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Madu for our honeymoon. Ary is a wonderful host which contributes highly to our high rating. The Villa is incredible, very modern and a great layout. The bedroom is upstairs with living downstairs/outside which makes for a really relaxed island stay. The pool is great, and bed was super comfy and large. Only downside is the hot water lasts max 4-5 minutes so bath isn’t possible either. Plus there’s construction noise but you get that anywhere in Bali, and you’ll likely be out and about during the day anyway. We hired a scooter from the host, and they did our laundry which was so convenient. We highly recommend this Villa! Thank you Ary.

Minutes away from Dream Beach, Sandy Bay, and Devil’s Tear is Laguna Biru, a boutique resort with 5 rooms, a 20-meter-long pool, and a dining area. Inspired by the shades of the ocean, Laguna Biru is tastefully designed in all shades of blue and displays custom furniture and décor made from repurposed materials.

Choose from three different accommodation types:

Master bedroom (1 unit) with a king bed and an L-shaped sofa for an additional person.
Suites (2 units) with a king bed and space for an extra bed.
Lumbung (2 units) with a king bed and a balcony.

Each room is further equipped with an outdoor bathroom, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, and sun chairs. Thoughtful amenities such as a surf rack and a covered scooter parking area add a touch of convenience.

Breakfast is served daily by the pool, and in the evening, it becomes a peaceful spot to enjoy the sunset.

Laguna Biru can accommodate a maximum of 11 people.

The accommodation is SO beautiful. The little details the owner has put into it, down to the turtle hooks and wood curtain rods is so impressive….

We would come back immediately and would like to spend 4 nights with Joe again. We stayed 4 nights and that was great for us. We felt very comfortable and would have stayed even longer. The pool in the complex is very nice, big enough that you can swim as well. The breakfast was also great, there is a small menu, you can always choose something and everything tasted very delicious. There is also cappuccino and other coffee specialties. Joe was especially great as well, he took care of every concern. So we were able to easily rent a scooter and also book a snorkeling trip for the next day through it. He was also super accessible and helped with everything.

It was perfect for what we wanted – it was a beautifully kept hotel, the pool was only shared with 4 other rooms so felt almost private & the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They reached out well before we even arrived in Bali to help us arrange taxis on Bali to the port, helped with our ferry and even sorted the taxi for when we were back on the mainland. They also added us on WhatsApp and arranged absolutely everything we needed while there – any trips, taxis to dinner, dinner reservations, laundry etc. The breakfasts are amazing, we had the smoothie bowl most days and got the recipe of the chef! The This place is a paradise and we’d 100% stay here again if we visited the island in the future.

The best thing about this small boutique hotel is the wonderfully large pool. The hotel has few rooms and is nice and small and intimate. We really liked the furnishings, especially the vases and we felt very comfortable. Joe and Ayu took great care of us. The breakfast was prepared by both and was exceptionally good, especially the avocadotoast and Nasi Goreng – the best we had in Bali. The coffee was great too! Thank you!!

Our Story

Morin Resort is built on the foundation and connections that have grown from three decades of Lembongan life between two families: the Monoh from Nusa Lembongan and the Jamar from Belgium.

The name Morin comes from the Mooring Buoy, the anchoring point used to moor boats. The “Mo” from Morin also celebrates Made Monoh, the land owner and keeper.

Villa Chama is an incredible new property located on Nusa Ceningan.

Offering breathtaking view to Nusa Lembongan, Mount Agung and Bali. The balcony is our favourite place to relax and each evening watch the sunset.

Isolated, the villa is a great place to escape the crowds of Bali and explore beautiful Nusa Ceningan & Lembongan.

The villa features a stunning private pool, a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, 100m² living room, tropical garden and 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

Three of the bedrooms have ocean views. Within the master bedroom, the sofa bed can be converted into an extra bed to accommodate 2 children under 12. For the comfort of our guest, Villa Chama is equipped with free Wi-Fi and a team of staff who provide daily house keeping.

Breakfast is not included, however can be prepared on request.

During your stay, our team will take care of everything to make sure you enjoy a magical stay at Villa Chama. We can arrange rental of scooter and all your island activities including: fishing, snorkelling, diving, surf, kayak, paddle, island tours, spa treatments, yoga, massages.

Villa Chama is wonderful in every way. From the moment we stepped through the entrance, we were captivated by the breathtaking ocean views visible from practically every corner of the property. The indoor lounging areas offered comfortable spots to read, nap, or simply gaze at the mesmerizing sunset colours transform the sky each evening. What truly elevated our stay was the staff. Kadek & the team were attentive without being intrudive. Kadek even took our one year old to the local doctor to seek medical care. Five days wasn’t nearly enough to fully experience the magic of Villa Chama and Lembongan island.
We are already planning our return stay, but next time longer to immerse ourselves in this slice of paradise.

From the moment we arrived off the boat, Kakul was waiting for us with a driver ready to take us to the villa, making our arrival seamless and stress-free. Kakul truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. He helped arrange dinners, transport, and even organized a beautiful cake and decorations for my 40th birthday. However, If you want to soak up the local culture and see the amazing sights surrounding the retreat, Nusa Lembongan has plenty to offer.

With gorgeous views of the pool from every room, choosing your accommodation is a breeze. Select from one of the four one-bedroom Villas or if you need more space, the two-bedroom Poolside or Upper Lodge is perfect for you.

Swimming Pool

Let your worries simply float away in the luxurious 30m private swimming pool. The overflow pool has a private swimout to each of the four boutique, two storey single villas. The Poolside Lodge boasts a separate 15m pool that cascades one metre into the long pool that is the stunning centrepiece of the four villas.

No need to worry about any pool sounds besides the splash of you diving in. All of the filtration and sanitising equipment is quietly located beneath the floor slabs with the large balance tanks. Salt water chlorination combined with ultra violet deactivation provides the ultimate in safe, healthy and sanitised swimming pool water.

The Bar

Sit back and relax poolside with a refreshing drink from the refrigerated mini-bar in every villa. If you prefer to watch the sunset at the end of day down by the beach, grab a drink from the centrally located bar in the restaurant. You can choose from a full range of cocktails, wines and other beverages including freshly ground espresso coffee. Watch the sun go down with an Espresso Martini or dry Vodka Martini – shaken not stirred. Yes please!

Seaside Deck

Alongside the entry to the retreat from the beach, the Seaside Deck extends the entire length of the sea wall on the beach. Relax with your favourite book on one of the sun lounges or sip your favourite cocktail as you watch the sunset. Take your lunch to the deck and enjoy the sounds of the sea while enjoying one of our specially prepared meals.

A gourmet experience awaits you as our experienced chef prepares a delicious snack or meal from our extensive menu. Start your day with a full breakfast included with your room. All of our meals are prepared using sanitised, drinkable water.

Enjoy your lunch sitting poolside on your own private deck, in the beautiful restaurant or on the seaside deck overlooking Tamarind Bay. If only all choices were that simple.

Eco Friendly

White Horse Retreat is fully reticulated with filtered and UV sanitised water produced by an in-house desalination plant. The pure water is infused with sodium bicarbonate to raise the pH, the total alkalinity of the water and to improve the taste. Fresh, cool drinking water is readily available in reusable glass bottles.

The wood used in the Poolside Villas and the Poolside Lodge decks is all 30 year old recycled Ulin Ironwood. Labelled as the hardest wood in the world, it is extremely durable and will serve the White Horse Retreat well for the next 30 years.

Poolside Lodge

With sweeping views of the entire retreat, the Poolside Lodge is the epitome of luxury in paradise. It features two generously large, fully air conditioned bedrooms with equally spacious ensuites. The second bedroom can be configured as a king-size double bed or two king-size single beds.

The expansive central living area opens to the beautiful fresh sea breezes while ceiling fans help keep all rooms cool. The living area features all of the facilities you need to relax and enjoy your stay at the retreat, including a dining area and kitchenette with a large fridge and freezer. Unwind on the sun lounges on your own private sundeck. As its name suggests, the Poolside Lodge is nestled alongside the 15m pool, with private access to and from the pool.

Upper Lodge

Bedrooms 30m2, Living area 68m2

The beautiful Upper Lodge has grandiose wooden floors made from Ulin Ironwood. Echoing the design of the Poolside Lodge, it too is spacious with large rooms and ensuite. Open the central sliding door and enjoy the views of the retreat and ocean beyond. A poolside deck is available to use at the end of the long pool.

Poolside Villas

The four luxury, boutique Poolside Villas offer two storey opulence. Take in the gorgeous views from the spacious upper level balcony in comfortable chairs. The second storey bedroom features a stunning four poster bed with mosquito net. The ensuite is both spacious and beautifully appointed, with double vanities and extra-large shower. A kitchenette with full-size fridge/mini-bar is provided.

The property and staff were wonderful. Our villa was clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu had good options and was delicious. There are a few walkable cafes/restaurants in the area, but the bulk of the activity on the island requires a driver to access. It’s not a deal breaker, but good to know if you want to be within walking distance of multiple food options.

White Horse was absolutely amazing! It was a perfect couples get away, small and intimate we loved the location between mushroom bay and song lambung bay. The team there were superstars and really looked after us. We did snorkelling one of the days, got a massage at Spring, ate at Ha Ri Zen, the deck, sandy Bay beach club. Breakfast was excellent (get the special omelette). The room/villa was huge and lush, everything is thought out (the lounge areas, tables, huge bed and shower). The pool was devine and we loved chatting with the other guests whilst still having lots of privacy. It’s a one of a kind. Highly recommend!!

Stayed here for the first visit to Nusa Lembongan. The resort was nothing but exceptional, the villa was luxurious and spacious, the breakfast was delicious. The location is a little outside of the main town, but this transport to any location of the island is an easy 10-15mins taxi ride which is easily organised. A huge shoutout to Milu, Ketut, and all the staff, they were warm and welcoming, making our stay that little extra comfortable. They even helped when our boat transfer forgot to pick us up on departure day. I hope to return again in the future.
